Objectives : Dementia is one of the most distressing mental health problems in the older population. Caregivers also experienced physical, psychological, and emotional stress from taking care of dementia patients. So, we developed program for supporting dementia caregiver and evaluated its efficacy on reducing caregiver burden. Methods : We provided 5 sessions of dementia caregiver supporting program to 30 caregivers who were taking care of dementia patient in their home. Program was held in Cheonan Center for Alzheimer's disease and other dementia that was established by Cheonan city government for supporting dementia patients and their caregivers. We evaluated caregiver burden using short Zarit burden inventory consisted of 12 items scoring 0 (no burden) to 4 (everyday burden) before and after program. We evaluated satisfaction of caregiver about program using satisfaction survey consisted of 10 items scoring 0 (very dissatisfy) to 4 (very satisfy) after program. Results : Mean age of caregiver was 61.9. 40.0% (n=12) of caregivers were spouse. 53.3% (n=16) of caregivers were son or daughter. Caregiver burden that was estimated by short Zarit burden inventory were significantly decreased after program (p<0.001). When each item was compared, 4 items (7, 10, 11 and 12) were significantly decreased after program (p=0.036, p=0.018, p=0.01, p=0.024). All mean scores of 10 items about satisfaction were over 3 meaning that participants generally satisfied to program. Conclusions : Our study suggested that dementia caregiver supporting program could reduce caregiver burden and provide satisfaction. Therefore, programs for supporting dementia caregivers might be important as well as treating dementia patients. So, we should be interested in developing and providing efficiently this kind of program to reduce caregiver burden.

Satisfaction on the residential environment is a major factor influencing the choice of residence and migration, and is directly related to the quality of life in the city. As online services of real estate increases, people's evaluation on the residential environment can be easily checked and it is possible to analyze their satisfaction and its determining factors based on their evaluation. This means that a larger amount of evaluation can be used more efficiently than previously used methods such as surveys. This study analyzed the residential environment reviews of about 30,000 apartment residents collected from 'Zigbang', an online real estate service in Seoul. The apartment review of Zigbang consists of an evaluation grade on a 5-point scale and the evaluation content directly described by the dweller. At first, this study labeled apartment reviews as positive and negative based on the scores of recommended reviews that include comprehensive evaluation about apartment. Next, to classify them automatically, developed a model by using Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers(BERT), a deep learning-based natural language processing model. After that, by using SHapley Additive exPlanation(SHAP), extract word tokens that play an important role in the classification of reviews, to derive determining factors of the evaluation of the residential environment. Furthermore, by analyzing related keywords using Word2Vec, priority considerations for improving satisfaction on the residential environment were suggested. This study is meaningful that suggested a model that automatically classifies satisfaction on the residential environment into positive and negative by using apartment review big data and deep learning, which are qualitative evaluation data of residents, so that it's determining factors were derived. The result of analysis can be used as elementary data for improving the satisfaction on the residential environment, and can be used in the future evaluation of the residential environment near the apartment complex, and the design and evaluation of new complexes and infrastructure.
Pain has at least two dimensions such as somatosensory qualities and affect and patients are frequently asked to score the intensity of their pain on a numerical pain rating scale. However, the use of a undimensional scale is questionable in view of the belief, overwhelmingly supported by clinical experience as well as by empirical evidence from multidimensional scaling and other sources, that pain has multidimensions such as sensory-discrimitive, motivational-affective and cognitive-evaluative The study of pain has recently received much attention, especially in understanding its neurophysiology by using new brain imaging techniques, such as positron emission tomography(PET) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), both of which allow us to visualize brain function in vivo. Also the new brainimaging devices allow us to evaluate the patients pain status and plan To treat patients objectively. Base4 on our findings we presented what are the new brain imaging devices and the results of study by using brain imaging devices.
Since the birth of melodrama in the early Enlightenment era, it has flowed through various cultures and media. In order to grasp the principle of differentiation of melodrama and the direction of its change, a developmental approach to the formation process of melodrama is necessary. In this regard, this paper examines the formation process of modern melodrama and its aesthetic features around the time of the French Revolution. The modern melodrama was formed in the period between the end of the 18th century and the start of the 19th century. It was born at the intersectional point of the contradictions of the modern imagination and the political paradox of the French Revolution, which demanded an autonomous citizenship but did not recognize a woman as a citizen. The aesthetic of women's sacrifice and tears reproduced in the modern melodrama is a political aspiration to restore a corrupt society by glamorizing a woman as a moral icon. This was an icon to save a society under divide and crisis and a coordination of emotions to conceal sexist violence in the politics of the exclusion of women. The aesthetic of women's sacrifice and tears reproduced in modern melodrama has consistently been considered under negative evaluation such as a play of moral hypocrisy and vulgar drama. However, the academic interest in melodrama in the 1970s has been amplified due to the "Sirk-melo" which is a transition to the new aesthetic of women's sacrifice and tears, encompassing not only women, but also races and classes. In modern society, entering the era of uncertainty, where various social problems, national disasters, and global disasters have become commonplace, 'the aesthetic of women's sacrifice and tears' are shifting from gender differences to various victim narratives. This study aims to explore mathematical belief system and core belief factors to be found. The mathematical belief system becomes an auto regulation device for students' using mathematical knowledge in mathematical situations and provides them with the context to perceive and understand mathematics. They have individual mathematical beliefs for each of mathematics subject, mathematical problem solving, mathematical teaching and learning and self-concept, and these beliefs of students construct mathematical belief system according to mutual relationships among the mathematical beliefs. Using correlation analysis and multiple regression, mathematical belief system was structuralized and core belief factors were found. Mathematical belief system is structuralized and, as a result the core belief factors that are psychological centrality of high school students' mathematical belief system are found to be persistence, challenge, confidence and enjoyment. These core belief factors are formed on the basis of personal experiences and they are personal primitive beliefs that cannot be changed with ease and cannot be shared with other people but they are related with many other beliefs influencing them.
Customers often experience waiting for buying service. Managing customers' waiting time is important for service providers since customers who are dissatisfied with waiting, secede from a service place at last. Not a few studies have been done to solve waiting time problem and improve customers' waiting experience. Hui & Tse(1996) identify evaluation factors in customers' behavioral mechanism as customers wait. That is, customers experience perceived waiting time, waiting acceptability and emotional response to the wait when they wait. Since customers evaluate the wait using these factors, service provider should manage these factors in order to minimize customers' dissatisfaction. Therefore, this study explores that evaluation factors of waiting are influenced by customers' situational and experiential characteristics, which include customer loyalty, transaction importance for customer and waiting expectation level. Those situational and experiential characteristics are usually given to service providers so they can't control these at waiting point. The major findings derived from two exploratory studies can be summarized as follows. First, according to the result from the study 1 (restaurant setting), customers' transaction importance has the greatest positive influence on waiting experience. The results show restaurant service provider could prevent customers' separation effectively through strategies which raise customers' transaction importance, like giving special coupons for important events. Second, in study 2 (amusement part setting) customer loyalty has large positive impact on waiting experience as well as transaction importance. This results show that service provider could minimize customers' dissatisfaction using strategies which raise customer loyalty continuously. This results show customer perceives waiting experience differently according to characteristics of service place and service itself. Therefore, service provider should grasp the unique customers' situational and experiential characters for each service and service place. It could provide an effective strategy for waiting time management. Third, the study finds transaction importance and waiting expectation level have direct influence customers' waiting experience as independent variables, while existing studies treated them as moderators. Customer loyalty which has not been incorporated in previous waiting time research is known to affect waiting experience. It suggests that marketing strategy which builds up customer loyalty for long period of time is also quite effective, compared to short term tactics to help customers endure waiting time. Fourth, this study reveals the importance of actual waiting time along with perceived waiting time. So far most studies only focus on customers' perceived waiting time. Especially, this study incorporates the concept of patient limit on waiting time to investigate effect of actual waiting time. The results show that there were various responses to the wait depending on how actual waiting time exceeds individual's patent limit on waiting time or not, even though customers wait about the same period of time. Finally, using structural equation model, conceptual path between behavioral responses is verified. As customer perceives waiting time, then she decides whether she can endure it or not, and then her emotional response occurs. This result are somewhat different from Hui & Tse(1996)'s study. The study also includes theoretical contributions as well as practical implications.
The purpose of this study is to clarify the constructs of emotion suppression and help understanding on the multidimensional nature of emotion suppression by classifying constructs for suppression according to the KMW model. Also, this study examined the gender differences of emotion suppression. For this purpose, 657 adult male and female subjects were evaluated for attitude toward emotions, and difficulty in emotional regulation, as well as depression, state anger and daily stress scale. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis on the scales related to the emotion suppression factors, the emotion suppression factors corresponding to each stage of the KMW model were found to be 'distraction against emotional information, 'difficulty in understanding and interpretation of emotions', 'emotion control beliefs', 'vulnerability on emotional expression beliefs'. Next, the study participants were classified by performing a cluster analysis based on each emotion suppression factor. As a result, four clusters were extracted and named 'emotional control belief cluster', 'emotional expression cluster', 'emotional attention failure cluster', and 'general emotional suppression cluster'. As a result of examining the average difference of male depression, depression, state anger, and daily stress for each group, significant differences were found in all dependent variables. As a result of examining whether there is a difference in the frequency of emotional suppression clusters according to gender, the frequency of emotional suppression clusters was high in men, and the ratio of emotional expression clusters was high in women. Finally, it was analyzed whether there was a gender difference in the effect of the emotional suppression cluster on psychosocial adaptation, and the implications were discussed based on the results of this study.
In this paper, when both the refractive index grating and the gain grating exist in a 1.55um DFB laser with two cleaved mirror facets, when the phase of ρl is fixed to 0 and the phase of ρr is changed to -π/2, π, π/2, 0, the change in frequency and oscillation gain was theoretically analyzed. In the case of δL<0, the oscillation gain required for lasing is the lowest and the most stable frequency operation is obtained in the case of (ρl phase=0, ρr phase=0) and κL=10, when κL is varied from 0.1 to 10. In the case of δL>0, when (ρl phase=0, ρr phase=π) and κL=10, the oscillation gain required for lasing is the lowest and the difference between the oscillation gains of the higher-order modes is large so that the most stable frequency operation is obtained.
An underground integrated map is being built for underground safety management and is being updated periodically. The map update proceeds with the procedure of deleting all previously stored objects and saving newly entered objects. However, even unchanged objects are repeatedly stored, deleted, and stored. That causes the delay of the update time. In this study, in order to shorten the update time of the integrated map, an updated object and an unupdated object are separated, and only updated objects are reflected in the underground integrated map, and a system implementing this technology is described. For the updated object, an object comparison method using the center point of the object is used, and a quad tree is used to improve the search speed. The types of updated objects are classified into addition and deletion using the shape of the object, and change using its attributes. The proposed system consists of update object detection, extraction, conversion, storage, and history management modules. This system has the advantage of being able to update the integrated map about four times faster than the existing method based on the data used in the experiment, and has the advantage that it can be applied to both ground and underground facilities.

In this paper, we introduce a speaker overlap system and look at the process of converting the existed system on the specific framework of artificial intelligence. Speaker overlap is when two or more speakers speak at the same time during a conversation, and can lead to performance degradation in the fields of speech recognition or speaker recognition, and a lot of research is being conducted because it can prevent performance degradation. Recently, as application of artificial intelligence is increasing, there is a demand for switching between artificial intelligence frameworks. However, when switching frameworks, performance degradation is observed due to the unique characteristics of each framework, making it difficult to switch frameworks. In this paper, the process of converting the speaker overlap detection system based on the Keras framework to the pytorch-based system is explained and considers components. As a result of the framework switching, the pytorch-based system showed better performance than the existing Keras-based speaker overlap detection system, so it can be said that it is valuable as a fundamental study on systematic framework conversion.
