Korean movies with a great variety of styles have recently succeeded in drawing people's attention Rule number one is "the more entertainment, the more audiences". On the top of box offices are always the movies that have a number of spectacular scenes, pounding sounds and big budget characters. Hong Sang Su movies, however, receive attention from the public without above noted descriptions. One of his effective methods of expression is "realism" He has illustrated the trivial episodes with his own wits and ways. Not only has his style become famous and popular but he has many followers. He enjoys using ordinary emotion and sentiment that are likely to happen to everyone. This paper uses two tools. One is the traditional analysis of realism. The other is how he can approach the public meaningfully by listing common elements he frequently uses in his movies. Nevertheless, we can't fully understand his realism by explaining how he shows our everyday life and how much his movie looks like it. Though admitting there are so many preceding papers on his works but this paper will try to look deep into his realism through the analysis of Mise-en-Sc$\grave{e}$ne.

Countries recognize seriousness and concern about aviation terrorism, try to stamp out of it but aviation terrorism has been increasing in the world. Airport security is completely up to the result of security screening for passengers, check-in baggages and cargo at the check point. To complete effectively human and physical screening at the airport, it is essential to secure modernized screening equipment and specialized security screener, and airport security supervisor to supervising them. In this study, A survey conducted to find out the effect on screening equipment operating factors of airport security supervisor's individual attitude. The results of the study are as follow First, the duty view of airport security supervisor meaningfully affect expertise of screening equipment operating factors, satisfaction, reliability, and education and training, national point of view meaningfullly doesn't affect screening equipment operating factors. Second, the working condition effects on the education and training, if the working condition is getting better, intent to change occupation is getting lower. Third, duty stress meaningfully effects on the intent to change occupation, now airport security supervisor works in poor condition. Therefore, airport security supervisor needs to be prude of protecting the airport from the terrorism and various attacks and various kinds of aviation security regulations and procedures and comply with operating standards and keep the life of the country and its people, and needs to change awareness. And It is nessasary for government or airport authority or airline to prepare countermeasure for the improvement of their labor conditions.

중국은 원자력법에 의해 원자력관리 주무관청(에너지성 및 그 관할하의 중국핵공업총공사), 안전감독기관(국가핵안전국) 및 기타 원자력안전$\cdot$감독 주무관청(국가환경보호국, 위생성, 공안성, 노동인사성) 등 3부문으로 나누어지는 행정조직을 갖고 있다. 이들은 $\ulcorner$집중관리, 분업협력$\lrcorner$이라는 원칙을 근거로 각 관청이 각각 독립적으로 권한을 행사한다.

올해 영화제에는 국내작품 55편을 포함해 전 세계 300여편의 장ㆍ단편디지털 영화가 장편부문, 단편부문, 뮤직비디오부문 등 18개 섹션에 걸쳐 소개됐다. 올해 개막작은 문명세계의 탐욕과 반문명의 모순을 그린‘휴먼네이처’로 우리 관객에게도 친숙한 미셸 공드리감독의 특별전이 준비돼 공드리 감독의 뮤직비디오, CF 등 25편이 상영됐다. 폐막작으로는 스케이트보드를 다룬 영화‘스톡트’(Stoked)가 상영됐다.

삼성전자, 포스코, 한진중공업, 푸르지오, 힐스테이트, 니콘 등 시청자들의 눈과 귀를 사로잡는 CF. 하나하나가 작품인 이 CF는 손의정 촬영감독의 작품이다. 중앙대와 경원대에서 동영상 강의를 진행 중이기도 한 그는 몸과 마음의 건강을 균형 있게 두루 살필 줄 아는 사람이다. 어느 한쪽이 균형을 잃게 되면 건강 체계에 이상신호가 올 수 밖에 없다고 그는 말한다.

고용노동부(장관 이재갑)는 지난해 12월 10일 한국서부발전(주) 태안발전소에서 20대 하청업체 비정규직 노동자(고(故) 김용균)의 컨베이어 협착 사망사고와 관련하여 태안발전소 사업장 전반에 대한 '특별안전보건감독'과 함께 유사 동종사고 예방을 위하여 발전 5사 본사 및 전국 12개 석탄발전소에 대한 '긴급안전점검'을 실시하고 그 결과를 발표하였다.

Movie network as a social network shows power-law distribution that is one of distinct properties in scale-free network. We constructed movie network from 799 Korea movies that screened from 2000 to 2009 and analyzed structural properties of the network. The 799 movies was classified three groups as a spectator mobilizing power. One million spectators mobilizing power movie was denoted the first class. The best 10 movie directors who produced at least three movies for ten years and had 70% the first class movie of them were selected. We also preferred the best 20 movie actors who played at least five movies for ten years and had 70% the first class movie of them. We re-constructed core movie network that composed the best 10 directors, the best 20 movie stars, and 157 movies that were produced by the directors or were played by the movie stars. We predict a possible combination of the director and movie actor as a category of the movie that has highly spectator mobilizing power. Here, we provide insight and method for producing high spectators mobilizing power movies

This study aimed to explore the effects of private tutoring expenses, parents' monitoring affection, their children's learning value and self-regulated learning abilities on middle-school boys' and girls' English Math academic achievement. The subjects were the 3rd middle-school 1,123 students taking the private tutoring of English and Math who participated in the Korea Child Youth Panel Surveys(KCYPS). The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, correlations and hierarchical regressions. The main results of this study were as follows. Firstly, regardless of middle-school students' sex, as monthly average private tutoring expenses were more, the levels of parents' monitoring, and their children's learning value self-regulated learning abilities were higher, so middle-school students' academic achievement was higher. Secondly, regardless of middle-school students' sex, their self-regulated learning abilities were the highest predictors of English Math achievement. Also, their learning value and parents' monitoring influenced middle-school boys' English Math achievement in order. On the other hand, monthly average private tutoring expenses influenced middle-school girls' English Math achievement. Furthermore there were no moderating effects of parents' monitoring affection, their children's learning value and self-regulated learning abilities between monthly average private tutoring expenses and middle-school boys' and girls' English Math achievement. Finally, based on the results, the importance of parents and Home Economics was suggested in attaining middle-school students' higher academic achievement. Especially, Home Economics can play an important role of enhancing middle-school students' self-regulated learning abilities and learning value necessary for middle-school students' higher academic achievement.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the 'depth of the film image' and to discuss its aesthetic implications in the Wes Anderson's films. In this study, I have analysed his two recent representative films, (2014) and (2012). As a result, it is found that Wes Anderson created a symmetrical composition with the depth by placing symmetrically things on the Z axis or using one-point perspective. In general, symmetrical composition is a two-dimensional form. The symmetrical composition in these two films, however, has the depth perception. It gives a sense of the fantastic world, not the real world. Thus, it is the unique way of Wes Anderson's expressing the world of the fairy tale on his films. It is also found that he used the camera work, emphasizing the depth of the image. Through these devices, Wes Anderson has created his own sensational mise-en-scene for a storyline like a fairy tale.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effects of characteristics of Leader (authoritarian disposition, procedural justice, job instability) on the organizational commitment of subordinates through abusive supervision and leader-member exchange(LMX). To this end, a survey was performed on the employees under the manager level in a large enterprise in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, the Hypothesis 1, 2, and 3 that the characteristics of leader (authoritarian disposition, procedural justice, job instability) will make effects on the organizational commitment of subordinates through abusive supervision were adopted. Second, in the hypotheses that the characteristics of leader (authoritarian disposition, procedural justice, job instability) will make effects on the organizational commitment of subordinates through LMX, Hypothesis 4 of authoritarian disposition, and Hypothesis 6 of job instability were rejected, while only Hypothesis 5 of procedural justice was adopted, as it made effects on the organizational commitment of subordinates through LMX. Third, the Hypothesis 7, 8, and 9 that the characteristics of leader (authoritarian disposition, procedural justice, job instability) will make effects on the organizational commitment of subordinates through abusive supervision and LMX were all adopted. This study is meaningful, in that it identified the structural relationship that the characteristics of leader make effects on the organizational commitment of subordinates through abusive supervision and LMX. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as base materials for new studies on abusive supervision which have been made in diversified ways in Korea and overseas.
