본 연구에서는 가정폭력 치료프로그램을 이수한 남성의 아내를 대상으로 남편의 정서적 폭력이 아내의 우울에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 부부적응과 대처방식의 매개효과를 통합적으로 검증하였다. 이를 위해 남편이 가정폭력 치료프로그램을 이수한 후 남편의 신체적 폭력이 중단되었다고 응답한 아내들의 설문 77개를 구조방정식의 PLS(Partial Least Squares) 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 연구대상자의 71%인 55명이 조사시점으로부터 6개월 이내에 남편으로부터 정서적 폭력을 경험하였으며, 남편의 정서적 폭력을 경험할수록 우울이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 남편의 정서적 폭력과 아내의 우울의 관계에서 부부적응과 수동적 대처의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 특히, 수동적 대처방식의 하위유형 가운데 회피 방식은 정서적 폭력과 우울의 관계를 매개할 뿐 아니라 부부적응을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 폭력 피해 아내가 부부간 갈등을 최소화하고 평화로운 부부관계를 유지하기 위해 회피 방식을 사용할 가능성이 높음을 시사한다.

서론: 대한감각통합치료학회 주최 2008년 치료과정에 참여한 감각통합기능장애 아동의 적응반응의 변화를 통하여 단기집중 치료프로그램의 효과를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 아동의 평가결과를 기초로 개별 치료를 실시하였고, 각 치료회기에서 보인 아동의 적응반응에 따라 회기별 목표와 활동계획을 수정하여 다음 회기에 적용하였다. 또한 가정연계 프로그램을 고안하여 부모교육을 실시하였다. 결과: 치료회기 동안 아동은 자세조절 능력이 향상되었고, 구강방어증상이 완화되었으며 또래와의 상호작용면에서 적응반응의 향상을 보였다. 결론: 좀 더 효과적인 치료향상을 위하여 집중감각통합치료와 가정연계 프로그램이 지속되어야할 것이다. 또한 부모가 치료 과정에서 나타나는 아동 행동양상의 변화를 이해하고, 아동이 감각통합 발달단계에 맞춰 적절한 감각활동을 탐색하는 것을 돕기 위한 지속적인 부모 교육이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 가정폭력 문제를 사회적 문제로 인식하고 근본적인 원인을 찾아 합리적인 해결책을 마련 하기위해 한국가정폭력 실태의 심각함과 행위자에 대한 치료프로그램의 필요성을 강조하면서 동시에 한국 가정폭력 가해자 교정상담 프로그램에 대한 만족도에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구를 통하여 가해자 교정상담 프로그램에 대한 불만족 요인을 발견하고 교정상담 프로그램에 적합한 내용을 구성하도록 유도함으로, 교정상담 프로그램을 활용하는 자들의 사용만족도 제고에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

This study analyzed a family therapy case which dealt with family violence and was consisted of 14 sessions. The therapeutic perspective for this case was MRI model, a strategic family therapy model which emphasizes attempted solutions and interactions. The results of this study were as follows. This study found the interaction process of occurring family violence. When the husband attempted conversations with his wife after drinking, the wife who was anxious and dreadful avoided conversation. This avoidance made the husband felt rejected feeling, and he battered his wife. The avoidance of conversation, an attempted solution of wife, was made from her frame of reference which was affected from her original family context and the couple's communication style in ordinary times. The therapist made the couple recognize their attempted solutions were not effective, and he helped them begin new solutions or coping behaviors. This intervention process was long and hard, but the couple changed their attempted solutions to new solutions which were clear communication styles and functional interaction process. This study results showed the effectiveness of couple therapy on family violence. The effectiveness of MRI model was also proved from the study. The results of study will be helpful to the family therapists and counsellors in the field of family violence.

This study aimed to develop a comprehensive group therapy program for divorced parents and their children for increased self-esteem, problem-solving technique, communication ability and emotional support. This comprehensive program was based on Solution-Focused and Satir's Experiential Family Therapy Models, as well as on therapeutic activities from various sources. Six mothers and 18 children of divorced families participated in this program which consisted of six, two-hour sessions. This program was found to be effective in enhancing the participants' self-esteem and communicative ability in addition to emotional support between mothers and their children, and among participants. Therapeutic activities were implemented in harmony with the Solution and Experiential based values and techniques, which seemed to heighten the fun and motivation for the participants to change their view points and behaviors in a positive way.

The purpose of this study is, first, to develop a Therapy Competency Enhancement Program for Novice Play-therapists Using Traditional Play to enhance therapy Competency and second, to examine the program's effectiveness. The program consists of 10 sessions and each session employs a variety of traditional plays. The Therapeutic relationship Scale and Playfulness Scale were used as a pre-test and post-test respectively. The data were analyzed by the SPSS 18.0 program, which applied the Mann-Whiteney U test and Wilcoxon rank sum test. Twelve novice play therapists participated in ten sessions of the Therapy Competency Enhancement Program, and were compared with the control group of twelve novice play therapists who did not receive treatment. The treatment group statistically showed significant enhancement in therapeutic relationships, and playfulness in comparison to the control group. It was concluded that the Therapy Competency Enhancement Program for Novice Play-therapists Using Traditional Play was effective for enhancing therapeutic relationships and playfulness. This study has significance in its attempt to develop a Therapy Competency Enhancement program to improve the therapeutic relationship, and playfulness of novice play therapists by Traditional Play.

서론 : 동물 연구는 작업치료에 직접적으로 적용할 수 없으나, 인간을 대상으로 한 연구와 함께 작업치료의 이론과 임상에 필수적인 지식을 제공한다. 본 논문의 목적은 신경과학적 관점에서 동물모델이 작업치료의 이론과 임상에 어떠한 가능성을 가져다 줄 수 있는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 본론 : 동물 모델을 통해 얻은 지식은 뇌신경 질환의 기전과 관련된 신경 회로에 대한 이해를 돕는다. 이러한 지식을 바탕으로, 연구자들은 뇌신경 질환에 대한 여러 가지 가정들을 동물 모델을 통해 확인해 볼 수 있다. 또한, 여러 동물 실험들을 통해 쌓인 지식들은 인간에게 적용할 수 있는 새로운 치료적 접근들을 제시해 줄 수 있으며 치료에 대한 효율성을 높여줄 수 있다. 결론 : 동물 모델을 통해 얻은 지식은 뇌신경 질환의 기전과 관련된 신경 회로에 대한 이해를 돕는다. 이러한 지식을 바탕으로, 연구자들은 뇌신경 질환에 대한 여러 가지 가정들을 동물 모델을 통해 확인해 볼 수 있다. 또한, 여러 동물 실험들을 통해 쌓인 지식들은 인간에게 적용할 수 있는 새로운 치료적 접근들을 제시해 줄 수 있으며 치료에 대한 효율성을 높여줄 수 있다.

현재 우리나라의 컴퓨터 보급률은 세계 최고를 달리고 있다. 컴퓨터의 보급과 더불어 인터넷의 활용은 이제 우리 사회의 하나의 새로운 문화를 이루고 있지만 그 부작용 또한 만만치가 않다. 게임, 통신 중독, 불건전한 정보의 유통, 각종 사이버 범죄 등 정보화의 역기능 또한 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이런 역기능 중 게임중독에 빠진 학생들을 단순히 병원에서의 치료프로그램 위주의 치료가 아닌 실제 가정에서나 일선 학교에서 학생과 학부모, 교사가 참여하여 조금 더 효과적인 치료가 가능한 프로그램을 만들고자 한다.
