This study aims to analyze the trend of migration and to find the factors which influence to migration in Chuncheon, Wonju and Gangneung. The results are as follows. First, the employment chance and education chance give positive effect to migration. And it agrees with the results of the preceeding researches. Second, Though the statistical significance is low, the result that urbanized degree gives positive effect to migration indicates the possibility of positive effect of urban convenience to migratioin. Third, the pavement rate of the roads which is substituted for public goods service gives the negative effect to migratioin, though the statistical significance is low. This result shows the possibility that the road building has influenced the extending of traffic distance and the spreading of residence area. In conclusion, this study identifies the positive effect of employment chance and education chance to migration, and the results of this study are supposed to be considered in the regional plan in Gangwon-do.

무선 센서 네트워크 라우팅 프로토콜에서의 경로탐색에서 중복 브로드캐스트 메시지에 의한 비용이 증가되고, 많은 노드들이 동시에 통신을 시도하기 때문에 많은 충돌이 발생한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 Directed Diffusion 라우팅 방법에 지향성 안테나를 도입하여 채널 이용율을 높여 통신에서의 충돌을 줄이고 네트워크 구성 및 유지 시 사용될 flooding의 범위와 노드간의 통신시 불필요한 방향으로의 통신을 최소화하여 중복되는 브로드캐스트 메시지 수를 줄일 수 있는 라우팅 방법을 제안한다.

이 논문에서는 2002년 여름 태풍 루사로 인해 많은 재해 피해를 입은 강원도 강릉시 사천천 주변의 변화 정보를 추출하고자 다중 시기 원격탐사 자료를 이용하였다. 태풍 루사 이전과 이후의 다중 시기 원격탐사 자료를 이용하여 변화 탐지 기법을 적용하여 사천천 주변의 환경 변화 정보를 추출하고 분석하였다. 시계열 자료를 이용함으로써 태풍 루사로 인한 재해 현황 정보뿐만 아니라 그 이후의 복구 과정을 확인할 수 있었으며, 앞으로 재해분야에 시계열 원격탐사 자료의 많은 활용이 기대된다.

A gradual increase in the number of people with disabilities and the elderly in our everyday life has changed our perceptions toward them. The concept of barrier free space has been gradually incorporated into the social system and into our everyday life, and has further developed into the universal design concept so that creating an environment where all inhabitants of a city are able to enjoy the space of everyday life. Against this backdrop, this study has conducted research on how to improve the accessibility of major public spaces in Wonju, Chuncheon, and Gangneung, or major metropolitan cities of Gangwon Province. The research has been conducted under the assumption that the conditions of utilizing public spaces in those cities will not meet public expectations compared to private spaced despite being iconic cities of Gangwon Province. The field survey results show that the concept of barrier free space is reflected, to some extent, in planning and development although its role in terms of using such space is not up to expectations. In particular, the buildings and facilities built prior to the enforcement of relevant policies are found to leave much to be desired due to unsatisfactory development plans between architecture and urban public space, which necessitates improvement on relevant policies, sincere efforts of local governments, and practical guidelines that can be useful in the implementation stage. Above all, building owners and public administrations are advised to raise their awareness on the concept of universal design so that it is firmly rooted in our everyday life as one of the universal values. It should lead to the efforts of the members of local cities in providing the environment where people are able to enjoy these utilities from the perspective of promoting public welfare.

2002년 태풍 "루사", 2003년 태풍 "매미", 2004년 태풍 "메기" 등의 강력한 호우사상은 경포호 일대에 큰 홍수피해를 가져왔다. 경포호 및 경포천 홍수 피해를 방지하기 위해 경포천 수계 수해방지 대책 수립을 통해 과거 경포호 농경지로 활용되던 약 289천$m^2$의 부지에 경포습지를 조성하고 경포호를 포함한 총면적 1,347천$m^2$의 경포유수지 기능을 부여하였다. 경포유수지는 경포천 운정교 하류부의 계획홍수량 중 일부를 분담하여 경포천 본류의 첨두홍수량을 저감시킬 목적으로 조성되었다. 새롭게 조성된 경포유수지의 안정적인 운영을 위해서는 경포천 계획홍수 발생 시 경포유수지의 운영에 따른 경포호 수위변동으로 주변에 미치는 영향의 검토는 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경포천 계획홍수 발생 시 경포유수지의 홍수분담능력에 따른 경포호 주변과 경포천 하류부에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석은 수치모의를 통해 이뤄졌으며, 2차원 수치해석 모형인 RMA-2 모형을 사용하였다. 모의 결과 경포유수지의 홍수분담능력이 커질수록 경포호의 수위는 증가하며, 경포천 하류부의 수위는 감소하였다. 또한 모의한 결과를 통해 경포천과 경포호 상호 간에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 경포유수지의 적절한 홍수분담량을 제시하였다.
