The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of career plateau(structural and content plateau) on IT service technical engineers' career satisfaction and career withdrawal intention. Survey data were collected from 161 IT service technical engineers. The results indicated that structural and content plateau were negatively related to career satisfaction, and content plateau was positively related to career withdrawal intention, but not structural plateau. In addition, the results of hierarchical multiple regressions indicated that content plateau had stronger effect on career satisfaction and career withdrawal intention then content plateau.

정체(congestion)가 발생한 네트워크에서 자원관리 시스템은 정체를 제어하고 프레임 상실(loss)을 최소화함으로써 리얼타임 트래픽에 대한 요구를 충족시키기 위해 절대적으로 요구된다. 그에 따라 본 논문에서는 외부출력 인터페이스(Outgoing Interface)를 통과한 각종 멀티미디어 프레임들의 정체나 상실을 최소화하는 것을 기본 목적으로 하여 임계작업(mission critical)의 애플리케이션이 요청한 트래픽이 삽입되는 큐에 프레임이 존재하는 한, 부 스케줄러(Child Scheduler)를 생성하여 연속적으로 처리를 해주는 한편, 다른 트래픽들은 주 스케줄러(Parent Scheduler)가 할당된 대역폭만큼 Round-Robin 방식으로 계속 처리를 해주도록 하여 기아(starvation)가 일어나지 않도록 하는 CQ(Custom Queuing) 기반의 대역폭 공유 큐잉 알고리즘을 설계하였다.

The pursuit of independent self-development in adolescence and the development of self-identity are related to their adaptation in social life. In Korea, too, college is the place where graduates from high school go to advance in society. The purpose of study is to investigate the relationship between self - identity and college life in university students. First, self - identity has a positive effect on academic adjustment. Specifically, goal orientation has a positive effect on academic adjustment. Second, self - identity has a positive effect on emotional adjustment. In detail, self-acceptance, future confidence, and goal orientation were found to affect emotional adaptation. Finally, self - identity did not affect university satisfaction.

In the present study, the effects of non-equilibrium condensation on the drag divergence Mach number with the angle of attack in a transonic 2D moist air flow of NACA0012 are investigated using the TVD finite difference scheme. For the same ${\alpha}$, the maximum upstream Mach number of the shock wave, Mmax, and the size of supersonic bubble decrease with the increase in ${\Phi}_0$. For the same $M_{\infty}$, ${\Phi}_0$, and $T_0$, the length of the non-equilibrium condensation zone ${\Delta}_z$ decreases with increasing ${\Phi}_0$. On the other hand, because of the attenuating effect of non-equilibrium condensation on wave drag, which is related to the interaction between the shock wave and the boundary layer, the drag coefficient $C_D$ decreases with an increase in ${\Phi}_0$ for the same $M_{\infty}$ and ${\alpha}$. For the same ${\alpha}$, $M_D$ increases with increasing ${\Phi}_0$, while $M_D$ decreases with an increase in ${\alpha}$.

The Purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among incivility, coping, burnout and career identity to clinical practice. The subjects were 199 nursing students from two college in Gwang-ju. A self-report questionnaire was used to collect data on incivility, coping, career identity and burnout. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, independent t-test, ANOVA, and Multiple regression by SPSS ver. 23.0. 87.9% of subjects experiences incivility in clinical practice. Incivility was positively correlated with burnout(r=.27, p<.001). but Incivility was nagatively correlated with career identity(r=-.24, p=.001). Career identity was nagatively correlated with burnout(r=-.62, p<.001). The predictors on burnout were incivility, coping and career identity. These variables have total explanatory power of 48.6% on burnout.

이 연구는 인천의 정체성을 알아보는 데 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 연구방법으로는 실증적 방법과 민속학적 방법 두 가지를 병행하였다. 시민단체, 공무원, 학생을 대상으로 임의목적표본방법을 사용하여 총 613명이 분석되었다. 분석방법은 교차통계분석 및 다중분류분석을 하였다. 정체성은 한 지역에 거주하는 주민들의 집단결속력과 성취도를 결정하여 주며, 그 지역의 사회적 통합과도 밀접한 관련을 지니고 있어서, 지역의 문제나 관심사를 해결하고 발전시키는데 가장 핵심적인 요소이다. 인천의 정체의식은 세 집단 모두 낮으며, 전체응답자의 절반 이상은 그저 그렇다는 중용의 의견이었다. 인천에 대한 정체의식을 응답집단의 특성별로 보면 여자보다는 남자가 높고, 기혼자보다는 미혼자가 높으며, 30세 이상으로 연령이 많을수록, 수입과 생활수준이 낮을수록 정체의식이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 그리고 전문.관리.사무직보다는 판매.서비스.생산.농업직 종사자들의 정체의식이 높았다. 전문대 정도의 교육을 받은 시민의 정체의식이 상대적으로 높고, 인천의 문화.복지.환경개선을 위한 특별기금 기부의사가 있는 시민과 인천을 마음붙이고 살 곳으로 생각하는 시민의 정체의식이 높다. 총괄적인 의미에서 본 인천의 정체성에 관한 조사를 보면, 인천은 "주인의식 없음"과 "이제부터 만들어 가야 한다"는 답변이 제일 많았고 그 다음은 "포용력", "선구적 개척정신", "긍정적인 의미의 짠물", "합중시(合衆市)적 다양성", "외세에 대한 호국정신", "세계의 관문도시"로 나타났다. 이와 같은 응답유형으로 보아서는 인천지역에 대한 이미지를 한마디로 딱 잘라 말하기는 어렵다. 그러나 인천은 서울.경기인, 충청인, 호남인, 영남인, 이북인, 외국인 등을 가리지 않고 받아드리는 "포용력이 있는 합중시적 다양성을 가진 도시"로 지역차가 서로 다른 출신성분이 공존할 수 있다는 점에서 의미하는 바가 크다. 이는 "세계속의 도시"와 "동북아의 거점도시"를 추구하는 미래지향적인 시각에서는 지역주의를 지양하고 지역통합이슈와 세계화 물결속에서 외국인에게도 열린 상태문화를 제공하는 관문이 될 것이라는 면에서 인천이 추구해야 할 정체성으로 시사하는 점이라고 본다.는 미래지향적인 시각에서는 지역주의를 지양하고 지역통합이슈와 세계화 물결속에서 외국인에게도 열린 상태문화를 제공하는 관문이 될 것이라는 면에서 인천이 추구해야 할 정체성으로 시사하는 점이라고 본다.

한 조사에 따르면 헬리코박터균은 우리나라에 비교적 높은 빈도로 분포하고 있으며, 어린이의 20%, 중년충의 70%, 노년층의 90%가 감염되어 있다고 한다. 헬리코박터균의 정체가 새삼 궁금해지는 대목이다.

The aim of this study is to understand the effects of a social capital discovery program on career identity and empowerment in adolescents under probation. As a result, it was discovered that the social capital discovery program had statistically significant differences in stability, goal orientation, distinctiveness and self-presence consciousness in the sub-area of career identity in adolescents under probation while there was no significant difference in the area of self-assertion. The social capital discovery program had statistically significant differences in internal and personal relationships among the sub-area of empowerment of the subjects while there were no significant differences in political-social areas. These results suggest that the social capital discovery program had significant effects on career identity and empowerment in adolescents under probation. In order to improve the career identity and empowerment in adolescents under probation, further studies on the social capital discovery program are needed and care should be paid to its usability.

Investigation and policy related to floating debris are focused on water treatment or disposal costs, and water pollution caused by floating debris has not been evaluated. In this study, it was surveyed the water environment pollution on the stagnation zone by floating debris in Nakdong River basin of Busan Metropolitan City. The water quality of the constant stagnation zone had lower DO than that of the non-stagnation zone. COD and Chl-a showed similar concentrations in the both zones. As a result of the collecting net surveys which were kept floating during 3 months, the most abundant species(4 species) of arthropods appeared, and Chironomidae sp. is dominant. It was also resistant to the deteriorated water quality, and emerged as a Lepomis macrochirus on the stagnant waters with a slowly flow rate.

2003년 미국동물병원협회(American Animal Hospital Association, 이하 AAHA)에서는 반려동물병원 경영에 있어서 매우 기념비적인 조사결과를 발표했다. "The Path to High-Quality Care"로 명명된 보고서는 동물병원의 경쟁심화와 수익성 정체로 고민하던 미국 반려동물 수의계에 새로운 희망과 이정표를 제시하였다. 이번 호에서는 상기 보고서의 내용을"최고의 동물병원으로 가는 길"이라는 제목으로 요약, 정리하고 한국 반려동물병원 경영에의 착안사항을 살펴 본다.
