Behavior and perception characteristics on the isolated students and the bystanders in physical education (체육수업 참여 학생들의 교우관계 소외자와 방관자 행동 특성 및 인식 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the nature and recognition of the isolated students and bystanders in respect of friendship in Middle School Physical Education. To achieve these objectives, we analyzed statistical material through PQR and inductive category by completing open questionnaires for 360 students bullied in public middle school in a large city. According the results, first, damages defender of participants showed the highest percentage, 70.2%. There were bystanders(12.3), the alienated(7.4) inflictor(5.5), contributor(4.6) in descending order. Second, according to the results of inductive analysis regarding the nature and recognition of bystanders in physical education, the biggest reason for not helping their colleagues in need is as following: ① improper friendship(32.8), ② lack of moral and emotional empathy(28.1), ③ lack of exercise ability(15.6), ④ psychological burden(12.5), ⑤ improper class attitude(10.9). A Study on the Magnetoresistive RAM (MRAM) Characteristics of NiFeCo/Cu/Co Trilayers (NiFeCo/Cu/Co 삼층막의 자기저항 메모리 특성에 관한 연구)

  • NiFeCo/ Cu /Co trilayers were formed on 4$^{\circ}$ tilt-cut Si(111) substrates with a Cu(50$\AA$) underlayer and large-scaled test magnetoresistive RAM (MRAM) cells were fabricated using a conventional lithographic process. NiFeCo / Cu /Co trilayers deposited on the same templates without any applied magnetic field showed strong in plane uniaxial magnetic anisotropy and excellent magnetoresistive (MR) properties such as high MR ration and sensitivity within a low external magnetic field, which are suitable properties for a MRAM application. In order to obtain optimized MR results in NiFeCo /Cu /Co trilayers, the thickness of Cu spacer was varied. Interlayer coupling between two magnetic layers was observed and it was found that the MR properties were strongly dependent on the coupling force, especially near 20 $\AA$ of Cu spacer thickness. Test MRAM cells were fabricated using the optimized NiFeCo (60$\AA$)/ Cu (25$\AA$)/ Co (30$\AA$) trilayer thin films. With a 10 mA of sense current and 5$\times$$10^5$ of word current, 10 mV of signal output was obtained, which implies the strong potentials of NiFeCo/ Cu /Co trilayer thin films for a MRAM application.

  • Platycodon grandiflorum and Codonopsis lanceolata have been considered as cash vegetables and alternative medicine plants in Korea. In a previous survey from 1998 to 2010, repeated cultivation of the plant increased root rot disease incidence and severity. The disease has been recognized as critically limiting factor for crop production. However, control method has not been established for the disease of P. grandiflorum and C. lanceolata. In this study, control efficacy of Tebuconazole EC, Trifloxystroim SC and grapefriut extract was evaluated on the root rot disease of these plants in two different field conditions. Three of different fungicide were non critical effect to the disease severity and the control value, but grapefriut seed extract (GSE) was more ability to control the disease in C. lanceolata. In most things, soil drainage was the most important to decrease the disease severity and to improve the control value.

코어-쉘 양자점을 포함한 poly(N-vinylcarbazole)층을 사용하여 제작한 비휘발성 메모리 소자의 전하 수송 메카니즘과 안정성

  • 무기물 나노입자를 포함하는 유기물/무기물 나노복합체는 플렉시블 전자 소자에 적용이 가능하기 때문에 차세대 비휘발성 메모리 소자에 대한 응용연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 $CuInS_2$ (CIS)/ZnS 코어-쉘 나노 입자를 포함한 poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) 고분자 박막을 기억 매체로 사용하는 유기 쌍안정성 소자(organic bistable devices, OBD) 메모리 소자를 제작하고 전기적 성질에 대하여 관찰하고 전하 수송 메카니즘에 대하여 규명하였다. 화학적 방법으로 형성한 CIS/ZnS 코어-쉘 나노 입자와 PVK를 toluene 용매에 녹인 후 초음파 교반기를 사용하여 나노 복합 소재를 형성하였다. 하부 전극으로 indium-tin-oxide (ITO)가 증착되어 있는 유리 기판 위에 나노 복합 소재를 스핀코팅 방법으로 도포한 후 열을 가해 잔류 용매를 제거하였다. CIS/ZnS 코어-쉘 나노 입자가 분산되어 있는 PVK 나노 복합 소재로 구성된 박막위에 상부 전극으로 Al을 열증착하여 메모리 소자를 제작하였다. 전류-전압 (I-V) 측정 결과에서 저전압에서는 전도도가 낮은 OFF 상태를 유지하다 어느 특정 양의 전압에서 전도도가 갑자기 증가하여 높은 전도도의 ON 상태로 전이되는 쌍안정성이 관찰되었다. 전류의 ON/OFF 비율은 약 $10^3$이며 역방향 바이어스를 가해주었을 때 특정 음의 전압에서 전도도가 ON 상태에서 OFF 상태로 전환되는 전형적인 OBD 메모리 소자의 I-V 특성을 나타났다. 메모리 전하 수송 메커니즘 분석 결과 쓰기 과정은 thermionic emission (TE), space-charge-limited-current (SCLS) 모델과 지우기 과정은 Fowler-Nordheim (FN) 터널링 모델로 설명이 되었다. 제작된 소자에 대해 기억 시간 측정 결과는 ON과 OFF 상태의 전류가 장시간에도 변화가 거의 없는 소자의 안정성을 보여주었다. 이 실험 결과는 CIS/ZnS 코어-쉘 나노 입자가 분산되어 있는 PVK 나노 복합 소재를 사용하여 안정성을 가진 OBD 메모리 소자를 제작할 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

  • The citrus leafminer (CLM), Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton, is an oligophagous pest of Rutaceae family, especially Citrus spp. occurring in most worldwide citrus-growing areas. This study was conducted to evaluate a sex pheromone chemical of CLM, (Z,Z)-7,11-hexadecadienal (7Z,11Z-16:Al) in monitoring CLM by trap types, the diel activity and the influence of some weather factors on trap catch. CLM was well attracted on a trap baited 7Z,11Z-16:Al 1mg. Sticky wing trap was more effective than bucket trap. Most caught CLM were attracted at 2$\sim$6 a.m. regardless of season, and activity time of CLM was affected by sunrise time as well as sunset time. The trap catch of CLM was more influenced by wind velocity than temperature for activity time of CLM. The number of caught CLM was fallen at below 13$^{\circ}C$, but there was little effect for trap catch at over that temperature. The average wind velocity at over 2.0 m/sec made the number of caught CLM drop down. The precipitation did not affect the number of caught CLM when the average wind velocity was lower than at 2.0 m/sec.

  • We investigated the qualitive and quantitative properties in EEG signal which responds to auditory stimulus with increaing the sound-cutting frequency from 2 Hz to 20 Hz by 2 Hz step units, by chaotic dynamics. To bigin with, general chaotic properties such as fractal mechanism, 1 If frequency spectrum and positive Lyapunov exponent are discussed in EEG signal. For evoked potential with given auditory stimulus, the route to chaos by bifurcation diagram and the changes in geometrical property of Poincare sections of 2-dimensional psedophase space is observed. For that containing spontaneous potential, seen as the random background signal, the chaotic attractors in 3-dimensional phase space are found containing the same infomation as the above mentioned evoked potential. Finally the chinges of Lyapunov exponent by various sound-cutting frequencies of stimulus and by the various spatial positions (occipital region) in a brain surface to be measured, are illustrated meaningfully.

  • Biological control of Tetranychus urticae by Phytoseiulus persimilis was carried out on tropical plant (Erythrina caffra, Phytolacca dioica) from April to July. Experiments were conducted at Tropical Plant Resources Research Center of Korea National Arboretum. Phytoseiulus persimilis (200 individual/tree) was released once (12. May) to control Tetranychus urticae. We measured the density of leaf-feeding T. urticae at intervals of approximately 2weeks after introducing P. persimilis. The densities of T. urticae were suppressed 10%, in Erythrina caffra and 49% in Phytolacca dioicas after 2 weeks introducing them.

  • The pressing process is a compression process in which a product is made by applying force to a heated or unheated material to transform it into the desired shape. Due to the characteristics of press equipment that produces products through continuous compression for a short time, product defects occur continuously, and systems for solving these problems are being developed using various technologies. This paper proposes a real-time defect detection system based on an artificial intelligence algorithm that detects defects. By attaching various sensors to the press device, the relationship between equipment status and defects is defined and collected based on a big data platform. By developing an artificial intelligence algorithm based on the collected data and implementing the developed algorithm using an embedded board, we will show the practicality of the system by applying it to the actual field.

  • Recently child abuse has occurred frequently in educational institutions such as daycare center and kindergarten. Therefore, government made it mandatory to install CCTVs, but it is not easy to inspect the CCTV images. In this paper, we propose a model for judging child abuse using CCTV images. First of all, child abuse is a physical abuse of children by adults, thus a model for classifying adults and children is needed. The existing Haar scheme uses the frontal image to classify adults and children. However, the OpenPose allows to classify adults and children regardless of frontal and side image. In this research, a child abuse judgment model was designed and implemented by applying characteristics of adult and child posture when a child was abused. Since the implemented system utilizes the currently installed CCTV image, it is possible to monitor the child abuse in real time without any additional installation, which enables us to cope with the abuse promptly.
