지명을 대면 곧바로 그 지역의 가장 유명한 음식이 생각나는 곳들이 있다. 전주의 비빔밤이 그렇고, 안동의 간고등어가 그렇다. 고창하면 누구나 풍천장어를 떠올린다. 장어에 곁들인 복분자주까지 생각나 순간적으로 입 안에 침이 고일 정도다. 어디 맛있는 음식이 있다 하면 금방 흉내 내는 요즘 세상에 풍천장어도 고창이 아닌 전국 곳곳에 간판을 내달고 있다. 하지만 고창에서 먹는 그 맛이 아니다. 맛있는 먹거리란 음식 그 자체만이 아니라 그 지역의 기운까지 함께 먹는 것이기 때문이리라.

생산성 향상, 재고의 최소화, 납기일의 준수, 자원의 최대활용등을 위해 그동안 많은 생산관리 기법이 제시되어 왔으며 그중 GT, MRP, JIT 기법이 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 각각의 시스템은 모두 장단점을 가지고 있기 때문에 이들 시스템을 혼합하면 상호간의 단점을 보완할 수 있을 것이다. GT 기법은 부품의 유사성을 이용한 기존자료의 검색 및 그룹가공을 통한 생산성 향상에 유용하며, MRP 기법은 기초자료를 이용하여 생산 및 자재계획을 동시에 수립할 수 있기 때문에 계획수립에 유용하며, JIT 기법은 낭비의 제거, 재고의 제로화, 간판을 이용한 현장관리 등을 할 수 있기 때문에 실시단계에 유용하다. 본 연구에서는 GT, MRP, JIT 기법을 비교 분석하고 이를 상호 보완할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하여 GT, MRP, JIT 혼합 생산시스템의 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

Safety inspections of outdoor advertisements are conducted to determine the aging status, specifications, and compliance with design documents. Regular inspections are conducted on outdoor advertisements from a safety perspective, as they not only undermine the aesthetic elements of the city but also could cause falls on roads or pedestrian paths. However, the current safety inspection methods are at risk of various accidents during the inspection advertisements on the outer wall of the building. And it is difficult to conduct in-depth inspections on them if they are fixed to the elevation of the building. Furthermore, there also is a risk of safety accidents, such as advertising structures falling onto a pedestrian path. Therefore, this paper aims to enhance the safety inspection system of outdoor advertisements using drones. This paper also intends to propose measures for facility inspection history management such as safety inspection cycle, maintenance, and removal of signboards.

본 논문에서는 도로시설물의 감전 위험성의 실태를 파악하기 위하여 신호등, 공중전화, 입간판, 에어콘 실외기를 현장 조사하였다. 취득된 자료에 의거하여 도로시설물의 실태를 감전 위험성 측면에서 정밀하게 분석하였다. 조사결과, 규정이 미비하여 많은 시설물들이 올바르게 설치되어 있지 않기 때문에 감전의 위험성이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 감전 예방의 관점에서 도로시설물의 설치 및 관리에 대한 구체적인 규정을 설정하는 것이 필요하다.

사례 1>> 요즘 점포 앞 같은 아웃도어 로케이션은 경품을 뽑은 크레인게임기 일색이다. 과거만 해도 자동판매기가 설치되었던 로케이션에서 자판기는 퇴출되고, 크레인게임기가 자리매김한 곳이 많다. 자판기가 설치되어 있는 곳 중에서도 장사도 안하고 흉물스럽게 방치된 로케이션이 많다 사례 2>> 서울에서 자판기 전문점을 운영하는 S씨. S씨 사무실에는 근무하는 사람이 달랑 3명이다. 아내가 경리 및 관리를 맡고 있고, 계약직 직원 한명이 자판기 운영관리를 담당한다. S씨는 간혹 가다 있는 실수요 판매를 진행할 정도이고, 방판 영업은 중단한지 오래이다. 과거 4년여 전만 하도 영업사원을 5명 거느리고 있었지만 시장이 죽자 방판조직을 없애 버린 것. 메이커 전문점의 간판을 걸어 놓고 한 달에 1-2대 기계를 판매하고 있을 뿐이다. 사례 3>> 기자가 취재를 위해 과거 자판기 판매 영업을 잘하기로 유명했던 모유통점 사정에게 연락을 했다. 그러나 그에게 들여오는 말은 실망스러웠다. "이제 자판기 사업은 안하는데요." 자판기 시장이 극도의 침체를 보이다 보니 자판기 영업을 포기하고, 다른 아이템 분야로 사업을 바꿨다. 위의 사례들은 우리 아웃도어 자판기들이 처한 현실을 여실히 보여 준다. 과거만 해도 아웃도어 자판기들은 방문판매 영업의 주 타깃시장으로 자판기 시장 활성화에 중추적인 역할을 했던 게 사실이다. 하지만 시장은 급격하게 몰락을 하여 비전을 잃어버린 시장이 되었다. 아웃도어 자판기들은 하나하나 사라지고 있으며, 자판기 방문판매 시장은 거의 명맥만 이어가고 있을 정도로 심각한 상황이다. 어쩌다 시장이 이렇게 되어 버린 걸까? 자판기 산업의 가장 핵심 로케이션인 아웃도어가 어쩌다가 경쟁력을 읽고 퇴출당하는 상황을 맞고 있는 것일까? 위기의 아웃도어 자판기 시장을 되살린 방법은 과연 없는 것일까?

Outdoor ads such as billboards, banners or posters frequently appears in street maps of FPS games. In this paper, we propose a method for the automatic placement of outdoor advertising in the city area of FPS games. Outdoor ads are from real world products or enterprises and they are managed in a server computer. If the ads data are updated, the advertisements are automatically placed again without modifying source codes. When placing ads, we utilize the real world location of the game player regarding commercial spheres of ads and service types of real world shops. We evaluate priority scores for the available ads based on the collected real world properties and higher priority ads are preferentially placed on the map. The proposed ad placement method makes the game players feel affinity for the placed ads and also it increases the advertising effect.

Non-traumatic acute myelopathy caused by cervical disc herniation is rare. To date, no case has been reported to be caused by extrusion cervical disc herniation, unrelated to patient posture during surgery. Here, we report the case of a 65-year-old male patient with cervical myelopathy who underwent subsequent arthroscopic rotator cuff surgery under general anesthesia; non-cervical spine surgery. Ed. Patient showed acute postoperative tetraplegia in spite of optimal anesthetic management. He showed no limitation of neck movement at pre-operative airway evaluation, and had no history of trauma to the cervical spine. During surgery, there had been no overextension or twisting of the neck, including at the time of anesthetic induction by tracheal intubation. However, cervical disc herniation causing spinal canal cord compression was detected in the postoperative magnetic resonance imaging, which probably resulted in tetraplegia of the patient. Motor and sensory functions were recovered after 21 days of conservative treatment, including steroid pulse intravenous therapy without any surgical intervention. In this report, the disease is described after reviewing other reported cases; furthermore, we also discuss the pathophysiology of the disease. Based on our report, we propose that under general anesthesia, clinicians should pay attention to the possibility of pre-existing cervical disease, even in non-cervical spine surgeries of geriatric patients.

Recently, TPS is one of the hot issues which enterprises and manufacturing related people were greatly concerned. TPS is very representative of Japanese production system. And TPS have contributed to the advance of industrial engineering. This study highlights the limitation and unsolved problems of presented TPS, through understanding the basic principles and characteristics and application process of TPS. To be continuously developing and competitive system in the future, we suggest New JIT System to complement current TPS system. New JIT is a customer oriented system. For the customer satisfied quality management, renovate business process in production, development and sales area. It has hardware and software system. Hardware system is consists of TMS, TDS, TPS. Software system Is scientific SQC utilized TQM. For the advanced next generation manufacturing management system, we should develop New JIT system.
