An Experimental Study on the Vibration and Fire Resistance of Steel Void Deck Plate Slab for Omega-steel plate (오메가형 강판을 중공체로 사용한 데크플레이트 슬래브의 진동 및 내화에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • This study was conducted to assess the vibration capacity and the fire resistance capacity of a deck plate slab using an omega steel plate as the void deck plate. First, to evaluate the vibration capacity of the deck plate slab after the insertion of the omega steel plate, three 150mm specimens and three 200mm specimens were made using the slab depth as the main variable. Each specimen consisted of an existing deck plate and two specimens, using the topping depth as the variable according to the slab depth. Second, two real-size specimens were made to evaluate the fire resistance capacity. The results of the test showed that the steel-wire-integrated deck plate slab that was inserted in the omega steel plate did not have a vibration problem due to the void deck plate, because the natural frequency was 12.66-14.09 Hz in the vibration test, and each specimen satisfied the appraisal standards for the load capacity, heat block quality, and chloride inhibition for two hours in the fire resistance test. Consequently, the steel-wire-integrated deck plate slab that was inserted in the omega steel plate can be reduced using the concrete volume and can have higher vibration and fire resistance capacities, similar to the existing deck plate.

  • 본 논문에서는 자동차, 가전 및 건설분야에서 널리 사용되고 있는 주요 표면처리강판에 대한 제품 소개 및 기술을 설명하고자 한다. 포스코에서는 자원 및 에너지 절약을 위하여 종래 아연도금 강판보다 더 우수한 내식성을 갖는 고내식 합금도금강판을 개발을 추진하여 양산개발에 성공 하였으며 박막형 고내식강판 개발을 위해 신공법인 진공증착기술을 접목한 제품생산 프로세스 개발을 추진 중에 있다. 또한 다양한 기능성의 유기수지코팅 제품인 흑색수지강판, UV 경화코팅 강판, 프린트강판, self-healing 및 self-cleaning 강판 제품을 개발하였으며 산업과 고객의 요구를 충족시키기 위하여 새로운 기술과 제품개발에 지속적으로 노력하고 있다.

Girder Wheel Load Distribution Factor of Skew Plate Girder Bridges (강판형 사교의 거더분배계수에 관한 연구)

  • The girder wheel load distribution factors stated in the Korean Bridge Specification and AASHTO Standard Specifications do not account for the effect of skewness of plate girders, and very little research has been conducted on girder wheel load distribution factors. The purpose of the study is to propose load distribution factor formulas for skew plate girder bridges which comprise various parameters through structural analysis. To comprise the validity of finite element models used in this study analytic values are compared with the field test results. From the results it should be noted that span length is not such a dominant parameter compared with others. In view of better load distribution of interior girders, skew arranged cross beams or bracing are preferable, furthemore bracing system is more effective than cross beam system. By means of regression analysis on the basis of analytic results wheel load distribution factor formulas are proposed and compared with current codes.

  • 현재 자동차 강판 시장은 이산화탄소 저감과 승객의 안전확보를 위하여 고장력강을 요구하고 있는 추세이며, 강도와 성형성을 동시에 확보하기 위하여 DP, TRIP강과 같은 변태강화형 강판을 선호한다. 그러나 강판의 상분율을 제어하기 위해서는 Si, Mn등과 같은 합금원소를 필요로 하게 되며 강판의 생산공정 중 이들 합금원소는 강판의 표면에 산화물로 농화되어 아연도금 특성을 크게 저하시키는 결과를 초래한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 냉연 아연도금강판의 생산 공정을 모사하고 이들의 산화물 구조를 분석하여 도금특성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 고찰하고 Ni-precoating 공정을 이용하여 강판의 도금성 개선의 가능성을 제시하였다.

  • 전기강판으로 제작된 전기기기의 보다 정확한 수치적인 해석을 위해서는 회전자계(Rotating m-agnetic flux)에 따른 전기강판의 정확한 자계특성 측정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 2방향 자계인가 형 Single sheet tester를 이용하여 회전자계에 따른 전기강판의 자계특성을 측정하였다. 실험을 통하여 등방성 시료와 이방성 시료에 대하여 각각 회전자계 및 교번, 회전자계의 혼합형 자계를 인가하여 1.6[T]와 1.2[T]까지 측정할 수 있었으며, 일반적인 철손(Alternating Iron Loss)외에 회전자계 인가 시에 B와 H의 위상차이에 의해 발생하는 회전자계 손실을 측정하였다.

  • The performance of vibration-based damage detection methods is dependent upon the accuracy of modal parameters measured from structures of interest. Vibration monitoring, performed on a structure under uncertain temperature conditions, results in the uncertainty in model parameters of the structure. In this study, an experiment on the effect of various temperatures on modal characteristics of steel plate-girders is presented. First, the model plate-girder used for the experiment is described. Second, natural frequencies measured from the structure, using two different excitation sources, are described. Third, natural frequencies measured from the structure, under various temperatures, are described. Finally, the relationship between measurement temperature and natural frequency is analyzed.

  • 전동기 코어 소재로 사용하는 무방향성 규소강판을 토로이달 형태가 아닌 전동기 적용 모형과 동일한 적층형으로 회전자 코어를 제작하여 초기 및 포화 자화 특성에 대한 고찰을 하였다. 초기자화 특성은 전동기가 처음 기동할 때 토크나 기동전류에 큰 영향을 미친다. 초기 자화 특성을 향상시키면 기동 전류를 줄일 뿐 아니라 전동기의 장기간 수명에도 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 무방향성 규소강판의 가공, 설계, 제작 특성이 초기 기동 특성에 미치는 영향을 간접적으로 조사하기 위하여 초기로 포화 히스테리시스 특성에 대한 고찰을 실시하고 이들 요소가 갖는 여러 가지 가능성을 제시하였다.

  • Various kinds of shear connector such as headed stud, channel, perforated steel plate and others are commonly used to transfer stress and present composite performance in composite structures, and many researches have been conducted to improve the characteristics of different types of shear connectors. It is focused in this study on the bending performance of steel pipe pile cap with the open type perforated shear connector for the composite connection to the spread footing. Nonlinear analysis was conducted, using ABAQUS, a finite element analysis program, to obtain information for determining the characteristics of the structure and to allow various parametric analysis for bending performance of steel pipe pile cap with the open perforated shear connector.

  • This paper describes the results of an experimental study on the new type of encased composite beams that use deep deck plates, which could reduce the story height of buildings by controlling the bottom flange of steel beams. The profiled steel beam was thus developed. It was advantageous to the long span of the buildings. Seven full-scale specimens were constructed, and simply supported bending tests were conducted on the encased composite beams with different steel plate thicknesses, with and without shear studs, reinforcing bars, and web openings. The test results showed that the encased composite beams that were developed in this study had sufficient composite action without additional shear connectors due to their inherent shear-bond effects between the steel beams and concrete.

An Experimental study on the Structural Performance by the Depth Variation of Capacity of U-shaped composite Beam (U-형 복합보의 춤 변화에 따른 구조성능에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • The U-shaped composite beam used in this study consist of a reinforced concrete structure, a beam steel structure supporting the slab, a reinforced concrete structure, and a U-shaped steel plate. The U-shaped composite beam was developed for the purpose of using it as a parking lot because it is highly constructible and has low floor height and long span. For the improvement of constructivity, the U-shaped composite beam ends are planned with standardized H-shaped steel and connected directly to the columns, and the middle of the U-shaped composite beam consists of U-shaped steel plates folded in U-shaped form using thin steel plates (t=6) instead of H-shaped steel. In the middle of the composite beam, where U-shaped steel plates are located, the depth of U-shaped beam may be planned to be small so as to satisfy the height limit of the parking lot. It is important to grasp the structural performance according to the change of depth because low beam depth is advantageous for the reduction of the floor height, but it is a inhibitor to the structural behaviors of U-shaped composite beam. In addition, since U-shaped composite beams are a mixture of steel frame structures, reinforced concrete structures and U-shaped steel plates, securing unity has a great influence on securing structural performance. Therefore, in this study, a structural experiment was conducted to understand the structural performance according to the depth change for U-shaped composite beam. A total of three specimens were planned, including two specimens that changed the depth using a criteria specimen planned for a general parking lot. The results of the experiment showed that the specimens who planned the depth greatly had better structural performance such as yield strength, maximum strength, and energy than the standard specimen.
