Following the recent advancement in the use of social networks, a vast amount of different online reviews is created. These variable online reviews which provide feedback data of contents' are being used as sources of valuable information to both contents' users and providers. With the increasing importance of online reviews, studies on opinion mining which analyzes online reviews to extract opinions or evaluations, attitudes and emotions of the writer have been on the increase. However, previous sentiment analysis techniques of opinion-mining focus only on the classification of reviews into positive or negative classes but does not include detailed information analysis of the user's satisfaction or sentiment grounds. Also, previous designs of the sentiment analysis technique only applied to one content domain that is, either product or movie, and could not be applied to other contents from a different domain. This paper suggests a sentiment analysis technique that can analyze detailed satisfaction of online reviews and extract detailed information of the satisfaction level. The proposed technique can analyze not only one domain of contents but also a variety of contents that are not from the same domain. In addition, we design a system based on Hadoop to process vast amounts of data quickly and efficiently. Through our proposed system, both users and contents' providers will be able to receive feedback information more clearly and in detail. Consequently, potential users who will use the content can make effective decisions and contents' providers can quickly apply the users' responses when developing marketing strategy as opposed to the old methods of using surveys. Moreover, the system is expected to be used practically in various fields that require user comments.

This study was designed to investigate the level of the Perceived Social Support and Instrument Activities of Daily Living(IADL) of the elderly. The subjects were 239 individuals of 65 years of age and over, living in Taegu city and Kyungpook Province. The data were collected through interviews with questionnaires from July 20 to August 30, 1998, and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, Pearson Correlation, t-test and ANOVA using the SAS program. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The mean score of the Perceived Social Support of elderly was 2.37/5. The instrumental support(M=2.52) out of type of the Perceived Social Support was the highest and the self-esteem support(M=2.18) was the lowest. 2. The shopping(M=2.89) out of IADL was the highest and the laundry(M=1.24) was the lowest. 3. The Social Support was significantly related to the IADL. The self-esteem support(r=.58) out of type of the Perceived Social Support was the highest correlation and the instrumental support(r=.32) was the lowest correlation. 4. Of the demographic characteristics of the subjects, age(F=4.61), educational level(F=4.04), living with a spouse(t=3.37), pocket money(F=3.51), satisfaction of pocket money(F=5.21) were significantly resated to the Social Support scores.

This study aims to investigate the influence of personality styles on information seeking behaviors of undergraduate students. To this end, first, Korean Enneagram Personality Training Indicator (KEPTI) tool was used to measure Enneagram personality styles. Next, to measure information seeking activities, 200 of undergraduate students were recruited, and a questionnaire with 13 questions was designed. The questions included information usage motivation, how to collect and search scholarly information, challenges faced in the search process, level of satisfaction, and the use of SNS (Social Network Service). This research concluded that personality traits affected information seeking behavior and Enneagram types of each center of energy consistently did not show similar information seeking behavior.
Music evokes human emotions or creates music moods through various low-level musical features. Typical music clip consists of one or more moods and this can be used as an important criteria for determining the similarity between music clips. In this paper, we propose a new music retrieval scheme based on the mood change patterns of music clips. For this, we first divide music clips into segments based on low level musical features. Then, we apply K-means clustering algorithm for grouping them into clusters with similar features. By assigning a unique mood symbol for each cluster, we can represent each music clip by a sequence of mood symbols. Finally, to estimate the similarity of music clips, we measure the similarity of their musical mood sequence using the Longest Common Subsequence (LCS) algorithm. To evaluate the performance of our scheme, we carried out various experiments and measured the user evaluation. We report some of the results.

In this study, the author applied the service design methodology to the university library to maximize the service value provided by the university library. To this end, the 'Double Diamond Model', a service design model, was applied to the university library, and service design tools such as Persona, Customer Journey Map, and Touch Points were utilized. To reflect on the service design in the university library, the author first reviewed the literature related to the subject and researched the previous studies. Then, the issue was discovered by questionnaire surveys, interviews with users and librarians, and field investigations. Based on this, Persona and situation scenarios were derived. In addition, after synthesizing Persona's situational behavior and user's emotional change, the study visualized the Customer Journey Map and suggested service improvement plans for 11 items in 3 areas. This study is focused on the process of deriving service improvement plans rather than improving a specific service. The purpose of this study was to improve university library service and to suggest new service plans. The significance of this study is that the practical service improvement plans were applied to the university library.
Customers often experience waiting for buying service. Managing customers' waiting time is important for service providers since customers who are dissatisfied with waiting, secede from a service place at last. Not a few studies have been done to solve waiting time problem and improve customers' waiting experience. Hui & Tse(1996) identify evaluation factors in customers' behavioral mechanism as customers wait. That is, customers experience perceived waiting time, waiting acceptability and emotional response to the wait when they wait. Since customers evaluate the wait using these factors, service provider should manage these factors in order to minimize customers' dissatisfaction. Therefore, this study explores that evaluation factors of waiting are influenced by customers' situational and experiential characteristics, which include customer loyalty, transaction importance for customer and waiting expectation level. Those situational and experiential characteristics are usually given to service providers so they can't control these at waiting point. The major findings derived from two exploratory studies can be summarized as follows. First, according to the result from the study 1 (restaurant setting), customers' transaction importance has the greatest positive influence on waiting experience. The results show restaurant service provider could prevent customers' separation effectively through strategies which raise customers' transaction importance, like giving special coupons for important events. Second, in study 2 (amusement part setting) customer loyalty has large positive impact on waiting experience as well as transaction importance. This results show that service provider could minimize customers' dissatisfaction using strategies which raise customer loyalty continuously. This results show customer perceives waiting experience differently according to characteristics of service place and service itself. Therefore, service provider should grasp the unique customers' situational and experiential characters for each service and service place. It could provide an effective strategy for waiting time management. Third, the study finds transaction importance and waiting expectation level have direct influence customers' waiting experience as independent variables, while existing studies treated them as moderators. Customer loyalty which has not been incorporated in previous waiting time research is known to affect waiting experience. It suggests that marketing strategy which builds up customer loyalty for long period of time is also quite effective, compared to short term tactics to help customers endure waiting time. Fourth, this study reveals the importance of actual waiting time along with perceived waiting time. So far most studies only focus on customers' perceived waiting time. Especially, this study incorporates the concept of patient limit on waiting time to investigate effect of actual waiting time. The results show that there were various responses to the wait depending on how actual waiting time exceeds individual's patent limit on waiting time or not, even though customers wait about the same period of time. Finally, using structural equation model, conceptual path between behavioral responses is verified. As customer perceives waiting time, then she decides whether she can endure it or not, and then her emotional response occurs. This result are somewhat different from Hui & Tse(1996)'s study. The study also includes theoretical contributions as well as practical implications.

In this study, aesthetic impressions were used for a high-level feature of image retrieval. The term, 'aesthetic' has been studied in psychology, art, and literature. It means unconscious, instantaneous parts of visual perception and emotion. The literatures related to aesthetic impressions were reviewed and four kinds of aesthetic impressions were defined operationally : strong impression, soft impression, courteous impression, and refined impression. 66 image files of paintings were sampled randomly from 1100 paintings and low-level color features were extracted from them by a using perceptual color model(Lai, & Tait, 1998). The high-level features of an image, that is, four kinds of aesthetic impressions of each painting were measured by 4 subjects and averaged. In CBIR, 2 subjects performed image retrievals using example queries. They were asked to retrieve images by using the aesthetic impressions or the keywords. In evaluations, subjects showed that they were satisfied with the aesthetic impression-based image retrieval system on the average. And R-precision of the image retrieval with both color features and aesthetic impressions was higher than that of the image retrieval with color features only. But further studies with larger test collections and query sets should be followed for generalization of the result of this study.

This paper applied components of experience-based communication in terms of experience theory of Burnd H. Schmitt and context-based communication in the messenger platform environment through the scenario-based survey method, in order to study the influence of individual experiences, shared experiences, ubiquitous connectivity, and contextual usefulness on the perceived value and use intention of chatbot. Through this, the study is to provide companies in various service industries with practical approaches to further promote the use of chatbot. The implications of this study are as follows. First, as most chatbots still do not exceed the human planning level of designing them, it is necessary to consider how to design individual experience elements functionally according to the customer's intention to speak when developing the chatbot. Second, the chatbot should be designed not only from the perspective of completing specific tasks at any real time in anywhere, but also from the overall perspective of enhancing the quality of interaction, including the situation to which the customer belongs. Third, since the chatbot is likely to be anthropomorphized by users, it is important to be cautious about determining the chatbot's 'persona' and 'tone and manner' when developing the chatbot. Customer satisfaction is the most important criterion for the success of chatbot development. In other words, the quality of planning and data rather than the quality of artificial intelligence algorithms determines the utilization of chatbot. This is why companies are trying to make interactions with chatbot as close as possible to human interactions.

For the purpose of better understanding of RAD children, comparisons were performed about the developmental and psychopathological characteristics between RAD and PDD children. Study subjects were the children between the ages 2 and 6. who visitied SNUCH Child and Adolescent Psychiatry OPD or treated in Day Treatment Center during May, 1989 and Sep., 1991, diagnosed by the child psychiatrist as RAD or PDD according to DSM-III-R diagnostic criteria. A total of 40 children were included in the study. 20 were RAD(18 boys, 2 girls). 20 were PDD(20 boys). PEP was performed to all study subjects, by the raters blind to psychiatric diagnosis of each. And analysis was done about the level of developmental functioning score and psychopathological scores between RAD and PDD children. The results are as follows 'There were retardation on the general developmental functioning in RAD children, and the severity of retardation were lined up as perceptual ability>imitation>gross motor>cogitive language>eye-hand coordination>fine motor. Characteristics of psychopathology in RAD children were lined up by severity as language>play>relationship>affection >sensory. Group differences of the two shows on PDD group rejection score was significantly higher on the perception item. while RAD was superior on the perception emerging response. Differences of the psychopathology between two groups were on such areas as ; Affection, which was significantly higher on 'Absent' in RAD, while significantly higher on 'severe' in PDD children. On the interest for the play and materials. sensory and language areas, RAD children were significantly higher ratings on 'Absent' than PDD children.

Desire for a happy life becomes the will that man instinctively desires. In that the conditions of happiness are subjective and varied, the will of subjective desires has been studied with the attention of objective tendencies. The positive and meaningful will of life in the desire for happiness leads us to be the functionaries who act. These wills can be the driving force of a happy life, which allows one to have a hopeful reflective will in one's inner life, connecting oneself with others, and working in relationships with others. In addition, those who become lazy or lose their orientation in life can instill a will to be the main character of life, and furthermore, to give the ultimate meaning and goals of life. To understand and analyze these wills for happy lives more specifically, structural model compatibility and confirmatory factors were conducted. relatively reliable α=.855 value, the coefficient of correlation between recognition and will **p<.01, *p<.05 statistically significant measuring tool of not less than 05 was used. The study results of the structural model suitability of the factors of will and the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model set by the researcher could reflect the characteristics of the data collected, and that the χ2(Chi-square) value was .126, which was consistent with the model by satisfying the acceptance criteria, and that the comparison of the reference values of the study model showed a relatively high level of suitability. To identify the relationship between cognitive and defined and behavioral factors of subjective will and existent will variables, the results of a verification factor analysis show that the χ2(Chi-square) value is 2.36 and the model and data are consistent with the acceptance criteria, and that the test data is consistent with the model and data set by the researcher are consistent with the model5.0 Through structural model analysis of human will, it was confirmed that the variables of subjective and existential, sensible and reflective will directly and indirectly influence and form a complex relationship. Our will is recognized as the subjective will, and the structure of the subjective will consists of the sensible and reflective will, and the relationship between the cognitive and just action elements and the subjective will of the human life and the will to exist is shown to be very meaningful, so we should conduct the education of the happy will of the emotional and just areas of life as well as the reestablishment of the cognitive educational direction that can lead to action.
