Modeling of Real-time Concrete Compressive Strength Reduction Management System According to Water Reducing Ratio (감수율에 따른 실시간 콘크리트 압축강도 저하 관리시스템 모델링)

  • 본 논문은 건설구조물 안전의 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나인 콘크리트 압축강도 안정성을 확보하기 위한 시스템으로, 콘크리트 구조물을 만들 재료인 레미콘의 수분 감소율에 따른 압축강도 감소 리스크를 관리할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다. 동일한 물,시멘트비(W/C)로 생산된 레미콘은 현장타설시까지 교통환경으로 인한 도착시간 지연 및 강우, 강설 등 외부적인 요건으로 감수율이 발생하는 리스크가 발생한다. 이로 인해 콘크리트의 압축강도가 저감하는 중대한 문제가 발생한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 알고리즘을 이용하여 현장 타설전 콘크리트 시료의 함수율을 측정하여 감수율이 발생한 제품 발견시, 실시간으로 Operator로 GCM 기반의 Push Alarm을 전송하여 감수율이 반영된 제품을 제공함으로써 구조물의 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 시스템을 모델링하였다. 본 연구는 기존시스템의 문제점을 실시간으로 개선할 수 있는 것으로 건설현장의 구조물 안정성 확보에 효과가 클 것으로 기대된다.

  • 비선형 감수율은, 비선형 광학 현상을 기술하는 중요한 특성값으로서, 비선형 광학 연구가 시작된 이래 지속적으로 많은 관심을 받아 왔다. 그러나 연구의 주된 범위가 2차 비선형 감수율 $\chi$$^{(2)}$ 와 그 응용에 집중되어 왔으며, 고차 비선형 감수율이 큰 물질의 부족으로 인해, 고차 비선형 광학 효과를 얻기 위하여 직접적인 고차 과정을 이용하기 보다 그림 1(a)와 같이 2차 비선형 광학 효과의 연속적인 과정을 통해 구현하는 방법이 선호되어, 비선형 감수율의 일반적인 특성에 대해서는 충분한 이해가 이루어지지 못하였다. Effect of Proton Irradiation on the Spectrum of Initial Susceptibility in Amorpyous Ribbon (비정질에서 양성자 조사에 따른 초기 감수율 이완 특성)

  • The complex magnetic susceptibility of as-quenched and proton irradiated amorphous ribons of $FE_{81}B_{13.5}Si_{3.5}C_2$ was measured in the frequency range 10 KHz~ 10 MHz. The frequency spectra of real and imaginary parts of susceptibility showed a typical Debye-type relaxation. Relatively high relaxtion frequency, ~3 MHz observed in the present work suggented that domain rotation is involved in the relaxation process. The susceptibility at the low frequency decreased with the irradiation, while that at high frequency increased due to the increasing defect density. The relaxation frequency of domain roation shifted toward higher frequency, due to the increasing pinning force against domain motion by the irradiation.

  • In this study, the relationship between compressive strength and water-cement ratio according to water reducing ratio was evaluated, concrete mix was prepared according to 3 level of water reducing ratio (0%, 8% and 16%) and 3 level of water-cement ratio (40%, 45% and 50%). In addition, concrete mix was carried out repetition test of three times in order to secure the reliability. As a result, compressive strength according to water reducing ratio was shown that difference of strength was about 20% occurred, effect of compressive strength according to water reducing ratio was found more than the water-cement ratio. Therefore, reflected the effect of water reducing ratio, relationship equation between new compressive strength and water-cement ratio was proposed.

  • In this paper is one of the measures to prevent concrete collapse accidents at construction sites in advance. Analyzed based on accumulated Meteorological Agency data. It is a reliable model that confirms the prediction of the decrease rate occurrence interval, and the verification items such as p_value is 0.5 or less and ecof appears in one direction through the SARIMA model, which is suitable for regular and clear time series data models, ensure reliability. Significant results were obtained. As a result of analyzing the temperature change by time zone and the water reduce ratio by section using the data secured based on such trust, the water reduce ratio is the highest in the 29-31 ℃ section from 12:00 to 13:00 from July to August. found to show. If a factor in the research result interval occurs using the research results, it is expected that the batch plant will produce Ready-mixed concrete that reflects the water reduce ratio at the time of designing the water-cement mixture, and prevent the decrease in concrete compressive strength due to the water reduce ratio.

Nonlinear Interferometry for Measuring the Nonresonant Third Order Susceptibilities of Gases (비선형분광간섭을 이용한 여러가지 기체의 비공명 3차 감수율 측정)

  • We have applied nonlinear interferometry of coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy (CARS) to measure the nonresonant third order susceptibilities of various gases. For the experiment, we placed two gas cells serially and filled the first cell with argon as a calibration standard and the second cell with gases under test. The interference fringes of the CARS signals generated in the two gas cells were obtained by changing the thickness of the phase shifting unit which was made of BK-7 glass. The total effective nonresonant susceptibilities were determined from the measured amplitudes of the interference fringes of the CARS signals of the gases. The nonresonant susceptibilities were obtained by subtracting off resonant vibrational contributions from the total effective susceptibilities. The results of this work are compared with the published data and the overall uncertainty is estimated to be less than 5%. an 5%.

Magnetic Susceptibility of the Single Crystal MnF2(1.5% EuF3) (단결정 MnF2(1.5% EuF3)의 자기 감수율)

  • In order to investigate the magnetic properties of Eu ions in the single crystal $MnF_2$, the temperature dependent magnetic susceptibilities of the antiferromagnetic $MnF_2$ and the single crystal $MnF_2$(1.5% $EuF_3$) with the rutile structures were measured in the temperature range from 4K to 300K. The detailed analysis of the measured susceptibilities showed that the magnetic susceptibility by the doping of the small amount $EuF_3$ in the antiferromagnetic single crystal $MnF_2$ follows the antiferromagnetic Curie-Weiss law with the negative paramagnetic Curie temperature similarly as in $MnF_2$. It was also found that Eu ion has +3 valence. This solves the long standing discrepancy on this problem.

  • 임계 이중 연계혼합물인 nitroethane 과 cyclohexane 혼합물의 임계온도 근처에서 전기적 감수율 (electric susceptibility)을 전기용량의 온도에 대한 변화를 측정하여 얻었다. 비선형 효과를 관측하기 위하여 자기유도 타원편광축 회전에 의한 제3차 비선형 광학감수율을 측정하여 임계지수를 구하였다. 임계지수는 0.34 였다.

Measurement of the Third Order Nonlinear Optical Susceptibility of the Conducting Polymer Film by Maker Fringe Method (Maker fringe 방법에 의한 전도성 박막의 3차 비선형 광학 감수율의 측정)

  • We have investigated a method to measure the refractive index, coherence length, and the third order nonlinear optical susceptibility ($x^{(3)}$) of the conducting polymer film. ($x^{(3)}$) of polymer film was obtained, by comparing Maker fringe of polymer film with that of fused quartz, and by calculating the correction factor due to the linear refractive index. The linear refractive index of polymer film was determined from the envelopes of the maxima and minima in the transmission spectrum. Poly ((1,4-phenylenevinylene$)_{0.34}$-co-(2-methoxy-1,4-phen ylene vinylene$)_{0.66}$) [PP$V_{0.34}$-PMP$V_{0.66}$] thin film was prepared by spin coating method. From transmission spectrum and Maker fringe data, we found that the refractive index, coherence length, and the third order nonlinear optical susceptibility ($x^{(3)}$) of the [PP$V_{0.34}$-PMP$V_{0.66}$] are 1.786, 17.86 ${\mu}m$ and 5.8${\times}10^{-12}$esu, respectively.
