  • 가전제품들의 제조기술과 기능 및 성능 등의 개선을 주도하뎐 국내 기술수준은 포화되어 발전 속도의 둔화가 가속화되므로, 경쟁력이 강화된 제품으 개발과 다양한 소비자들의 요구를 만족시키는 제품의 개발을 위하여 사용자 중심의 제품을 개발하기 위한 노력은 인간의 감성요소를 이해하고 응용하기 위한 활발한 연구로 나타나고 있는 추세이다.$^{1)}$ 사용자의 감성 연구에서 심리학적, 미학적 접근방법의 적용은 사용자의 감성을 더욱 본질적으로 이해하기 위한 하나의 방법이다. 인구통계학적, 사회경제적, 심리적 측면에 의한 개인차와 환경적 요소들의 영향에 따른 사용자의 요구들에 대한 충족여부가 취미와 가치판단의 변인으로써 작용하고, 그 취미와 가치판단은 구매행위 등의 행동특성으로 나타난다. 따라서 취미와 가치판단의 기준이되는 요소와 변인들은 행동특성을 야기시키는 요인들이 되므로 본 연구에서는 사용자의 요구를 만족시켜 경쟁력이 강화도니 제품의 개발을 위하여 소비자들의 감성과 미적 판단이 상품의 구매를 위한 의사 결정에 미치는 영향과 제품에 대한 가치판단에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 결과의 분석에 의하면 소비자의 취미돠 미적판단 기준은 내면적요소와 외부환경적요소로 구분되며 재면적 요소는 감성분류와 성격분류에 의해 분석할 수 있으며, 내면적 요소가 제품의 선호도에 영향을 미치므로 제품의 제품선택의 변인이되며, 제품에 대한 형용사적 표현은 소비자와 디자이너의 양질의통신수단임을 입증하였다.

The Effects of Self-Efficacy and Occupational Value on the Major Satisfaction of Students Majoring in Childcare (보육전공 학생들의 자기효능감과 직업가치가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The study objective was to understand the effects of self-efficacy and occupational value on the major satisfaction of pre-service childcare teachers. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 281 pre-service childcare teachers in A city. In the study results, first, pre-service childcare teachers highly perceived the self-regulatory efficacy and confidence of self-efficacy, the intrinsic value of occupational value, and the general satisfaction and perception satisfaction of major satisfaction. Second, there were statistically significant correlations between self-efficacy, occupational value, and major satisfaction of pre-service childcare teachers. Third, the self-efficacy and occupational value of pre-service childcare teachers had positive effects on the major satisfaction. Based on these study results, there should be more diverse research for the formation of proper self-efficacy and correct occupational value, so that students majoring in childcare could perceive the importance of major satisfaction and also perform their childcare jobs with high-quality.

A Study on Satisfaction and Commitment Impact on Turnover Intentions at Occupation and Organization (직업과 조직에 관한 만족과 몰입이 전환의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this research was to examine the relationship between two forms of satisfaction, commitment and turnover intentions at organization, job. Also consistent with the Meyer et al(1993) notion of the three-component model of organizational commitment. Although researchers have examined organizational commitment in relation to a wide range of variables, there has been no discriminant validity of commitment at occupation and job. The purpose of the present article, are to compare the relation between satisfaction forms, commitment forms and turn intentions forms. Confirmatory factor analysis supported the proposed distinction between the three forms of commitment and two turnover intentions forms at the measurement level in the distribution industry(N=156). Results using structural equation analysis with AMOS18 showed that job satisfaction had an positive impact on job commitment forms. Organizational satisfaction positive impact on two turnover intentions forms. However it revealed that no significant relation between organizational satisfaction and job commitment, job commitment and job turnover intentions.

The effects of work value of vocational counselor to organizational commitment : Mediator effect of job satisfaction (직업상담사의 직업가치관이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 직무만족 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of work value of vocational counselors on organizational commitment and the mediating effect of job satisfaction. For this aim, this study conducted a survey concerning vocational counseling, work value, organizational commitment and job satisfaction targeting 207 vocational counselors in the Jeonbuk region. Analysis results found higher work value of vocational counselors resulted in higher organizational commitment. Second, concerning the relationship between work value and organizational commitment of vocational counselors, job satisfaction showed a significant mediating effect. Furthermore, in accordance with the type of work value, the relationship between organization commitment and both inherent and extrinsic work value had significant mediating effects on job satisfaction. Through this, the study confirmed that when vocational counselors recognize not only the inherent value of work is high, but also the extrinsic value such as benefits that could be obtained socially and economically through job, it is more likely to lead to increased organizational commitment. In particular, it was confirmed that extrinsic value is relatively more influential on job satisfaction and organizational commitment compared with inherent value. This indicates the importance of improving extrinsic value, such as material compensation and job stability, as well as inherent value, such as confidence and pride about the job, for increasing job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

An Exploration of the Relationships among Brand Value, Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention in Fast Food Restaurant Visitors (패스트 푸드 레스토랑 방문자들의 행동의도, 고객 만족 브랜드 가치들에 대한 관계성의 연구)

  • Fast food restaurants are one of the fastest growing industries in the world. Even though it is an emerging field, there are few studies about the relationship of fast food customer satisfaction about brand value and behavior intention. The current study examined which factor concerning brand value affects to customer satisfaction in fast food restaurants and investigated how customer satisfaction affects the behavior intention. The subjects of this study are current undergraduate students in Busan, South Korea. A self-administrated questionnaire survey was distributed to 528 students who have been to fast-food restaurants in Busan, Korea and 493 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Research findings indicated that food quality, brand image, brand awareness, and brand association through multiple linear regression were significant factors for customer satisfaction. In addition, the result of a simple linear regression showed that customer satisfaction was positively related to behavior intention. This study can provide valuable information and offer specific ways for fast food managers to increase customer satisfaction and behavior intention.

Effect of theater service quality on performance satisfaction : focusing on customer experience value mediation effect (공연장 서비스 품질이 공연 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 고객 경험가치 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service quality of a theater on the customer experience value and performance satisfaction and to test causality between variables. For this purpose, Study model was created from the previous studies and performed a survey with the customer who visited Performance Theater. In this study, employee kindness, facility excellence, convenience, and facilities were set as independent variables, and performance satisfaction was selected as a dependent variable. The cultural value and economic value of customer experience were examined as Moderating variables between two variables. Based on the results of this study, It was found that employee's kindness, facility excellence, and convenience have a significant effect on performance satisfaction in performing arts facilities. convenience, there was perfect mediated effect of customer experience between service quality of a theater and performance satisfaction centered on cultural value and economic value. The employee's kindness variable was examined as a perfect mediation of cultural value, and economic value as a sectoral mediation. The excellence variables of the facilities appeared as partial mediations in cultural values and as complete mediations in economic values. In the case of the auxiliary facilities, the significance test failed. According to the results of the research, it was confirmed that convenience service for customers is the most important variable. This result suggests that the service quality of a theater should be basically maintained in terms of the kindness of the facility and staff, and that the customer is more satisfied with the performance than the audience convenience service provided from the Theater. The venue suggests that customer service and reception, purchase of tickets, refund method, and staff training should be thoroughly done so that audiences can make the Theater.

  • As a new environment, the Internet proposes to us the innovative change of our life. Recently, there has been much attention to the virtual shopping mall as a new distribution channel and marketing tool. In this study, the effect of satisfaction and commitment on loyalty at virtual shopping mall is investigated. Additionally, we examined the effects of the navigation, merchandise value, shopping experience, and community on satisfaction and commitment. The study results as follows: First, satisfaction is a function of navigation, merchandise value, shopping experience, and customer intimacy. Second, commitment is a function of shopping experience, customer intimacy, and community. Third, satisfaction and Commitment is significantly related to virtual shopping mall loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing relationship quality and L-Loyalty in Location-Based Service (LBS). This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to LBS, relationship quality, and L-Loyalty. The target population of this study is LBS users. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, personalization and perceived value positively influence commitment and perceived risk negatively influence commitment. Second, personalization, ubiquity, and perceived value positively influence satisfaction and perceived risk negatively influence satisfaction. Finally, commitment and satisfaction positively influence L-Loyalty. The results of the study will provide various implications to improve relationship quality and to secure high loyalty customers in LBS.

Influence of service and value quality satisfaction on revisit intention in orthodontic patients (교정환자의 의료서비스 질 만족과 가치만족이 재이용의사에 미치는 영향)

  • Objectives: The objective of study is to investigate the influence of service and value quality satisfaction on revisit intention in orthodontic patients. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 230 orthodontic patients in Seoul, Daejeon, and Cheongju from July 1 to August 30, 2015. The contents of questionnaire included the general characteristics(6 item), quality of dental service(22 item), value(4 item), revisit intention(3 item), and satisfaction(3 item). The research tools were modified and supplemented by Han using Likert 5 points scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 program. Results: Quality of dental service was 3.88 points, value of dental service was 3.78 points, revisit intention was 4.06 points and satisfaction of dental service was 4.02 points. Conclusions: The quality of dental service was lower score than other scales. This results showed that it is necessary to increase the satisfaction in service quality in the orthodontic patients.
