의료영상정합을 통해서 이상징후 발현시점과 소멸시점의 기능영상을 비교함으로써 기능이상부위를 판별하는 것은 질환의 진단에 매우 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 기존 변화시점간 기능영상 감영법이 정확한 소멸시점에서의 영상 취득이 어려움으로 인해 정확도가 떨어질 우려가 있는 점을 개선하고자 뇌 혈류이상을 나타내는 뇌기능영상인 SPECT의 변화시점 기능이상부위 추출을 위하여 정상인집단 영상의 비선형 영상정합기법과 영상평균화를 통해 뇌기능영상 템플릿을 구축하였다. 또한 이를 기반으로 영상감영을 수행함으로써 간질환자의 발작중(ictal) SPECT 뿐만 아니라 발작간(interictal) SPECT에서도 뇌혈류의 이상을 정확히 분석할 수 있는 3차원 추출가시화 방법을 제시하였다.

[ $^{201}T1/^{99m}Tc$ ] pertechnetate subtraction scintigraphy of the parathyroid gland was performed in a study of 8 patients with clinical and biochemical evidence of hyperparathyroidism for diagnosis and Localization of the lesion prior to sugery. 6 cases of parathyroid adenomas were accurately localized and 2 cases of diffuse hyperplasia associated with chronic renal failure(CRF) and multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) type I. $^{201}T1/^{99m}Tc$ pertechnetate scan was useful for patients with hyperparathyroidism, especially in definite localization preoperatively.

1980년 후반부터 지리에서 과학적 탐구를 지원하는 학습도구로써 GIS의 잠재성을 모색하기 시작하였다. 이후 지리교육에서 GIS의 유용성, 지리교육에 GIS를 적용하는데 해결해야할 문제들, 지리교육에 적용할 때 필요한 접근방법, 다양한 학습 모형 개발에 대한 연구가 진행되었다. 그리고 최근 Internet GIS 기술이 개발되면서 Web을 통한 학습 자료의 개발이 이루어지고 있다.(중략)

강력한 항레트로바이러스 치로(highly active antiretroviral therapy, HAART)의 도입으로 HIV 감영인의 기대여명(life expectancy)이 비감염인과 큰 차이가 나지 않을 정도로 향상된 것은 널리 알려진 사실이다. 하지만 평생 동안 약물을 복용해야 하며, 이에 따른 약물 부작용, 약제 내성, 경제적 손실, 불편함 등이 문제가 되고 있으며, 이를 극복하기 위한 다양한 치료법에 대한 연구가 진행 중이다. 이 글에서는 최근 발표되거나 진행 중인 새로운 치료 방법에 대해 간단히 알아보고자 한다.

This study is to inspect and analyse the historical background, spacial organization and architectural features about the traditional government office building of Gangwon Gamyoung(the supreme local government office of Gangwondo in Chosun dynasty). The results are as follows. - Gangwon Gamyoung was located at the center of Gangwondo in consideration of distance to each small local office. And also it was located in consideration of geographical connection between Hanseong(today's Seoul). - The spatial organization of Gamyoung was divided into the three parts of entrance space, government office building space and backyard space. The entrance space was composed of three gates(Pojungru-Jungsammun-Naesammun). The government office building Space was consisted of business and living building as center of Sunhwadang(the main office building). And the backyard space was composed of Yonji(pond), Jungja(bower), and so on - The way to enter the space of Gamyoung follows the order from Pojungru(the first & outer main gate with a bower), Jungsammun(the second & intermediate gate), Naesammun(the third & inner gate) to Sunhwadang at last. - There were a beautiful Yonji(pond) which to be rectangular type and to have a round island with Bongraegak(bower) at Gamyoung backyard, the drain conduit and pedestrian road covered with pebble in the ground.

Silkworms have been found cross infected with other microsporidia of insects in mulberry trees, forest and fruit gardens. Even the unidentified microsporidian species were not seriously pathogenic to silkworms, the silkworm egg producers lose their profit because of the elimination of eggs laid from moths which are infected with any kind of microsporidian species. Recently, the microsporidian cross infection to silkworm is in tendency of increase and the authors have investigated the field insects to examine the microsporidia. The number of species of insects infected with microsporidia was 10 and they were Boettcherisca peregrina (Robineau-Dewvoidy), Apis melifera linnaeus, Artogenia rapae Linnaeus, Tipula aino Alexander, Altica cacrulescens (Baly), Anomela daimiana Harold, Eilema griseola (Jubner), Rbalbistylun speciosum Uller, Anisodactylus signatus illiger, Oulema oryzae (Kuwayama). From the Boettcherisca peregrina (Rogineau-Desvoidy), three different species of micrsporidia were isolated and the microsporidia isolated from Boettcherisca peregrina (Robineau-Desvoidy), Apis melifera Linnaeus, Artogenia rapae Linnaeus donot have infectivity to silkworm larvae, Bombyx mori L.
