Relationship among LOHAS of Korean Food, Perceived Value, and Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty of Korean Restaurant - In case of Japanese inbound tourist in Korea- (한식로하스의 지각된 가치가 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 일본관광객을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research is to prove a possibility which contributes the globalization of Korean dining and its potential in perceptions from international visitors about images of LOHAS they have. The main study results as follows. There were three subordinate concepts; health, eco-friendly, and substantiality. Second, perceived value noticeably affected the satisfaction of korean restaurant. respectively, the satisfaction of korean restaurant also noticeably affected customer loyalty. This research suggested academic implications of contributable view on foodservice management and tourism study based on the result from Japanese visitors with their Perceived value and domestic restaurant customer loyalty toward Korean dining LOHAS. This study also suggests the implication of the globalization of Korean dining and taking a position as a supporter of the globalization plan from korean dining foundation. Additionally, this study intended to present capable contribution based on the results of study with related proposals of globalization of Korean dining, Korea in-bound tour, and its interagency.

  • The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among on-line task value, university support, satisfaction, learning persistence in Cyber University. For this study, W cyber university in Korea was chosen to conduct web survey. A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of on-line task value, university support as exogenous variables, satisfaction, learning persistence as endogenous variables. And satisfaction have been suggested as intervening endogenous variables. The result of this study is as follows: First, on-line task value and university support affect satisfaction. Second, university support and satisfaction affect learning persistence. Lastly, satisfaction mediated on-line task value, university support and learning persistence.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors which affect the customer value and satisfaction of public information services used by the researchers in SMEs(small-and-medium size enterprises). The results, based on statistical analyses of a survey conducted in Korea are as follows; 1) the customer value is positively influenced by the service quality; 2) the customer value, in turn, is positively associated with the customer satisfaction; 3) information needs moderate the relationship between service quality and customer value but does not moderate the relationship between the customer value and satisfaction.Our findings propose the importance of the service quality and the effort to maximize the information customer values.

  • Despite the rapid growth and importance of social enterprises in recent years, most social enterprises have many limitations such as small business size, financial dependence on government, lack of professional management personnel and knowledge, and low consumer awareness. Therefore, empirical research in the field of marketing is needed for economic independence of social enterprises. This study is based on the following: First, the identity of the social enterprise and the self-image of the consumer, second, the functional correspondence between the consumer's expectation and actual performance of the social enterprise's product, and third, the social value of the social enterprise product, the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumer value consistency on customer satisfaction and loyalty to social enterprises. Finally, this study aimed to suggest the moderating role of social enterprise clubs in this process to give implications for the long-term marketing of social enterprises. The results of this study are as follows. First, self-image consistency, functional correspondence, and value correspondence all have positive effects on the satisfaction of social enterprise and its products and form a loyalty. Secondly, whether or not the social enterprise club belonged to them is a moderating variable that raises sensitivity in the effects of self image consistency and functional consistency on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on loyalty.   • The corporate image in the modern competitive industry is one of the most important factors that invites customer's desire of purchase. The purpose of this study is to find out how the corporate image influences to the customer value and loyalty deciding customer's desire of repurchase and is to know the important factors of corporate image. The results of this study is that corporate image has an effect on customer value and satisfaction. Also customer value influences on customer satisfaction. Customer value and satisfaction have an effect on customer loyalty as the important factors. Through the results, customer's high recognition of the corporate has an influence on customer value.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify differences between Korean and Chinese consumers in consideration, shopping value, the extent of purchase satisfaction and intent to revisit the site when people use social commerce. When Korean and Chinese consumers use social commerce, it was confirmed that they look at four things; economical efficiency, practical, informativeness, and convenience. There are the following results. Firstly, it was found that in the case of using social commerce, economical efficiency as a factor of consideration was higher in Chinese consumers than Korean consumers. Secondly, practical of social commerce concerns the social commerce site's trustworthiness and stability, and also the popularity of the site and ease in which users can use the site. In this, this factor is more important to Chinese consumers than Korean consumers. Thirdly, in the factors of informativeness, which means product information and quality, and buyers comments, there was no confirmed difference between Korean and Chinese consumers. Fourth, in the convenience factor, there was a difference found between Korean and Chinese consumers.

  • This study was conducted to survey the 135 social workers in social welfare facilities in the metropolitan area. This study was conducted to emphasize the enhancement of resource development capacity and organizational effectiveness of social workers. The results of the study are as follows The attitude of resource development competency has a negative effect on job satisfaction, knowledge has a static influence on job satisfaction, and value and technology have no effect on job satisfaction. The value and knowledge of resource development competence have a positive influence on organizational commitment, and attitude and technology have negative influence on organizational commitment. The value of resource development competence did not affect turnover intention and attitude had a negative effect on turnover intention. Technology has a statistically significant effect on turnover intention. Knowledge has a negative effect on turnover intentions. Therefore, if we try to increase the value, attitude, technology, knowledge, which is the resource development capacity of social worker, the degree of intention to go down or leave work is rising, The social welfare organization needs to be supported and endeavored to improve it.

  • This study aims to grope for the factors that can influence consumer when they evaluate sports centers' service multilaterally in order to draw strategic operation methods for sports centers. This article examines the relationship among sports centers' service guarantee, service quality, service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This study selects 2 sports centers located in Seoul and then conducts a survey to 200 members of the sports centers. The data collected go through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and exploratory factor analysis with SPSS 16.0, and also AMOS 18.0 is utilized to perform confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis verification. According to the study result First, service guarantee affects service quality positively while it does not affect customer loyalty. Second, service quality affects service value positively. Third, service value affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty positively. Therefore this study has verified the marketing effectiveness of service guarantee in sports centers, so it can be said that the study has drawn practical operation methods.

Measuring the Effects of Value, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty on Tourists' Behavioral Intention for Restaurants in Icheon Area (이천 지역 음식점에 대한 관광객 행동 의도에 미치는 가치, 고객 만족과 충성도의 영향 평가)

  • The objective of the research is to investigate the causal relationships among functional value, emotional value, social value, perceived sacrifice, satisfaction, loyalty and behavioral intention. All in all, 296 respondents completed a questionnaire themselves in the presence of an interviewer who could be consulted about the response scales and other technical matters. Behavioral intention models were estimated by structural equation modelling using 7 latent constructs. The results demonstrated that the confirmatory factor analysis model provided a good model fit. The unconstrained model yielded a significantly better fit to the data than the constraint model. The effects of functional value and social value on satisfaction and behavioral intention were statistically significant. The effects of perceived sacrifice, satisfaction and loyalty on behavioral intention were statistically significant. As expected, satisfaction had a significant effect on loyalty. Functional value had an indirect effect on behavioral intention through satisfaction and loyalty. Moreover, social value had an indirect effect on behavioral intention through satisfaction and loyalty. Replicating and extending this study in other regions and other samples would test the generalizability of the present findings and provide a basis for an external validation of the framework developed in this paper.

  • We analyzed the relationship among customer value, satisfaction and continuous use intention of tourism social commerce in this study. And also we observed the moderating effects of regulatory focus on the relationship between customer value and satisfaction. As the results, we found partially positive relationship between customer value and satisfaction and positive relationship between satisfaction and continuous use intention of tourism social commerce. The regulatory focus partially moderated the relationship between customer value and satisfaction. Finally we emphasize the importance of customer value, enhancing promotion focus and weakening prevention focus for continuous use intention of tourism social commerce.
