The current study explored relationships of learned helplessness, depression, organizational commitment and job engagement. We investigated the mediating effects of depression between learned helplessness and organizational commitment and between learned helplessness and job engagement. Also, this study examined the moderating effects of calling between depression and organizational commitment and between depression and job engagement. we collected data from 310 military officers working at ROK Air Force air wing located at Gyeonggi-do. The results showed that depression mediated between learned helplessness and organizational commitment and between learned helplessness and job engagement, respectively. The results showed that calling moderated organizational commitment, job engagement. In the discussion section, we discussed about theoretical and practical implications of this study.

Bizzare parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation is a rare lesion, tends to frequently recur. It was first described in 1983, when Nora and his colleagues reported 35 examples of a proliferative lesion involving small bones of the hand and the feet. It was regarded as occurring only in the small bones of the hand and the feet initially, but from then on, other authors have been reported cases including those involving long bones, skull and maxilla. We experienced a case of bizzare parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation which affects the humeral shaft in a 14-year-old male patient. Radiographs showed calcified mass measuring $4{\times}3$ cm in size and attached to the underlying cortex, which had a broad stalk base. Histologically, it showed hypercellular cartilage maturation to the trabecular bone and plump amount of fibrous stroma in the spaces around the bony trabeculae. Bizzare parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation is a relatively rare lesion, but has a recurrent behavior and histologically tends to be mistaken for malignancy. It can be treated by excision.

Purpose: Most clavicular fractures can be healed by conservative treatment, although there are many factors that influence healing. The aim of the present study was to analyze factors that influence (i) bone union of midshaft fractures of the clavicle treated conservatively and (ii) bone functioning, after union. The long-term goal was to determine which treatments are adequate. Materials and Methods: We evaluated factors that have an effect on bone union and bone function after union. We evaluated age, fracture site, comminution, displacement, shortening and other factors. Among 523 clavicular midshaft fractures that presented between January 2004 and Jun 2009 at our Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, we identified 270 who had conservative treatment and 173 patients who had surgical treatment. Results: The period required for bone union increased with the degree of displacement. For the group below 12 years of age, and the group without comminution, it took half the time to achieve bone union compared with the other groups. Displacement mostly occurred within 2 weeks after conservative treatment. Conclusion: In patients with a comminuted clavicular midshaft fracture, we might, because of expected delays in bone union, delay the start of rehabilitation until patients are more than 13 years old. Because the degree of displacement may be increased within 2 weeks during conservative treatment, we can think about surgical treatments.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the radiologic and clinical outcomes after intercalary tricortical iliac bone graft with plate fixation for the nonunion of midshaft clavicular fractures. Material and Methods: Between September 2007 and May 2011, 10 patients who were treated by the intercalary tricortical iliac bone graft, with plate fixation for clavicle nonunion, were studied. The mean follow-up period was 30.7 (12~57) months. After the sclerotic bone was excised to the bleeding cortical bone, we interposed the tricortical iliac bone to provide structural support and restore clavicle length, and then fixed the plate and screws. The radiologic outcomes on the serial plain radiographs and clinical outcomes, according to UCLA, ASES and Quick DASH scores, were analyzed. Results: Bony union was obtained in all cases (100%) and the average union time was 18.4 (14~24) weeks. The average respective UCLA and ASES scores improved from 16.7 and 52.1 preoperatively to 27.4 and 83.6 postoperatively (p<0.05). The average Quick DASH score was 40.5, at the final follow-up. Complications were 2 shoulder stiffness, and one case had removal of device and arthroscopic surgery at 11 months, postoperatively. There were no implant failure or infection. Conclusion: Intercalary tricortical iliac bone graft, with plate fixation for the nonunion of midshaft clavicular fractures, is a good option that can provide structural support and restore clavicle length, as well as high union rate.

1. Objects The base of classification of Sasang Constitution was the different congenital formation of organs such as lungs, spleen, liver, kidneys, and it was expanded from the viscera region of lungs, spleen, liver, kidneys to the body shape of trunk. The researched about body shape of Sasang Constitution have had points of issues which derived by measurement with hands. But this study was measured the characteristics of body shape putting in importance of anatomical position with the computerized 3-Dimension scanner, which minimized the errors of measurement, and it was abled the cubic measurement such as volume, area of cross section as well as round length. 2. Materials & Method The examinee was healthy male 40 persons and female 20 persons from 20's to 40's, who was diagnosed by the specialist of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. The body shape was measured round length, area of cross section, and volume of 31 anatomical points and the 25 hypothesis with the Rapid 3D Color Scanner Model 3030 RGB/PS. And the characteristics of each constitution's body shape was derived. 3. Results & Concousion In female, Taeumin had the largest trunk and Soeumin had the smallest trunk compared to other constitution, but Soyangin had only the smallest neck. Soeumin has the smallest round length of nipple and the $CV_{12}$, and Soyangin has the smallest breadth of ASIS. Soyangin had the smallest volume from thyroid bone to the highest points of armpits and from sternum to nipple. Taeumin had the largest volume from sternum to the $CV_{12}$ and from sternum to xiphoid process. In male, Taeumin had the largest trunk and Soeumin had the smallest trunk from the level of thyroid bone to ASIS. Soyangin has the longest distance and Soeumin has the shortest distance from nipple to the lowest of breast. Taeumin had the largest volume of trunk and Soeumin had the smallest volume of trunk. In the ration of four-Cho, Taeumin had the longest distance from the highest points of armpits to nipple and Soyangin had the shortest distance of that. Soyangin had the smallest ratio of the height of upper middle cho. Soeumin had the smallest ratio from the $CV_{12}$ to navel among trunk. In the correlation among the four Cho, Taeumin had the negative correlation between the Upper-Cho and the Lower-Middle-Cho significantly.

`94. 8월 요코하마에서 국제에이즈회의가 개최된 것을 기억하는 사람은 드물것이다. 10년만에 처음으로 이 회의가 아시아에서 개최된 것은 폭발적인 유행병의 양상을 보여준 아시아에서의 에이즈대책이 앞으로 중요한 화제가 될 것을 상징하고 있는 것이다. 회의에서 결핵예방회 간부들이 결핵과 에이즈에 대한 동시 치료의 필요성을 호소하고 그것들을 구체화하고자 본회 복십자 병원(동경 기요세시)에 결핵 에이즈 이중감염자의 병동을 개설하게 되었다.
