지난 호에 소개한 "성공하는 동물병원의 8가지 습관" 중 수의사 소득과 가장 강력한 상관관계를 맺고 있는 경영기법은 "경영방침(Business Orientation)"이었다. 이는 병원경영에 재무적 개념을 적용하는 것, 병원의 목표와 직원의 목표를 정렬하는 것과 같은 활동들을 포함한다. 이것은 동물병원의 사명-핵심가치-비전을 분명히 정리하고, 이에 대해 병원의 직원들과 분명한 공감대를 형성하고 고객들에게 당당히 선포하는 활동이다. 이번 호에서는 동물병원의 사명-핵심가치-비전의 작성에 대해 고찰해 본다.

The values of a organization generate belief and activate participation of community members. Accordingly, it is necessary to find new core values of the school library in addition to access and assistance which are the library's traditional values. This study analyzed the central keywords in the contents of mission and vision appeared in the International School Library Standards and acquired core values being composed of 5 fields such as education, collaboration, access, cultural awareness and sensitivity, and democratic citizenship. As a result of analyses of missions and visions in America, Australia, UK, and Canada School Library Standards, it seems that life-long learning skills, physical access and social responsibility are common core values. America and UK School Library Standards which were revised recently are underlining technology skills, multiple literacies and integrated information literacy curriculum particularly. Ultimately, these core values will be utilized as the directions and basic materials for the establishment of missions and visions for the school library in Korea.

Recently, the speed of changes surrounding university libraries requires a hybrid library environment that supports integrated services, combining a virtual space with physical space of traditional libraries. Through changes, university libraries have faced the need to review their missions and visions, laying stress on the core values of university libraries. This study analyzed the central keywords in the contents of mission and vision statements of university libraries in America, England, Canada, and Australia. The research was acquired from mission and vision statements containing core values of developed university libraries. Core values are present in each area such as correction and information resources, services, place, people, environment and infrastructure, community, and parent-university relations. Ultimately, this study tried to provide the directions and the basic materials for the establishment of missions and visions for university libraries in Korea.

본 연구의 목적은 기업의 사명 변경이 당초 경영진이 의도하고 있는 긍정적인 효과가 있는지를 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상 기업은 2008년 5월부터 2009년 5월까지 사명변경을 한 코스닥상장 기업을 대상으로 하였고 시장 홈페이지 및 금융감독위원회 전자공시시스템 DB를 통해 동기간내 사명 변경을 공시한 기업들을 대상으로 하였다. 주요 연구 결과, 코스닥 시장에서의 사명 변경은 주가수익률 즉 기업가치에 전체적으로 보아 긍정적(+) 영향보다는 부정적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 특히 이미지 제고 목적의 사명 변경의 경우에는 그 외 목적의 경우보다 더욱 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 적자기업의 경우 역시 흑자 기업보다 훨씬 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 증권시장 즉 투자자들이 기업의 사명 변경에 대하여, 기업이 당초 의도하고 있는 이미지 제고나 기업의 성장 및 발전을 기하고자 한다는 사업목적 변경에 대해 동의하고 있지 않음을 보여주는 것이다. 따라서 사명 변경을 기하고자 하는 기업은 이에 신중을 기할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 기업내의 지식활동 주체들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 지식에 대한 가치평가 기준을 제시한다. 이 평가기준은 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조에서 도출하였다. 지식경영의 궁극적 목적을 기업의 경영전략의 실현으로 파악하여, 지식의 가치를 기업의 사명, 비전, 경영목표 및 경영전략 등이 형성해내는 기업의 경영전략적 모형안에서 찾았다. 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조안에서, 업무처리 지식에 대한 가치측정은, 이 구조가 제한하는 단일지식에 대한 완성도와 복잡도로 평가하였다. 그리고 기업의 경영방향에 관련된 지식의 가치는, 그 구조요소들 사이의 중요도와 연관성으로 평가하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the formal and content features of the material for the Changgeuk album , which was produced and released in 1971. Changgeuk album was produced and published as a headword for "Changgeuk". However, it differs from the style of Changgeuk which is treated as a stage drama in that the narrative is developed around the commentary and dialogue in the formal aspect and the Pansori is only partially used. The styles of Changgeuk, implemented through gramophone record, radio broadcasts and television broadcasts, varied widely, unlike those of Changgeuk established in the 1930s. Pansori music wasn't the only center, and traditional performers weren't even the main members of the play. The characteristic form of the Changgeuk album is an experiment of Changgeuk that emerged naturally with radio reading and the advent of radio dramas in the 1950s and 1960s. So it is necessary to pay attention to the Changgeuk album in that it shows diverse forms of experiments conducted by Changgeuk in the newly introduced culture and media in the middle and late 20th century As for the contents of the Changgeuk album , the work embraces Lee Jong ik 's novel (1957), but develops the narrative centering on the life of Saint Sa-myung(四溟大師). And it is faithfully portraying the life of a Buddhist monk and the national salvation hero who pursued the original work. This content composition can be understood in the will of singer Lee Yong bae, the soundman who produced the album, and in the flow of historical dramas that summon the historical hero of the old country of the time to the stage. Singer Lee Yong bae reflects on his life in the past when he was full of greed and conceit through his life as a monk of Saint Sa-myung(四溟大師) and is greatly impressed by the personal aspect of Saint Sa-myung(四溟大師), and these emotions encouraged his creative will. Also, the Changgeuk record is meaningful in that it is one of the specific materials that embodies the national hero as a record and a traditional play under the discourse of the people, the nation in the 1970s.

본 논문에서는 기업 구성원들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 지식에 대한 가치평가 방법론을 제시한다. 평가기준은 정보공학과 활동기준 원가계산의 응용으로 얻었다. 정보공학적 측면에서는, 지적활동에 기업의 사명, 비전 경영목표 및 경영전략이 미치는 영향을 경영전략적 모형을 통하여, 그 활동의 전략적 가치를 평가한다. 또한 활동에 대한 재무적 가치측정은 투입된 자원과 활동에 소모되는 비용을 활동기준 원가계산을 응용하여 산출한다. 이를 통해 기업 내 활동에 결부된 지적자산의 전략경영적인 가치를 평가할 모형을 제시하였다.

This study was conducted to reflect on the 30th anniversary of the Korean Home Economics Education Association(hereafter KHEEA) and to put forth a vision and a mission statement. To meet this purpose, first, reflection points were including the achievements of KHEEA for the last 30 years, the status of home economics education, themes of the bi-annual conferences of the Association, and the social contribution of home economics teachers. It was revealed that research and instruction in home economics education thrived by addressing social needs through its efforts in its 30 years of history. Second, a vision and a mission of home economics education were proposed in order to explore the prospective role of home economics education. The sharing of vision and mission functions as an ideal value and goal that home economics education as a profession should pursue, and it leads home economics professions to the direction that it should pursue. From this study, acting on a vision and a mission of home economics education, will lead to the development of a free individual, free society and sustainable environment, ultimately achieving the total well-being of individuals and families, society, and environment. This study reached the conclusion that the role of home economics education will become more prominent in the future society.

인류가 추구하는 궁극의 가치는 건강한 삶이며 이는 인간의 기본적인 가치이다. 건강관호전달체계에 주어진 사명은 인간의 기본권을 수호하는데 있다. 건강관호전달체계의 주요 구성요원인 간호전문직은 여러차원의 조직(단체)화된 교류를 통해 주어진 사명을 완수하기 위하여 끊임없이 자신들을 강화한다. 간호전문직의 국제적인 교류(단체, 채널)는 다양하나 그 대표적인 조직은 1889년에 회원국 간호협회들에 의하여 설립되어 100주년을 맞는 국제간호협의회 즉 비정부 조직(NGO)과 1848년 세계대전의 종식과 더불어 회원국 정부에 의하여 조직된 세계보건기구 즉 정부조직(GO)이다. 본고는 첫째, 이 두 공인된 국제적인 조직의 정관에 명시된 목적을 재조명하고 이를 통한 간호전문직 강화에 이바지하는 역할을 간략하게 요약한다. 둘째로 1999년도에 창립 100주년을 맞는 국제간호협의회가 20세기를 마무리하고 21세기를 맞기 위한 준비로서 이사와 직원 workshop, 여러차례의 이사회 및 회원국대표자회의 (CNR : Council of National Representatives)를 거쳐 'Towards the 21st Century ; ICN's Strategic Plan 1994-1999'를 확정한 과정을 간략하게 논의한다. 셋째로 'Towards the 21st Century ; ICN's Strategic Plan 1994-1999'의 3개의 Global Objectives와 4개의 National Objectives를 통하여 국제간호협의회가 제시하는 간호전문직의 강화의 방향과 각 목적의 성취를 위한 구체적인 전략을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze mission statements of social welfare centers. For this, we collected mission statements of 385 social welfare centers nationwide. We analyzed data using the NVivo 10 program. Analysis results found the total number of collected words was 1,401. The number of words corresponding to the target of organizations was 448 (32.0%), the number of words corresponding to problems was 51 (3.6%), the number of words corresponding to the directionality 118 (8.4%), the number of words corresponding to strategy was 545 (38.9%), and the number of words corresponding to organization's image was 239 (17.1%). Second, the words of the intervention target were resident of community, local community and community. Intervention issues included community problems, poverty, and social isolation. The words of the organizational directivity included welfare community/village, social welfare, and empowerment. Words related to organizational strategy were formation/building, sharing/serving, and improvement/development/improvement. Words related to the organizational image included in the mission statements were the welfare center, we, the professional agency, and the neighbors. By analyzing the mission statements, we found that social welfare centers portrayed its identity based on 'locality'. The distribution of the words related to the community was high in both the target, target, and direction. The limitations of this study include the exclusion of analyzing the relationship between organizational mission and organizational performance. This should be considered in future studies.
