최근 블로그나 RSS 등을 통해 개인이 쉽게 미디어를 생산하고 배포할 수 있게 되어 인터넷상에서는 이전보다 더 많은 정보가 생산되고 유통되고 있다. 그러나 이렇게 폭발적인 정보의 양적인 성장은 질적 성장을 동반하지 못하고 있다. 최근 생산되는 정보들의 내부를 살펴보면 가치 있는 정보들이 유기적으로 연결되어 있지 않고 산재되러 있으며 정제되지 않은 정보들과 섞여 있음을 알 수 있다. 대량으로 생산된 정보들 중에서 가치 있는 정보를 찾고 관련 정보간의 유기적 연결을 갖도록 하기 위해서는 이러한 정보들을 통합하고 정제할 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보를 통합하고 정제하는 방법, 즉 정보를 구조화하는 방법으로써 링크맵 방법을 제시한다. 링크맵이란 토픽맵이나 마인드맵과 비슷한 형태를 가진 링크의 모음을 맵으로 표현한 정보의 구조화 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 링크맵의 개념, 특징 및 효율적인 연결방안을 제시하며, 이러한 링크맵을 구축하기 위한 설계방안을 제시한다.

The Means-end theory has successfully been applied in academics circles and is one of the qualitative methodologies, aiming at classifying into groups based on the specific values that they pursue. The more specific purposes of this study is to identify the relationship between the levels of abstraction and HVM(Hierarchical Value Map) and to identify the statistical changes in frequency activated cell and ladders among A-C-V. And lastly, to suggest the HVM according to the levels of abstraction. The subjects of this study includes the 100 hikers who joined the hiking at least once a year for 2007. The results of analysis show that as the level of abstraction goes up, the HVM itself is depicted more simple and the loss of information is also occurred. Consequently, the decision of levels of abstraction is should be made on the basis of objective validity.

Knowledge maps for science and technology are used extensively in the research projects. However, they are not organized systematically and are not necessarily suitable to be used in the research projects. Therefore, this study aims to organize the knowledge maps in order to support scientific research projects. To this end, the existing knowledge maps for science and technology are classified as one of four types based on data representation methods; the frequency summary map, trend summary map, distribution-based knowledge map and network-based knowledge map. Additionally, by summarizing and classifying the knowledge maps through the principle of 'five w's and one h', the unexplored area are investigated. Finally, some examples of useful knowledge maps in terms of data analysis are provided with details such as definitions, components and utilization purposes. These findings may be a starting point for future research into a better understanding of knowledge maps for science and technology.

최근 산업경쟁이 심화되면서 지식은 기업 가치에서 점점 더 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 지식을 기업의 자산으로서 체계적으로 관리하고 확산시키기 위하여 지식관리 시스템이 등장하였다. 본 논문은 문서 검색을 이용하는 지식관리 시스템의 설계를 대상으로 한다. 특히, 지식관리 시스템의 효과적인 문서 검색을 위하여 온톨로지 맵을 구성하고, 지식 검색에 이용하고자 한다. 온톨로지 맵의 구축과 수정 및 확장 방안을 제안하고, 질의에 대해 적합한 문서를 추출하기 위하여 질의어와 온톨로지 맵 간, 온톨로지 맵과 문서간의 유사성을 측정하고 이를 결합하는 방법을 설명한다. 이러한 온톨로지 맵을 이용한 지식관리에 관한 연구는 지식의 체계적인 유지 및 확장성뿐 아니라, 지식 검색의 정확성과 유연성을 배가할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문은 최근 이슈가 되고있는 창업화성화에 따른 대학 및 민간 창업교육에 있어 기술창업 분야에 가치 기반 비즈니스 모델을 교육하는 방법론에 대해 제안한다. 가치이론은 심리학자인 Rokeach와 Schwartz, 컨설팅회사인 Roper에 의해 다양하게 연구되어왔으며 사용되어 왔다. 가치란 인간이 요구하는 것으로써 제품이나 서비스에서 제공되고 있다. 이러한 가치에 따라 비즈니스 모델을 교육하는 방법은 가치의 결정, 시나리오의 작성, WWH 테이블의 작성, 비즈니스 프로세스의 작성, 가치 맵의 작성 과정을 거쳐 기술창업의 비즈니스모델화가 되는 과정을 실습함으로써 이루어진다. 본 연구는 이러한 교육 프로세스를 정의하며, 특히 현재 기술창업교육이 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 공학대학에서 사용할 수 있는 방법론을 제공한다.

기술로드맵의 가장 큰 가치는 기술로드맵 자체보다는 그것을 작성하기 위한 일련의 활동과정이라 할 수 있다. 기술전략의 실제적 Tool로서 효과를 발휘, 기술전략수립에 활용되기 위하여, 국가적으로 산업별 로드맵 작성에 적극 나서서 각 산업별, 기술별 발전방향을 제시하기 위하여. 올해 지식경제부는 "지식경제 통합기술청사진"을 발표하였다. 본 논문에서는 "지식경제 통합기술청사진"에 관하여 전반적인 사항들에 관하여 집어보고, 국가 정보 자원관리 차원에서 통합기술청사진을 IT서비스 차원에서의 체계화를 통하여, 관리 및 운영방안에 대한 전략적인 접근을 하고자 한다. 통합 TRM 기반의 IT서비스 관리 및 운영방안에 관련된 부분들을 분석하여 효율적으로 관리 및 활용할 수 있는 운영 방안을 제안한다.

This study is focused on how the science gifted students can improve their system thinking by applying 3-steps mind map activities about astronomy contents. Through the pre-study two times, 9 students in 6th grade were participated in this study. It was analyzed the degree of improvement of systems thinking through the science gifted students' mind maps, causal maps and their interviews. The results of the study showed that the experimental group's system thinking who learned 3-steps mind map activities was more complex and diverse than the controlled group's. Therefore 3-steps mind map activities that have been developed in this study will be valuable as an alternative to improve their system thinking. Through this study, 3-steps mind map activities were confirmed that by inducing background knowledge activation and thinking systematization can be an alternative to improve the system thinking of science gifted students. So the 3-steps mind map activities can be helpful in cultivate human resources with creative problem solving ability based on their system thinking.

경로 계획은 에이전트가 로봇이 특정 목적지에 도착할 수 있도록 에이전트가 수집한 정보를 바탕으로 경로를 설정하는 작업을 뜻한다. 부분 관측만 가능한 맵인 경우 에이전트 이동마다 새로 수집되는 정보들을 바탕으로 마르코프 의사결정 과정을 사용한 가치 반복 알고리즘이 널리 사용되지만, 제안된 가치 반복 알고리즘 사용 시 매 행동마다 모든 공간의 최적 경로를 계산하기 때문에 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 에이전트가 한 번에 탐색하는 범위가 제한되어 있다는 점에 착안하여 탐색 반경 내에 속하는 공간의 가치 함수 값을 미리 추정하여 효율적으로 최적의 경로를 추정하는 가치 반복 알고리즘을 제안한다.

Recently the commercial value of GIS(geographic information system) has been increased with growing application demands of spatial information in life space. Also, GIS has been expanded to the integrated information system that provides the ease access to map information by public users and also the combined service of GIS map data and various multimedia contents. But several security problems of GIS map data have brought up at GIS industries, such as the illegal copy and distribution of GIS map data. Furthermore, the copyright protection of GIS map data has not been researched yet compared with image and video contents. This paper presents a polyline based watermarking scheme for the copyright protection of GIS vector map. The proposed scheme analyzes the structure of vector map and embeds adaptively the watermark by using the distance distribution of polyline components. From experimental results, we verified that the proposed scheme satisfies the invisibility and the robustness of geometrical attacks.

본 연구에서는 정부투자기관 평가모텔 정립에 관련된 핵심 이슈를 소개한다. 정부투자기관 평가프로세스, 핵심가치, 평가모형의 구조, 평가지표의 전략맵, 그리고 평가지표의 설계 등을 설명한다. 평가모형 설계과정에 고려되었던 핵심요소는 물론 타 모델과의 비교분석 결과도 제시된다.
