Antecedents of Health-Promoting Behavior Among Female University Students in Korea (여대생의 건강증진 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • 본 연구는 여대생의 건강증진행위를 설명하기 위하여, 문헌고찰을 통해 가설적 모형을 도출하고, 여대생을 대상으로 건강증진행위를 횡단적으로 조사하여 모형의 적합성과 모형에서 제시된 가설을 검증하는 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구에 사용된 변수는 건강증진행위와 관련된 선행 문헌의 고찰을 근거로 선정되었으며, 총 280명의 자료가 최종 분석에 이용되었다. 설문지는 Pender의 건강증진모형을 기초로 하여 개발하였으며, 조정요인 5문항, 건강상태 지각 3문항, 건강 통제위 4문항, 자아 존중감 5문항, 건강증진 행위 24문항의 총 41문항으로 구성하여 사용하였다. 개발된 항목에 대하여 간호대학생들을 대상으로 사전 조사를 실시하여 최종적인 설문지를 완성하였다. 본 연구모형에 대한 구성개념의 파악을 위해서 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 측정항목에 대한 요인별 단일 차원성 확인 및 통계적 검정을 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 가설검증을 위해 공변량 구조분석을 실시하였다. 모형의 적합도는 카이제곱은 244.04(자유도=121, p<0.001), GFI=0.91, CFI=0.97, NNFI=0.96, RMSR= 0.022으로 나타났다. 분석결과 여대생의 자아존중감과 내적통제위는 건강상태지각 및 건강증진행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었으며, 여대생의 건강상태지각은 건강증진행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Model Patient Safety Management Activities for Nursing Students with Clinical Experience (임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생의 환자안전 관리 활동 구조모형)

  • This study is a structural equation modeling study that describes patient safety incident management activities for nursing students with clinical practice experience and uses Ajzen's theory of planned behavior and safety culture climate-safety behavior model as conceptual bases, proposes a hypothetical model of nursing students' patient safety incident management activities based on the literature review, and verifies the appropriateness of the model and hypotheses through the collected data. Data were collected from 251 nursing students with clinical practice experience using a structured questionnaire. The results of this study confirmed that the model is appropriate and that patient safety management attitude, patient safety culture, and safety motivation are predictors of nursing students' patient safety management activities. Therefore, in order to improve patient safety management activities, it is necessary to provide effective patient safety incident management education programs for nursing students so that nursing students can perform correct patient safety management behaviors from the clinical practice site to the clinical practice site after graduation, and it is necessary to explore how to continuously lead such education programs to the practice site.

Structural Equation Model of Self-Regulated Learning among Nursing Students for Convergence Education (융합 교육을 위한 간호대학생의 자기조절학습 구조모형)

  • This study was designed to construct and test a structural equation model for related factors that affect to self-regulated learning in nursing students. The nursing students was asked to complete a questionnaire, and 273 data units were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. The hypothetical model fit indices for the model revealed a fit at a recommended level, and 5 of the 6 paths were statistically significant explaining 68% of the variance. Therefore, education that improves self-determination, interpersonal competence and achievement goal orientation will promote self-regulated learning of nursing students. Competence programs to build the self-autonomy and relationships should be developed.

A concept analysis of high-risk pregnant nursing: Using hybrid model (하이브리드 모형을 이용한 고위험 임부 간호의 개념 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify and clarify the concept of high-risk pregnant nursing. This study used Schwartz-Barcott & Kim's hybrid model to identify the main attributes and indicators. In the fieldwork stage, data were collected in Seoul. The participants were 10 nurses working in the who performed direct nursing care for high risk pregnant women in the high risk ward for more than 5 years. The concept of high-risk pregnant nursing was found to have 5 attributes and 37 indicators in 3 dimensions. The concept analysis high-risk pregnant nursing in this study could provide guidelines for high-risk pregnant nursing and lay a theoretical foundation.support' nursing practice and be useful for research in the women's health field..

Understanding Maternal Role Attainment in Taejon, Korea through the Use of a Structural Model (구조모형을 이용한 모성역할 획득 이해 (대전에 사는 어머니를 대상으로))

  • 모성역할 획득에 영향을 주는 변수를 이해한다는 것은 모성역할 획득에 대한 체계적인 연구와 실질적인 간호중재를 가능하게 한다. 생후 4개월된 첫 아기가 있는 어머니를 대상으로 모성역할 획득모형을 발전시키려고 이 연구를 시도하였다. 가설적 모형은 5개의 변수(모성역할 획득, 모성역할 긴장, 일상생활의 시간적 여유, 아기 기질, 사회적지지)로 구성되었다. 대전시에 거주하는 대상자에게 전화를 통하여 동의를 얻은 후, 우편으로 250명에게 질문지를 보내어 161명(64.4%)으로부터 회수되었다. 자료를 Lisrel 프로그램을 이용하여 공변량구조분석을 한 결과, 자료와 가설적 모형과의 전반적 지수는 자유도 21에 카이자승치 31.47, GFI와 AGFI의 값은 .970, .935였고, RMSR, NFI, NNFI는 각각 1.668, .9097, .9425이었다. 간명하고 부합도가 더 좋은 모형을 찾기 위하여 통계적 결과와 이론적 적합성에 따라 2경로(아기기질에서 모성역할 획득, 모성역할 긴장에서 모성역할 획득)를 고정시켰다. 수정모형의 PFI (간명도)가 .7297로 증가하여 수정모형이 더 간명하면서도 부합도가 좋은 모형으로 나타났다. 공변량구조분석 결과 나타난 변인간의 관계는 일상생활의 시간적 여유가 많을수록, 사회적 지지를 많이 받을수록, 아기기질이 순하다고 생각할수록 모성역할 긴장은 적었고, 일상생활의 시간적 여유가 많을수록, 사회적 지지를 많이 받을수록 모성역할 획득은 잘 되었다.

Educational Effects of a Virtual IV Simulator and a Mannequin Arm Model Combined Training in Teaching Intravenous Cannulation for Nursing Students (간호대학생을 위한 정맥주사용 가상학습 시뮬레이터와 마네킨 팔 모형을 병합한 정맥주사 실습교육의 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the effects on nursing students' knowledge, performance confidence, and skills from combined virtual IV simulator and mannequin arm IV cannulation training against training with a mannequin arm only. A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest experimental study was carried out. Ninety-three sophomore nursing students who were just beginning their fundamental skills training were recruited. Participants were divided into two groups (46 for the combined group and 47 for the mannequin-only group). Data were collected from March 18-29. For the experimental group, both virtual IV simulator and mannequin-arm training were provided for 30 minutes (15 minutes each). For the control group, training for 30 minutes with a mannequin arm only was provided. After intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the knowledge score between the two groups (F=2.52, p=.116). However, there was a significant improvement in performance confidence (t=2.14, p=.035) and nursing skills (t=5.34, p<.001) in the experimental group, compared with the control. Overall, this study provides empirical evidence that the combination of virtual IV simulator and mannequin arm training may further enhance nursing students' performance confidence and nursing skills.
