Personalization Design in the Integrated Customer Relationship Management (통합 CRM에서의 개인화 설계에 관한 이론적 연구)

  • 국내외 마케팅에 있어서 경쟁의 심화로 말미암아 새로운 고객의 획득에 따른 비용-효과보다 기존고객과의 관계유지를 위하여 고객의 평생가치를 높이도록 노력하는 것이 오히려 효과적인 경우가 많아졌다. 이러한 관계마케팅의 개념은 최근 마케팅을 포함한 기업경영 전반에 적용되는 고객관계관리(CRM)로 확장되고 있다. 또한 인터넷 기반의 e CRM이 고객행동의 분석도구를 거의 정확하고도 실시간으로 파악할 수 있게 함으로써 통합적 CRM의 아키텍쳐와 솔루션이 개발, 적용되고 있다. 통합 CRM에서의 고객은 B2B이든 B2C이든 간에 개별(개인) 고객을 가리키며, 개별 고객의 니즈와 요구를 적절하게 충족시킬 수 있도록 개인화 시스템을 구축하여 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 통합 CRM의 기본 틀과 시스템을 비롯하여 개인화 설계를 어떻게 할 것인가에 관한 사례 및 실증분석에 앞서 그 배경 지식을 정리하고자 이론적 탐구를 하였다.

  • 국내 S/W산업 육성을 위한 S/W유통센터의 설립이 본격 추진된다. S/W유통센터의 설립은 국내 S/W시장의 불확실성 및 관련기업들의 경영기반과 기술력이 취약한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 체신부가 지난해 9월 마련한 정보통신 S/W육성방안에 따른 것으로 한국통신(KOREA TELECOM)이 이를 전담 추진하게 된다. S/W공급자 및 수요자에게 매매장소 및 관련정보를 제공하고, S/W의 홍보.전시.교육.판매기능을 부여하여 유통구조의 개선은 물론 S/W에 대한 일반국민의 가치인식을 제고하므로써 S/W산업 육성기반 확립과 정보이용의 활성화를 도모하게 될 동 유통센터의 설립추진 개요를 소개한다.

  • Despite the recession of the global market, the domestic electronic appliance companies dominated TV market in North America. They took both the premium and mid-priced product market and achieved both profitability and volume due to strong product competitiveness and brand power. Despite doing well in the North American market, the domestic TV manufacturers are worried about product development, marketing and sales strategies to remain the continuous competitiveness in the TV market. This study proposes the a sales prediction model of electronic appliances using sales data of S company from the North American market. We develop the sales prediction models based on multiple regression analysis and artificial neural network and compare two models. Especially, this study analyzes the relevance between the TV sales and TV main features in order to improve the price competitiveness or improve the value of TV products.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how regional resource-based industries affect regional economic space. To achieve this goal, a new framework has been proposed, which integrates traditional firm network models in economic geography with the concept of value chain. Firms' networks are elaborated and classified by firm activities along with global value chain. Firm-activities are composed of primary activities and supportive activities. Primary activities include, production, sales, and marketing. Support activities are conceptualized as networks of R&D and of firm support services. On the basis of this framework, fermented soy product industry, representative industry of regional resource-based industries in Korea, is analyzed. Finally, this study shows the dynamics of regional resource-based industry.

The Effects of Product Image Locations and Product Type on Responses to Search Engine Advertising (제품검색광고 내 제품 이미지 위치와 판매 단위 유형이 광고효과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • Product image location in search engine advertising plays an important role in consumer perception when the product is relatively low involved and has functional value. The purpose of this research is to investigate the interaction effects of product image location and product type on advertising effectiveness. Building on the literature of location effects, we show that for products for which heaviness is considered a positive attribute, product image placed on the right are preferred. To test hypotheses, a 2(product image location: left vs. right) × 2(product type: single vs. bundle) experiment is conducted and a total of 144 paricipants took part in the experiment. The results revealed that respondents show higher brand attitude and purchse intention toward a bundle product's advertising with product image place on the right. The results provide implications and suggestions for improving search engine advertising and marketing strategies.

  • It is needed to transfer the technology actively which has already developed to improve a up-to-date technology and foster the technological innovation. The technology transfer also can bring about a commercial success. To promote the technology transfer, it is needed to develop a new technology valuation model for a specific technology from a objective point of view, as well as to equip an institution such as the technology transfer center. The technology valuation from a objective point of view is of importance as the basic information for the price negotiation between a technology-buyer and a technology-seller. This paper takes aim at investigating a new technology valuation model and developing a technology valuation system for promoting the technology transfer. A new technology valuation system is developed as a Web-enabling base. Using this users are able to estimate the value of a specific technology on a real time efficiently.

  • 기업의 매출이 증가하고 성장함에 따라 유통채널은 다양해진다. 일반적으로 기업은 직접채널과 중간 판매채널을 거치는 간접채널을 통해 고객에게 상품과 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이 두 가지 채널 중 중간유통채널, 즉 파트너를 통해 거래하는 방식이 가장 높은 비중을 차 지하고 있으며 그 비중은 점점 더 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 고객에게 기업의 가치를 전달하는 파트너들은 기술의 변화와 혜택에서 상대적으로 소외되어 있는 경우가 많다. PRM 시스템은 파트너가 원하는 가치, 제품정보, 뉴스, 시장정보, 공동마케팅을 할 수 있는 기반 등을 마련하기 위해 필요하고, 기업도 파트너를 정확히 이해하기 위해 라이프 사이클 운영 및 분석기술이 필요하다. 이러한 시장의 변화로 인하여 유통기업의 PRM 시스템 도입의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유통기업에서 PRM 이 지니는 가치를 알아보고 유통기업 H 사의 PRM 시스템 구축과정과 시스템 구축이 기업에 창출한 성과에 대하여 이야기 하고자 한다.

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래로, 제조업 기반의 기업들은 단순히 제품을 가공 또는 조립하여 제품을 판매하는 과거의 공정 행태를 지식화하여 부가가치를 높이는 지능형 생산 체계를 도모하고 있다. 제품을 생산하는데 있어서 현대의 제조기업들은 대부분 관련 장비 또는 설비들에 대한 의존도가 높다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 제조 장비를 생산하고 사후관리까지 하는 일련의 데이터들을 수집하고 분석하여 장비의 고장예측부터 신규장비의 기획까지 활용할 수 있는 장비 이력관리 시스템을 제안한다.

Approach case design for achieve the social values (사회적 가치 실현을 위한 디자인의 접근 사례)

  • The focus of design in the contemporary point of view has changed from the improvement in production efficiency for profitability and in styling for sales promotion to human-oriented design. Human-centered design has developed into design which includes social and ethical responsibility and values. With tradition and culture as a base the principles of markets and capital are incorporated as well. Such current design is the outcome of design which honors social values represented based on culture acquired from individuals and society and the the responsibility of the designer who provides it. For the realization of social values in design, it should be considered along with the influence of design on society, this study presented the following cases: First, human-oriented design for those who are isolated, but should not be ignored; Second, cultural-oriented design which makes a contribution to local conditions; and third, usability-oriented design which replaces familiar ideas with new paradigms. This study presented the function and meaning of design in terms of purpose and the methods to solve social and human problems using design. Further studies should deal with the realization and extension of social values through design.

Ad Planning Model by Comparison Challenge Approach in the e-Marketplace (e-Marketplace에서의 비교도전에 의한 광고계획 모델)

  • Comparison shopping is the most popular functionality in the e-Marketplace. Most of their revenue has been generated kent the Internet advertisement, but the ad earning was declined as the ad costing per action method widespread. Seller less familiar to the customer shrinks from chances for advertising and exposing their products. So, we need an efficient methodology subject to the seller's ad budget and other constraints, and it also has to increase comparison broker's earning in the e-Marketplace. Our research proposed and developed an ad planning methodology using comparison challenge approach which can be applied by 3$^{rd}$ party comparison brokers. Comparison challenge planning is organized with challenge policy of competitor level, product level and specification level. With that policies and basic challenge propositions, we measure the quantified value of functional distance between the specifications of my product and competitor's product. My product challenges the comparison using the comparative ad format to the similar but inferior competitor's product based on quantified valuation. Comparison challenge planning system has two phases of comparative value generation and optimization. We developed a prototype system and applied it to the desktop PC market of five major manufacturers. Our performance was emphasized by comparing to other comparative ad methods such as random display method and minimum distance method..
