The study method is a similar experimental study using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design in which taping therapy was applied to female nurses who work day shifts for 5 consecutive days in an orthopedic surgery ward. Data collection was from November 2 to December 18, 2020, and a total of 60 nurses, 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group, were recruited from two orthopedic surgery hospitals located in B city. The data were analyzed by chi-square test, t-test and paired t-test using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the experimental group had lower extermities discomfort(t=-1.27, p=<.001) and fatigue score(t=-0.60, p=<.001) than the control group, and it was confirmed that there was a statistically significant effect. It has been proven that taping therapy is a very effective nursing intervention.

OCB affects the work performance of nurses in clinical practice is very important and organizational justice is an important influencing factors of OCB. The purpose of this study was to determine the influential factors of organizational justice on OCB of nurses. The descriptive-correlational method was applied. The study was carried out less than a 500-bed hospital. Participants of the study included 230 nurses working in secondary hospitals. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression with the 18.0 SPSS/Window program. Considering the components of organizational justice, there was a significant positive correlation(r=.172~.540, p=.000) between OCB and distributive, procedural and interactional justice. Also, Total organizational justice explained 29.1% of total OCB with influencing factor (${\beta}$=.540) and was statistically significant(F=93.777, p=.000). The influencing factors to OCB were distributive justice(${\beta}$=.283) and interactional justice(${\beta}$=.249) except procedural justice. The findings suggest that strategies of nursing management are needed to focus on distributive justice for compensation and interactional justice for social relationship in order to induce nurses' organizational citizenship behavior.

Focus group interviews were conducted with three people in charge of providing visiting healthcare services in public health centers. A semi-structured interview questionnaire was developed in advance through discussions among researchers In response to the interview questions, study participants described in detail the success and failure factors associated with linkage and cooperation that they experienced while providing visiting healthcare services. The interview data were analyzed qualitatively to identify the main themes and sub-themes reflecting visiting nurses' experiences with linkage and cooperation. The three main themes were: 'Guidelines act as positive performance factors for community-based linkage and cooperation', 'Unstable employment and lack of an integrated system act as barriers to linkage and cooperation', and 'Necessary for multidimensional approach to promoting linkage and cooperation'. Based on these results, the authors propose the development of clear linkage and cooperation standards and procedures, thereby ensuring job security for visiting nurses. Moreover, an integrated information system should be developed and implemented.

  • The purpose of this study is to qualitatively examine the nature of the stress experience of nurses in reemployment after career interruption using a phenomenological method. The subjects were nurses who were reemployed after working in medical institutions and experiencing three years or more of career interruption. The collected data showed five categories of themes: "the gaps between reality and earlier expectations," "getting hurt because of the worsening relationship with younger superiors," "struggling to adapt oneself to the changing work environments," "getting exhausted as a supermom," and "struggling to survive as a professional." The findings suggest that career-interrupted nurses who are considering finding a new job should be educated to make decisions on where to work. They should be provided with the right information on the environments of hospitals and with educational programs before reemployment to establish their roles as professional nurses. In addition, it is important to increase the diversity and accessibility of retraining programs that can adapt to the changing healthcare environment. It is necessary to develop career break programs so that nurses can successfully adapt to reemployment, to promote professionalism in the work environment, and to look for ways that can inspire nurses who have experienced career interruption.

  • A Convergence study was conducted to investigate the factors influencing the burnout in caregivers and to present a strategy for effective program development. The subjects of this study were 185 caregivers who had worked for 6 months in a G city Nursing facility and distributed the self-reported questionnaire in September 2015. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed. According to the results, the identified influencing factors were stress of personal role and daily work factors(${\beta}=.307$, p<.001), stress of relationship with supervisors(${\beta}=.186$, p<.021), confidence(${\beta}=.182$, p<.005), passive coping(${\beta}=.140$, p<.035) with burnout in caregivers. The explanatory power($R^2$) by 4 variables was 27.5%. Based on the results of this study, it would be necessary to develop an burnout reduction program that can reduce stress, increase self-confidence, and diversify coping strategies in order to reduce burnout of caregivers.
