Amidst the rapid growth of the vegan cosmetics market, consumer orientation towards environmental and ethical values has been intensifying. However, research on this subject remains limited. This study delves into the relationship between consumer value perception, environmental motivations, and perceived barriers influencing the purchase intentions of vegan cosmetics. Conducting a PLS-SEM analysis on a sample of 300 women with experience using vegan cosmetics, it was discerned that monetary value, social value, brand value, emotional value, quality value, and environmental knowledge play significant roles in influencing purchase intentions. The moderating effect analysis highlighted image barriers and value barriers as crucial factors. Through Importance-Performance Map Analysis, emotional value emerged as a pivotal element in strategizing to strengthen the purchasing intentions for vegan cosmetics. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to enhancing the competitive edge of the vegan cosmetics market and promoting sustainable consumption behavior.

The purpose of this study is to analyze work values of undergraduates according to major and gender. The result of this research is following. First, undergraduates from engineering and social science department took a very serious view of achievement and leasure of body and mind in work values. Second, undergraduates made much of achievement, job stability, leasure of body and mind, economic compensation and reputation. And undergraduates thought that internal value orientation was more important than external value orientation. Third, two groups had significant difference in service, knowledge pursuit, patriotism, economic compensation, reputation, and indoor activity. Fourth, the result of this analysis according to gender is following. Male undergraduates made much of leasure of body and mind, achievement, job stability, knowledge pursuit, and economic compensation in order. But female undergrduates made much of economic compesation, leasure of body and mind, achievement, and job stability in order. Fifth, that undergraduates make little of domain of service and patriotism gives a suggestion as to improvement of course education. As a result, this study is suggestive of instruction and advice in course search curriculum.

최근 들어 정보통신산업의 발달과 더불어 벤처기업 및 소규모 중소기업이 가지고 있는 기술의 가치측정 및 이를 바탕으로 한 기업의 가치측정에 관한 요구가 많이 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기업들이 가지고 있는 기술들은 생명공학, 정보통신, 나노관련기술 등 기존의 전통적인 가치평가기법으로 가치를 평가하기 어려운 기술들이다. 따라서 이러한 첨단 기술들의 가치평가를 위한 새로운 전근방법 및 시각이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 존재하는 기술가치평가방법을 기초로 좀 더 체계적인 가치평가시스템에 대한 틀을 제시하고, 이러한 틀을 기초로 한 새로운 형태의 기술가치평가시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 들어 정보통신산업의 발달과 더불어 벤처기업 및 소규모 중소기업이 가지고 있는 기술의 가치평가 및 이를 바탕으로 한 기업의 가치평가에 관한 요구가 많이 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기업들이 가지고 있는 기술들은 생명공학, 정보통신, 나노관련기술 등 미래의 불확실한 상황에 따라 쉽게 변화할 수 있기 때문에, 기존의 전통적인 가치평가기법으로 가치를 평가하기 어려운 기술들이다. 따라서 이러한 첨단 기술들 혹은 불확실한 미래를 가지는 기술들에 대한 가치평가는 새로운 접근방법 및 시각이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 전통적으로 널리 사용되어지고 있는 기술가치평가방법을 기초로 좀 더 미래상황에 영업적으로나 전략적으로 유연성이 있는 가치평가시스템에 대한 툴을 제시하고자 한다.

공공시설 자산관리는 새로운 시설물 유지보수 개념으로 유지관리체계를 넘어 자산의 가치를 높이는 관리체계이다. 이 연구의 목적은 도로 및 교량 같은 공공시설에 자산관리체계를 지원하는 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 자산의 가치와 가치비용을 평가하는 방법을 개발하는 것이다. 따라서 자산가치를 자산평가 척도인 LoS(Level of Service)를 바탕으로 금전적인 값어치로 공학적 관점에서 계산하는 이론적 방법을 연구하였다. 가치개념을 정립하기 위해 성능은 LoS를 적용하였고, 비용은 유지관리를 위한 직접 투입비용을 적용하였다. 연구목적상 기존 연구결과인 자산비용과 가치비용의 개념을 적용하였으며 합리적인 시설물의 가치비용을 추정하기 위해 추가적으로 자산의 규모, 시설물의 현재 상태, 투입예산의 효과, 시설물의 중요도를 고려하도록 제안하였다. 제안한 자산비용을 바탕으로 하는 가치비용이 최대가 되는 유지관리대안을 선정한다면 최적의 시나리오가 될 것이다.

This paper compares four models to value a biotechnology R&D project; option tree model, dynamic discounted cash flow(DCF) model, and option thinking DCF model with general DCF model. Real Options, especially 6-folded option tree model yields boner estimate of value than values using other methods. According to sensitivity analysis, sales of final products, number of investigational new drug developments(INDs) and success rates of each stage are key factors for the value of biotechnology R&D investment.

소프트웨어 개발초기에 모든 요구사항을 정의하는 것은 불가능하며 모든 요구사항이 최고의 우선순위를 가지는 것 또한 아니다. 따라서, 올바른 일(Right Thing)을 올바른 순서(Right Order)로 하고, 변경에 따른 시소관계(Trade-off) 의사결정에 도움되는 고객가치 지향적인 요구사항 정제 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 고객 입장에서 핵심 서비스와 제품기능 만족도를 판단하는 긍정적인 가치요소와 프로젝트 팀 입장에서 구현 시 발생 비용과 기술적인 위험도를 판단하는 부정적인 가치요소에 의해 고객가치를 정량화하여 요구사항의 우선순위화 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문의 목적은 정해진 일정과 한정된 자원 내에서 반드시 필요한 모든 기능을 포함한 시스템을 고객에게 제공하고 모든 이해당사자들에게 실효성 있는 가치를 제공하여 요구 결항 축소 및 시스템 만족도를 높이는데 있다.
