This paper proposes a personalized food recommendation system using user profiles auto-generated from Twitter. The user profiles are generated by extracting nouns from Twitter, and calculating emotional scores according to whether each noun is collocated with emotion words. Representative noun information for each food is constructed by analyzing web pages relevant to foods. Appropriate foods for users can be recommended by calculating similarities among the extracted resources. The proposed system has an advantage in that it can always recommend foods even if a user is a newcomer.

In this paper, we propose a music recommendation method considering users' tags by collaborative tagging in a social music site. Since collaborative tagging allows a user to add keywords chosen by himself to web resources, it provides users' preference about the web resources concretely. In particular, emotional tags which represent human's emotion contain users' musical preference more directly than factual tags which represent facts such as musical genre and artists. Therefore, to classify the tags into the emotional tags and the factual tags and to assign weighted values to the emotional tags, a tag ontology called UniTag is developed. After preprocessing the tags, the weighted tags are used to create user profiles, and the music recommendation algorithm is executed based on the profiles. To evaluate the proposed method, a conventional playcount-based recommendation, an unweighted tag-based recommendation, and an weighted tag-based recommendation are executed. Our experimental results show that the weighted tag-based recommendation outperforms other two approaches in terms of precision.
The importance of software is increasing due to the development of information and communication, and software copyright disputes are also increasing. In this paper, the source of the submitted programs and the files necessary for the execution of the program were taken as the scope of analysis. The large-capacity file transfer solution program to be analyzed provides additional functions such as confidentiality, integrity, user authentication, and non-repudiation functions through digital signature and encryption of data.In this paper, we analyze the program A, program B, and the program C. In order to calculate the program similarity rate, the following contents are analyzed. Analyze the similarity of the package structure, package name, source file name in each package, variable name in source file, function name, function implementation source code, and product environment variable information. It also calculates the overall similarity rate of the program. In order to check the degree of agreement between the package structure and the package name, the similarity was determined by comparing the folder structure. It also analyzes the extent to which the package structure and package name match and the extent to which the source file (class) name within each package matches.
This study determines whether the perception of the frequency of experiencing positive, negative, and surprise emotions changes according to the level of cognitive well-being. Furthermore, we determined practical means to analyze which emotions can be managed in daily life as an effective means of improving overall life satisfaction by identifying representative specific emotions that strongly predict the level of cognitive well-being. To this end, the between-subjects factorial design is adopted to measure the frequency of emotional experiences according to the level of cognitive well-being in 438 university undergraduate students. For cognitive well-being, the life satisfaction scale (SWLS) was used, and the PANAS-X scale was used to measure emotional frequency. As a result, first, the group with high cognitive well-being displays a higher frequency of positive and surprise emotional experiences and a lower frequency of negative emotional experiences than the group with low cognitive well-being. Second, the results confirm that representative emotions affecting cognitive well-being included 8 positive emotions, 7 negative emotions, and 1 surprise emotion. Among them, positive emotions include "happy" and "confident," negative emotions include "dissatisfied with self" and "disgusted with self," and surprise emotions include words such as "amazed." Therefore, we can conclude that the representative emotions are those with the greatest influence on cognitive well-being. Therefore, increasing the frequency of specific emotions (e.g., happy, confident, and surprise) and decreasing the frequency of others (e.g., dissatisfied with self and disgusted with self) could be effective in improving cognitive well-being than unconditionally examining emotions experienced in daily life.

As ubiquitous computing environments evolve, various services are being provided as customer-centric services. In the past, studies based on personal profiles have been conducted to provide personalized services. However, identifying the user's preferences and supporting personalized services requires considerable data and time. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a system which provides the service by analyzing the user's emotions, rather than personalized service with personal profiles. In the proposed system, both speech analysis method and image analysis method are used to analyze the user's emotion. By using this emotion analysis method, we implemented the proposed system within the home network environment and finally provide effective personalized service.
Many similarity analysis methods, one of the dispute resolution methods for computer programs, have been studied. This paper is about quantitative similarity analysis of MIB (Management Information Base) file. Quantitative similarity means that the source codes of two computers are analyzed and the results are compared with a certain standard. The source code to analyze is a program that provides network device management functions such as configuration management, fault management, and performance management using SNMP protocol for WiMAX CPE devices. Here, WiMAX refers to the IEEE 802.16 wireless network standard protocol and can be classified into fixed WiMAX and mobile WiMAX. WiMAX CPE is a wireless Internet terminal that is fixedly used in a customer's home or office. In this paper, we analyze the similarity between MIB file of company A and company B. We will analyze whether the MIB file leaked from the damaged company is not just a list to describe the product specifications, but whether the property value can be recognized.
In copyright dispute on software, appraisal procedure is needed, which is regarded as an implementation of the right to fast trial. Considering that, in practice, there has been a long discussion of attempting to operate the software appraisal as a summary procedure. This was done usually by reducing the resources devoted to the summary procedure, however, this way inevitably makes difference in a result obtained through the procedure. Therefore, this research reviewed the previous operation of summary procedure in software appraisal, focusing on intrinsic nature of the summary procedure and role of software appraisal in the trial process.
It can be seen that the infringement of copyright cases is increasing as the society becomes more complex and advanced. During the software copyright dispute, there may be a dispute over whether the software is duplicated and made into upgraded software. In this paper, we intend to propose an analysis method for determining whether to upgrade software. For the software upgrade analysis, a software similarity analysis technique was used. The analysis program covers servers, management programs, and Raspberry PC programs. The first analysis confirms the correspondence between program creation information and content. In addition, it analyzes the similarity of functions and screen composition between the submitted program and the program installed in the field. The second comparative analysis compares and analyzes similarities by operating two programs in the same environment. As a result of comparative analysis, it was confirmed that the operation and configuration screens of the two programs were identical. Thus, minor differences were found in a few files, but it was confirmed that the two programs were mostly made using the same or almost similar source code. Therefore, this program can be judged as an upgrade program.
