A Study on the Development of Digital Library Anxiety Scale (디지털도서관 불안척도 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Library anxiety has been recognized as one of the representative fields that concerns user's affectivity in library and information study. Considerable library users have been discovered to experience library anxiety according to researches. Although digital libraries are becoming more popular changing drastically from traditional libraries, few studies have addressed the measurement of digital library anxiety(DLA). The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a multidimensional digital library anxiety scale(DLAS) based on previous research in library anxiety and digital libraries. It will become possible to define the construct of DLAS, provide its underlying dimensionalities, and find out how much they explain the construct. Through the exploratory factor analysis, DLAS has been developed with 39 items representing seven distinct factors which were interpreted as affect, resources, know-how, security, language, technology, and task explaining 51.165% of DLA. Also, DLAS' characteristics about demographic variables and use pattern were found through the T-test and ANOVA analysis for each factor.

  • Design of general steel structure had applied to achieve elastic designing concept so far. Because elastic design supposes that whole structure complies with elasticity formula so that achieve via allowable stress of material. It is concept that calculate stress distribution of construction about action external load and estimate load when the maximum stress reaches equally with allowable stress that is established by maximum safety load of the structure. But, absence that compose actuality structure by deal with external load increase small success surrender and structure hardness falls and structure in limited state finally on the whole as showing complicated process by interference between collapse and buckling under compression. Applied ANSYS (elasto-plasticity large deformation finite element method) to be mediocrity finite element program for analysis method and analysis control used in Newton-Raphson method & Arc-length method.

Thermo-Hydrodynamic Behaviors of Open Channel Flow Inside A Multi-Stage Flash Evaporator (다단 후래시 증발장치내 개수로 유동의 열.수력학적 거동)

  • This paper describes behaviors of two-phase open channel flow inside the flash chamber of a horizontal Multi-Stage-Flash evaporator numerically along with the experimental observations. Bubble trajectories and the velocity and temperature distributions of the liquid phase were predicted by using the particle-source-in-cell(PSI-Cell) method with the appropriate bubble motion/growth equations. Size and number of bubble nuclei embedded in the incoming liquid(brine) were taken into account as important parameters in addition to the conventional ones such as the velocity, degree of inlet superheat, inlet opening height, and the liquid level. Bubble motions, which are unsteady, appeared to be mostly determined by the buoyancy and the drag forces. The calculations, though a number of simplifying assumptions were made, reasonably simulated the hydrodynamic behaviors of the two-phase horizontal stream observed in the experiments. The simulated temperature distributions also agreed fairly well with the other's measurements. Non-equilibrium allownaces, evaluated from the simulated temperature distributions, were within the range of those obtained from the existing correlations, and reduced with the increases of the number and size of incoming bubble nuclei due to vigorous flashing.

Image Exposure Compensation Based on Conditional Expectation (Conditional Expectation을 이용한 영상의 노출 보정)

  • In the formation of images in a camera, the exposure time is appropriately adjusted to obtain a good image. Hence for a successful alignment of a sequence of images to the same scene, it is required to compensate the different exposure times. If we have no knowledge regarding the exposure time, then we should develop an algorithm that can compensate an image with respect to a reference image without using any camera formation models. In this paper, an exposure compensation is performed by designing predictors based on the conditional expectation between the reference and input images. Further, an adaptive predictor design is conducted to manage the irregular exposure or histogram problem. In order to alleviate the blocking artifact and the overfitting problems in the adaptive scheme, a smoothing technique, which uses the pixels of the adjacent blocks, is proposed. We successfully conducted the exposure compensation using real images obtained from digital cameras and the transmission electron microscopy.

  • This paper is a study to find out the factors affecting the defects that occur during the use of Electron Beam Melting (EBM), one of the 3D printer output methods, through data analysis. By referring to factors identified as major causes of defects in previous studies, log files occurring between processes were analyzed and related variables were extracted. In addition, focusing on the fact that the data is time series data, the concept of a window was introduced to compose variables including data from all three layers. The dependent variable is a binary classification problem with the presence or absence of defects, and due to the problem that the proportion of defect layers is low (about 4%), balanced training data were created through the SMOTE technique. For the analysis, I use XGBoost using Gridsearch CV, and evaluate the classification performance based on the confusion matrix. I conclude results of the stuy by analyzing the importance of variables through SHAP values.

  • 수문학적 기준지점(HRS, Reference Hydrological Station)은 유량의 변동성의 장기적인 추세를 파악하기 위해 고품질의 자료를 생산하는 관측소를 의미한다. 선진외국의 경우 운영목적과 수문학적 기준지점의 정의는 조금씩 다르지만 유사한 개념의 관측소를 운영하고 있다. 호주의 경우 기후변화에 따른 장기간의 수자원 부존량의 변화를 예측하기 위한 모니터링 지점으로 정의하며, 미국의 경우 시간에 따른 수문학적 특성의 자연적인 변화 및 인간의 활동에 따른 수문환경의 변화에 대한 연구를 위한 기준값을 제공하기 위해 참조지점(HBN, Hydrological Benchmark Network)의 자료를 제공하기 위해 운영한다. 영국은 기후변화에 따른 유역의 수문학적 응답을 조사할 목적으로 참조지점(RHN, Reference Hydrological Network)을 운영하고 있으며, 주로 자연유역에 설치하여 운영하고 있다. WMO는 2006년 '기후연구를 위한 적절한 유량관측소'를 선정해 줄 것을 회원국에 요청하고, 관련 자료의 데이터베이스를 독일의 GRDC(Global Runoff Data Centre)에 수집하고 있다. 국외의 경우 '자연에 가까운 유역특성을 갖는 하천 유량관측망 중 양질의 자료를 보유하고 있는 관측소'를 고려하여 수문학적 기준지점을 선정한다. 하지만 우리나라의 경우 장기간의 유량자료를 보유하고 있는 관측소가 상대적으로 부족하고, 장기간의 유량자료를 보유한 지점 또한 홍수예보, 댐 운영 등 물관리 업무에 직접 활용하기 위해 대하천의 본류 중심으로 자료를 생산하고 있다. 따라서 현재를 기준으로 국제적으로 통용되는 기준에 부합하는 기준관측소를 선정하는 것은 곤란한 상황으로 미래에 수문학적 기준지점이 될 수 있는 관측소를 선정하여 장기간 모니터링을 통해 기준관측소를 확대해 나갈 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국외의 수문학적 기준관측소 선정기준을 비교 검토하여 우리나라 실정에 맞는 기준관측소 선정기준을 개발하였다. 선정 기준은 ① 유역의 개발정도, ② 댐·저수지 등 인위적인 조절 정도, ③ 취수량 또는 방류량 등 유역간의 물 이동, ④ 유량자료의 보유기간 및 정확도 등을 고려하여 기준을 설정하였다. 또한 기준지점의 선정을 위한 절차를 ① 수위관측소 사전목록의 작성, ② 관측소 정보 분석(유역특성, 시계열자료 등), ③ 수문학적 기준관측소 후보 선정, ④ 유관기관 및 전문가 검토를 통한 우선순위 선정 등 4단계로 구분하여 제시하였다.

The Prediction of Currency Crises through Artificial Neural Network (인공신경망을 이용한 경제 위기 예측)

  • This study examines the causes of the Asian exchange rate crisis and compares it to the European Monetary System crisis. In 1997, emerging countries in Asia experienced financial crises. Previously in 1992, currencies in the European Monetary System had undergone the same experience. This was followed by Mexico in 1994. The objective of this paper lies in the generation of useful insights from these crises. This research presents a comparison of South Korea, United Kingdom and Mexico, and then compares three different models for prediction. Previous studies of economic crisis focused largely on the manual construction of causal models using linear techniques. However, the weakness of such models stems from the prevalence of nonlinear factors in reality. This paper uses a structural equation model to analyze the causes, followed by a neural network model to circumvent the linear model's weaknesses. The models are examined in the context of predicting exchange rates In this paper, data were quarterly ones, and Consumer Price Index, Gross Domestic Product, Interest Rate, Stock Index, Current Account, Foreign Reserves were independent variables for the prediction. However, time periods of each country's data are different. Lisrel is an emerging method and as such requires a fresh approach to financial crisis prediction model design, along with the flexibility to accommodate unexpected change. This paper indicates the neural network model has the greater prediction performance in Korea, Mexico, and United Kingdom. However, in Korea, the multiple regression shows the better performance. In Mexico, the multiple regression is almost indifferent to the Lisrel. Although Lisrel doesn't show the significant performance, the refined model is expected to show the better result. The structural model in this paper should contain the psychological factor and other invisible areas in the future work. The reason of the low hit ratio is that the alternative model in this paper uses only the financial market data. Thus, we cannot consider the other important part. Korea's hit ratio is lower than that of United Kingdom. So, there must be the other construct that affects the financial market. So does Mexico. However, the United Kingdom's financial market is more influenced and explained by the financial factors than Korea and Mexico.

Estimation of Motion-Blur Parameters Based on Stochastic Peak-Trace Algorithm (확률적 극점자취방법을 통한 움직임열화가 발생한 영상에서의 파라메터 추출)

  • 영상을 획득하는 과정에 있어, 영상획득 장치 또는 피사체의 흔들림으로 인해 발생되는 움직임 열화(motion-blur)현상은 영상의 선명도를 크게 떨어뜨리는 주된 원인이 된다. 손상된 영상은 그 영상자체로부터 움직임의 각도와 길이를 추출 함으로서 복원될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 움직임 열화의 각도와 길이를 추정하기 위한 방법 중, 본 저자가 제안 했던 극점자취방법에, 확률적인 개념을 적용한 새로운 확률적 극점자취 방법을 소개한다. 기존의 방법은 신호지배영역이 올바로 지정되지 않았을 경우, 오차를 수반하기도 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결 하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 maximum likelihood(ML) 분류방법을 이용해 적절하지 않은 극점자취점의 영향을 선택적으로 작게 하여, 신호지배 영역의 설정 없이, 저주파 영역에서의 올른 극점자취의 검출이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한, Auto-regressive(Ah) 모델을 이용한 선형예측방법을 통해 극점 검출과정에서 불규칙하게 발생하는 특이점들이 극점으로 검출되지 못하도록 하여, 정밀한 움직임 방향의 추정이 가능하게 하였다. 또한, 움직임 길이의 검출에 있어서는, 노이즈에 의해 영향을 무시할 수 없는 기존의 영점교차점 방법을 보완한, 새로운 이동평균최소(MALM)법을 정의하였다 이 방법은 움직임 열화가 발생한 영상의 주파수 영역단면 패턴을 이용한 것으로서, 2차원적인 sinc함수를 1차원적인 표현으로 바꾸어주는 이동평균함수를 사용하여, 쉽게 부극점(sub-peak point)을 찾을 수 있도록 한다 부극점 또한 노이즈에 의한 영향을 받지 않고, 이동평균최소법 자체에 노이즈를 제거하는 과정에 포함되어있으므로. 이 방법을 사용하게 되면, 심한 노이즈 환경에서도 적절한 움직임의 길이 값을검출할 수 있다. 이렇게 얻어진 길이와 방향의 파라메터를 이용하여, 실제 실험에 사용된 손상되어진 영상을 효과적으로 복원할 수 있었다.>$\bigcirc$ 펄라이트 : 합섬A(비스코스+레이온)급액천의 유입은 소(1$\times$60cm)에서 21.8ml, 중(2$\times$60cm) 33.5ml, 대(3$\times$60cm) 43.4ml가 통과되었고 합섬(폴리에스텔)에서는 19.0~30.7ml로서 급액천의 규격에 따라 통과되는 차이가 있었다. 배지가 규격화되어 있어 급액천의 규격별로 일정하게 유입되었으며 급액천의 재질이 유입에 영향을 미친 것으로 사료되었다. (2) 급액관과 베드상과의 높이에 따른 유출양 : 급액과 베드상과의 낙차가 클수록 유출이 증가함을 알수 있었으나 합섬C(인견)실험구에서는 낙차가 유출에 영향을 미치지 않았다. (4) 급액된 양액의 EC 및 pH조사 : 급액된 양액의 EC 및 pH에 전혀 변화가 없어 재배 적응에 문제가 없을것으로 사료되었다.이가 가장 이상적인 것으로 생각된다.세포수에 대한 내부세포괴세포(ICM/total cells)가 20~40% 범주에 드는 비율은 처리구가 대조구보다 낮은 결과를 나타냈다. 결론적으로 돼지난포란을 이용하여 체외성숙을 유기할 때 효과적인 cysteamine의 농도는 50$\mu$M이 적당하며, 초기배발달을 유기할 때의 효과적인 cysteamine의 농도는 25~50$\mu$M인 것으로 판단된다.N)A(N)/N을 제시하였다(A(N)=N에 대한 A값). 위의 실험식을 사용하여 헝가리산 Zempleni 시료(15%$S_{XRD}$)의 기본입자분포로부터 %$S_{XRD}$를 계산한 결과, 16%$S_{XRD}$의 결과값을 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 도출한 관계식들이 유효함을 확인할 수 있었다.계식들이 유효함을 확인할 수 있었다.할 때 약간의 증가를 나타냈다.".   • Domestically, technical condition evaluation for breakwaters has been conducted through safety checks and safety diagnosis. If necessary, maintenance for the facility is conducted. However, in recent years, the need for infrastructure management has been increasing from a life-cycle-cost perspective. For these reasons, the "Sustainable Infrastructure Management Basic Act" was enacted. Previously, only the technical part of the breakwaters was evaluated. However, based on the act, comprehensive management of breakwaters will be possible through performance improvement by adding economic and political evaluations. In this study, evaluation factors and evaluation methods were developed for a breakwater rehabilitation project. The purpose of this study is to present a development direction, items, and methods for the evaluation of breakwater performance improvement to be applied in future practice. This study reviews the concept of maintenance and performance improvement, the literature related to performance improvement, and the project type for the common standard of performance improvement. Evaluation items and evaluation methods for breakwater rehabilitation are suggested to be reviewed by experts. The methodology suggested in this study could be used for preventive maintenance and to reduce accidents.

Usefulness of Canonical Correlation Classification Technique in Hyper-spectral Image Classification (하이퍼스펙트럴영상 분류에서 정준상관분류기법의 유용성)

  • The purpose of this study is focused on the development of the effective classification technique using ultra multiband of hyperspectral image. This study suggests the classification technique using canonical correlation analysis, one of multivariate statistical analysis in hyperspectral image classification. High accuracy of classification result is expected for this classification technique as the number of bands increase. This technique is compared with Maximum Likelihood Classification(MLC). The hyperspectral image is the EO1-hyperion image acquired on September 2, 2001, and the number of bands for the experiment were chosen at 30, considering the band scope except the thermal band of Landsat TM. We chose the comparing base map as Ground Truth Data. We evaluate the accuracy by comparing this base map with the classification result image and performing overlay analysis visually. The result showed us that in MLC's case, it can't classify except water, and in case of water, it only classifies big lakes. But Canonical Correlation Classification (CCC) classifies the golf lawn exactly, and it classifies the highway line in the urban area well. In case of water, the ponds that are in golf ground area, the ponds in university, and pools are also classified well. As a result, although the training areas are selected without any trial and error, it was possible to get the exact classification result. Also, the ability to distinguish golf lawn from other vegetations in classification classes, and the ability to classify water was better than MLC technique. Conclusively, this CCC technique for hyperspectral image will be very useful for estimating harvest and detecting surface water. In advance, it will do an important role in the construction of GIS database using the spectral high resolution image, hyperspectral data.
