In the contingent valuation method (CVM) survey, we employed double-bounded discrete choice (DBDC) question to investigate the willingness to pay (WTP). The estimation results for the bivariate logit model show that respondents are willing to pay 329,256 won per year. The model with covariate variables suggests that the covariate effects help describe behavioral or preference tendencies. Double-bounded models increase efficiency over single dichotomous choice models, because the answers yes-no or no-yes yield clear bounds on WTP.

This paper compares four models to value a biotechnology R&D project; option tree model, dynamic discounted cash flow(DCF) model, and option thinking DCF model with general DCF model. Real Options, especially 6-folded option tree model yields boner estimate of value than values using other methods. According to sensitivity analysis, sales of final products, number of investigational new drug developments(INDs) and success rates of each stage are key factors for the value of biotechnology R&D investment.

Recent years, the construction projects of a world-wide have changed toward integrated evaluation considering all environmental and economic aspect for ecological construction.. The object of this study is to suggest the method and system for integrated analysis VE/LCC and LCA. In order to integrate and analyze environmental and economic aspects of alternative design elements, decision maker should handle simultaneously much information such as cost, document and drawing. This study presents applicative methods of WBS for integrated management of these information. Also, this study presents a decision support system that can manage DB easily by using VE, LCC and LCA analysis module separately.

This study aims to examine the effects of adjustment factors to college life on the work values of public health major students. We sampled 530 undergraduate students majoring in public health administration and engineering from Kyunggi-do, and analyzed the data using t-test, correlation and regression methods obtained from SPSS Win 21.0 software. We found that (1) a student's intrinsic work value is positively related to their adjustment to college life factors but extrinsic work value is positively related to 'professor-student interaction', 'college life satisfaction' and 'expectation for the service college'; (2) 'social integration', 'professor-student interaction' and 'expectation for the service college' influenced to intrinsic work value; (3) 'career identity', 'family support', and 'college life satisfaction' influenced to extrinsic work value. Based on the results of this study, that the improvement of adjustment to college life factors influence on the work values were discussed.

많은 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트가 고객의 요구를 정확히 반영하지 못한 이유 때문에 실패하거나 설계변경 등의 다양한 문제를 발생 시키고 있다. 실패의 궁극적인 원인은 고객 가치 중심의 요구사항 재정의에 실패 한데에 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 기존 시스템에 새로운 가치를 부여하여 기존고객 뿐만 아니라 새로운 고객까지 만족 시킴으로써 경쟁이 없는 시장 공간을 창출하는 것이 가장 효과적인 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 블루오션 전략 프레임워크의 핵심인 ERRC(Erasure Reduce Raise Create) 분석 방법을 적용하여 고객가치를 창출할 수 있는 블루오션 요구공학 프로세스를 제안하였다. 또한, 정량적이고 체계적인 분석을 위하여 DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) 방법론을 적용하고, 제안된 접근법을 실제 정보시스템 개발 시 적용한 사례를 제시하고 적용결과의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 시스템 사용자에 대한 실증 분석결과를 제시하였다.

인터넷과 스마트폰의 발달로 SNS서비스의 사용자와 데이터가 활발하게 증가하고 있다. 이로 인하여 SNS 데이터의 가치와 신뢰성이 점점 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 추세에 따라 여러 연구와 실험을 통하여 데이터를 분석하고 분석 결과를 제공하는 서비스가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 특정 키워드를 포함하고 있는 한글 트윗을 검색하여 해당 트윗에 대한 연관 키워드와 감정 키워드를 분석해서 출력해주는 시스템을 개발한다.

점진적 빅데이터 학습 기반의 전자저널 구독가치 큐레이션 서비스는 대용량의 학술정보 처리환경을 하드웨어 기반에서 소프트웨어 기반으로 데이터를 학습함에 있어 학습 소요시간 및 메모리 부족 문제 등을 해결하기 위해 널리 사용하는 자질축소 기법에 의존하지 않고 대량의 데이터를 자유롭게 학습하고 증분 데이터 변경요소만을 추가 반영할 수 있는 범용적이고 일반적인 분류기의 구조설계 방법이다. 학술정보의 논문요약과 참고문헌의 데이터 수집 정제 분류 저장 분석을 통해 활용할 수 있는 지표를 생성하여 도서관 학교 공공기관 연구기관 등에 제공하여 기관에서 구독하고 있는 학술지가 연구에 얼마나 활용되고 있는지를 판단하는 정보 가용성을 활용한 양질의 정보원을 확보하여 불필요한 저널 구독을 중단하고 연구자가 요구하는 품질 좋은 학술정보를 제공할 수 있는 서비스로 일반적인 학술문헌 이용도 평가방법과 달리 구독 가치에 대한 지표를 제공하는 큐레이팅 방법이다.

The contemporary domestic construction landscape has witnessed a contraction, primarily attributed to the operational challenges faced by construction entities and a downtrend in the initiation of new projects. In light of this, domestic construction enterprises are ardently seeking avenues to economize whilst simultaneously amplifying the quality across diverse construction genres. Value engineering (VE), heralded for its prowess in not only cost mitigation but also in accelerating project timelines and bolstering construction quality, has been extensively adopted in refining finishing tasks. However, its application to framework enhancements remains conspicuously limited. Particularly in factory edification, framing emerges as a pivotal process exerting significant influence over the entire construction continuum. Thus, it becomes imperative to integrate VE techniques at the inception phase of framing. This would facilitate a meticulous examination of design schematics and on-site conditions, paving the way for alternative strategies that condense construction durations, economize on costs, and augment work efficiency, all the while upholding paramount standards of quality and safety. Such a venture stands to be foundational in expediting construction timelines, fostering economic efficiency, and buttressing construction safety protocols.

본 연구에서는 신제품의 경제성 분석에 있어 기존연구의 분리된 방법론을 통합한 새로운 모델의 수립에 의의가 있다. 필자가 제시하고 있는 신제품의 전주기 경제성 분석모델은 신제품의 연구시작 단계에서부터 시제품 생산, 공장가동 생산판매 공익적 가치분석, 소비자 행태분석 단계까지를 통합하고 있다 본 모델에서는 기존의 경제학, 경여학, 산업공학에서 개별적으로 분리되어 사용되어 온 경제성 분석의 방법론을 수요자 중심으로 통합함으로써 분석의 객관성과 구체적 적용성을 높였으며 또한 각 분석단계마다 연구사례를 제시하여 독자의 이해와 활용성을 제고시켰다.
