Although safety and health education is reported to be very effective in reducing the industrial accident rate, the demand for improvement in safety and health education is also very high. The purpose of this study is to present measures to enhance effectiveness by investigating the effectiveness and demand for safety and health education for supervisors among the safety and health education systems. As a result of the study, it was found that the satisfaction and effectiveness of safety and health education were low. As the most important competency required for supervisors, it was investigated that job competency was the ability to discover harmful risk factors and formulate disaster prevention measures in the work process and work environment, and base competency was communication ability. In addition to designated safety and health education institutions, there was a high demand for recognition as education completion time even when professional education by job was completed by other professional education institutions. Therefore, in safety and health education for supervisors, it is necessary to focus on major items to improve supervisors' job competency and base competency, and to recognize that they have completed education at a wide range of educational institutions. We believe that it can increase the supervisor's capacity for safety management and improve the effectiveness of safety and health education.

This paper analyzes the spatial representations constructed by reality, filming, and narrative in the works of Hong Kong film director Wong Kar-wai, and how these spaces influence Hong Kong's urban culture, perception, and interpersonal relationships. To analyze Wong Kar-wai's films, Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotics concepts and Paul Virilio's spatial concepts were applied. Through this, we examined how the meaning embedded in the spatial representations of Wong Kar-wai's films could become a crucial factor in their success. Wong Kar-wai focused on the values of human relationships formed by society in his subject expression, directly representing the human inner world and prompting audiences to think about it. In this paper, we categorized the spaces depicted in Wong Kar-wai's films as public, private, and connective spaces, and analyzed them as a means to show the living environment and emotions of Hong Kong's youth. Through this, we determined that the spatial representations in Wong Kar-wai's films effectively demonstrate the cultural interpretation function of Hong Kong's citizen consciousness at the junction of Eastern and Western cultures and social connections. In conclusion, Wong Kar-wai's works provide a rich understanding of contemporary people's lives, emotions, and urban spaces, offering valuable insights into Hong Kong's film industry and cultural values.

The purpose of this present study was to investigate the influence of abusive supervision on strain-based work interference with family and interpersonal deviance. In addition, this study examined the mediating effect of subordinates' emotional labor toward supervisors and the moderating effect of hierarchical organizational climates on emotional labor, perceived organizational family support on strain-based work-family conflict, and social network on interpersonal deviance. The results are summarized as follows: (1) abusive supervision was positively related to subordinates' emotional labor toward supervisors. (2) Emotional labor was positively related to strain-based work-family conflict and interpersonal deviance. (3) Subordinates' emotional labor mediated the relationship between abusive supervision and the two outcome variables. (4) Hierarchical organizational climates moderated the relationship between abusive supervision and emotional labor. (5) Perceived organizational family did not have moderating effect between emotional labor and strain-based work-family conflict. (6) Social network had moderating effect but it did not influence interpersonal deviance as predicted by the hypothesis. Based on the results, implications of findings, limitations, and suggestions for future research were discussed.

The Financial Supervisory Institution constantly has tightened the regulation for secure electronic financial service. Information Security Consulting and Service companies are not enough to cover about 4,500 financial institutes required to comply with the regulation, and the Financial Supervisory Institution also suffers from work overload. The demand for real-time work of risk management is getting stronger. Compliance with the regulation has to be attempted with technical approach so that requirement, implementation, monitoring, and supervision are efficiently performed. And, articles have to be concluded with compliance management service. In this research used compliance management framework and IT GRC process model, have to be designed compliance management lifecycle and 34 index.

도시화에 따른 도시문제발생이라는 결과로 미루어 볼 때, 지속적인 도시 성장을 위한 도시 성장 관리는 필수적이며, 이것을 위해서 도시지역을 추출하는 것은 도시의 성장 추이를 파악할 수 있게 한다는 점에서 매우 의미 있는 일이다. 본 연구에서는 도시 성장 모니터링에 있어서 정규식생지수(NDVI)와 정규시가지화지수(NDBI)를 결합한 방법의 활용성을 규명하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 토지피복분류에 일반적으로 사용되는 감독 분류기법과 도시지역추출에 이용되는 NDVI와 NDBI를 결합한 방법(식생지수결합법)으로 1988년과 2000년 두 시기의 Landsat TM 영상을 이용하여 도시지역을 추출하고 일치도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 1988년 식생지수결합법과 감독분류기법으로 추출한 도시지역의 일치도는 98%, 식생지수결합법 비도시지역으로 추출된 지역이 감독분류기법으로는 도시지역으로 추출될 확률은 37.35%로 나타났고, 같은 경우 2000년은 각각 99.3%와 7.7%로 나타났다. 이를 통해 식생지수결합법을 사용한 도시지역 추출 결과와 감독분류기법을 사용한 도시지역 추출 결과의 일치도가 비교적 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 또, 각 기법을 통한 도시지역 추출 결과와 실제 도시 검사점과의 일치도의 분석을 통해서도 도시지역 추출 결과의 일치도가 비교적 높게 나타났다. 따라서 분류를 통한 도시지역 추출 방법에 비해 식생지수결합법을 이용한 도시지역 추출이 절차상 수월한 점을 감안하면 도시지역 추출에 있어서 식생지수결합법의 효율성을 입증할 수 있었다.

One of the famous korean director which made a imagetelling movie is a Kim-kiduk. Most of his movies are the lonely people who lives a insulated locale like a island. The is also lonely people who lives in insulated area in Seoul, Korea. The is the best movie of all his film life. This Thesis will explain how to make a narrative using a chunggye industrial tools center more effectively and define the power of the locale in the movie.

Dir. Kim, Muk was known to the representative director of Korean action and thriller film from the last of 1950's to the first of 1970's. His first film is melodrama (1958). But he mainly makes action genre film after (1960). This reserch discussed on Kim, Muk's activity in Koream film world and introduceed his all films from the first of 1950's to of 1970's. In conclusionly I arranged his film style and KIm, Muk's film making metod of action film.

The primary agent of civil investigation businesses must be a corporation to line up with public interests, and the government has to carry out the permit system on business owners. As many countries such as those of European and Japan supervise civil investigation business and the police agent supervises guarding businesses, so the police also has to supervise civil investigation business. In many cases, civil investigation businesses deal with private information, and the police has to prevent from infringing customers' basic right by clarifying private information management for punishment. In addition the police has to tighten up customers' obligations. For example the police has to deliver papers about the contents when they enter into or change contract, or after they enter into contract.

자연언어처리에서 어휘의 의미를 구분하는 것은 기계번역이나 정보검색과 같은 여러 응용 분야에서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 국내에서도 여러 어의 중의성 해소 시스템이 소개되었으나 대부분 시스템이 의미 부착 말뭉치를 이용한 감독 학습 방식을 기반으로 두고 있다. 본 논문은 한국어 어휘의미망을 이용한 비감독 어의 중의성 해소 시스템을 소개한다. 일반적으로 감독어의 중의성 해소 시스템은 비감독 어의 중의성 해소 시스템보다 성능은 좋으나 대규모의 의미 부착 말뭉치가 있어야 한다. 그러나 본 시스템은 한국어 어휘의미망과 의미 미부착 말뭉치에서 추출한 어휘 통계정보를 이용해, 의미 부착 말뭉치에서 추출한 의미별 통계 정보를 이용하는 감독 중의성 해소 방법과 같은 효과를 낸다. 본 시스템과 타 시스템의 성능 비교를 위해 'SENSEVAL-2' 평가 대회의 한국어 평가 데이터를 이용하였다. 실험 결과는 추출된 통계 정보를 바탕으로 우도비를 이용하였을 때 정확도 72.09%, 관계어 가중치를 추가로 이용하였을 때 정확도 77.02%로 감독 중의성 해소 시스템보다 높은 성능을 보였다.

본 연구에서는 최근에 투입과 산출관계가 복잡한 비영리기관의 운영효율성을 평가하는데 많이 적용되고 있는 DEA분식기법을 이용하여 국내일반은행의 생산성을 상대적 개념에서 측정하고, 은행감독원에 의한 경영평가와 금융감독위원회의 은행퇴출평가 결과를 비교하여 봄으로서 평가결과가 타당성이 있는지 여부를 알아보았다. 금융감독위원회의 평가는 수익성, 건전성, 유동성, 내부유보 등 비율분석에 의한 평가와 BIS비율 등을 고려하여 평가해 왔기 때문에 다산출물 대 다투입물이 상호작용하는 것을 무시하고 있다는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그리고 은행감독원의 평가와 DEA기법에 의한 경영효율성 간에는 상당한 차이가 있는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구 분석결과로는 1995년도 효율성 값이 하위 5개 은행은 국민은행, 충북은행, 광주은행, 경남은행, 평화은행이며, 1996년도 효율성 값이 하위 5개 은행은 광주은행, 제주은행, 동남은행, 전북은행, 국민은행, 1997년도의 효율성 값이 하위 5개 은행은 대동은행, 광주은행, 충청은행, 충북은행, 전북은행으로 분석되었다. 퇴출은행 5개중 1996년도에 동남은행, 1997년도에 대동은행, 충청은행만이 효율성 값이 하위 5위안에 포함되어 본 연구의 분석결과와 다소 상이한 결과가 분석되었다. 그리고 DEA 분석모형에 의하면 비율분석에서는 점검할 수 없는 은행의 상대적 경영효율성을 분석한 결과가 금융당국의 평가결과와 다소 일치한 점도 있으나 운영효율성 측면에서 퇴출대상은행이 효율성이 높은 은행으로 평가되어 금융감독위원회가 결정한 퇴출대상은행과 DEA 분석결과와는 상이한 결과가 도출되었다.
