MRS(Multi Ribbed Slab) method was developed to accomodate Korean construction practice and needs of Korean customer. By means of 4story-1piece column and MRS method, we achieved construction cost cut down and reduction of construction period.

본(本) 연구(硏究)의 목적은 주식시장이론(株式市場理論)에서 개발된 시장(市場)의 중강효율가설(中强效率假設)(semi-strong from of the efficient market hypothesis)을 적용, 서울 강남지역 137개 유형의 아파트에 대한 1983년부터 1988년까지의 분기별(分期別) 매매가격자료(賣買價格資料)를 사용하여 주택매매시장(住宅買賣市場)의 효율성(效率性)을 실증분석하고자 함에 있다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 실증분석결과에 의하면 주택투자자(住宅投資者)들이 정부정책의 변화나 아파트 가격에 영향을 주는 공공정보(公共情報)들을 빠른 시일내에 자본화(資本化)(capitalize)하지 못함으로써 주택매매시장(住宅賣買市場)은 재정이윤(裁定利潤)(arbitrage profit)이 상당기간 존재하는 비효율성(非效率性)을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 주택이라는 재화(財貨)의 특수성에도 원인이 있지만 더 중요한 원인으로는 만성적인 주택수급(住宅需給) 불균형(不均衡)과 공공정보(公共情報)에 대한 투자자들의 이질적(異質的) 기대(期待)(heterogeneous expectation)를 들 수 있다.

본고는 텍스트로 제시된 한국어 문장의 형태통사론적 오류와 의미적 논항결합시 하위범주화요건을 위배하는 논항선택 오류의 인식 및 판단에 따른 ERP(Event-Related Potential)를 검출하여, 이에 대한 문장이해과정의 시간추이적 양상을 연구의 대상으로 하였다. 참여한 피험자로부터 각각의 유형에 대한 통계분석 결과, 통사적 오류 추출에서 의미적 오류 추출에 이르기까지 기존의 연구에서 제시된 오류패턴 요소들(ELAN, N400, P600)을 확인하였으며, 아울러 한국어 문장이해과정의 특이성을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 문장묵독시 일어나는 여러 종류의 문법오류에 대한 개별적 성격규명과 함께, 이들의 문법틀 내에서의 상호관계에 대한 일련의 가설설정이 이루어질 수 있으며, 또한 문장이해 메커니즘의 신경적 기전의 특성 규명으로 부수될 인간지능 모사가능성에 생리학적 토대가 더해 질 것으로 추정되는 바, 언어이해와 대뇌기전지형을 결정짓는 또 다른 규준이 될 것이다.

온라인 쇼핑에 있어서 여성 고객의 서비스 품질 인식과 신뢰 문제는 중요한 이슈이다. 본 연구는 신뢰를 선의, 성실성, 능력의 관점에서, 그리고 서비스 품질을 유형성, 신빙성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성의 관점에서 다차원적으로 접근하여 연구 가설과 모형을 설정하고 그 원인-결과 관계를 실증적으로 분석한다. 분석 결과, 확신성과 공감성 차원의 서비스 품질이 선의/성실성 차원의 신뢰에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 능력 차원의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것은 5개 서비스 품질 차원 중 오직 확신성뿐인 것으로 드러났다. 또한 고객 충성도에 실질적인 영향을 미치는 것은 확신성 차원의 서비스 품질과 능력 차원의 신뢰이라는 것이 확인되었다. 여성 고객이 인터넷 상점에 대해 충성도를 갖게 되는 이유가 그 인터넷 상점의 선의/성실성 때문이기보다는 능력 때문이라는 점은 온라인 기업들에게 시사하는 바가 크다. 더욱이 온라인 기업들은 서비스 품질, 구체적으로는 여성 고객의 확신성 인식을 제고하면 이것이 자사의 능력을 고객에게 입증하는 방법이 될 수 있고, 결과적으로 여성 고객의 재구매 의사나 우호적인 구전을 이끌어 낼 수 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있다는 점을 주목할 필요가 있다.

1. Objectives: This research was proposed to find out the selection and form of addition and subtraction of the Sasang prescription. 2.Methods: The related contents of the pathology and the medical action of a Sasang disease were selected in "Donguisusebowon- Sasangchobongyun, -Gabobon, -Shinchukbon(東醫壽世保元-四象草本卷, -甲午本, -辛丑本)", "Donguisasangsinfyun(東醫四象新編)". 3.Results and Conclusions: 1) The change and development of the Sasang prescription. 2) The selection of drugs are caused by immunity of the ordinary times and a class of present disease. 3) Addition and subtraction of the Sasang prescription can divide 4-type.

1990년대 후반 정부는 경기부양의 일환으로 창업보육센터(Business Incubatir: BI)를 전국에 설치·운영하도록 지원하였다. 창업보육센터를 통해 벤처기업이 스스로 자생력을 갖출 수 있는 시기까지 시설, 기술, 행정, 경영지원 뿐만 아니라 입주지원까지 다양한 지원 역할을 수행해오고 있다. 특히 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램은 입주업체들의 기업 성장에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램이 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 최근 조직문화에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 조직문화는 스타트업을 움직이는 심장이며 그 영향력은 실핏줄을 타고 회사의 가장 사소한 결정에까지 미친다. 조직문화마저 없다면 스타트업은 제품, 브랜드 무엇 하나 제대로 갖추지 못한 그저 꿈을 쫓는 집단에 지나지 않을 것이다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램 서비스품질 구성요인 인 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성과 스타트업에게 중요한 원동력이 되는 실천중심설계가 교육만족, 조직문화 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 아울러 교육만족이 조직문화에 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구를 진행하고 가설을 검증함으로써 학문적, 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is verifying the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and to explore the moderating roles of job autonomy. This study developed hypotheses and tested them using hierarchical regression analyses. The data analysis was done by SAS Ver 9.1 and Smart PLS Ver 3.0. The test was conducted by employees working at large, small-medium company and public enterprise. The results indicate that the positive transformational leadership and job satisfaction were statistically supported. And this study found that job autonomy moderating roles in the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Based on the findings of the study, this study presented managerial implications and suggestions for future studies.

Learning by examples has proven to be an efficient method in mastering various subjects including programming languages. This study hypothesizes that the number of examples and the type of examples are two significant dimensions that influence the performance of learning programming languages by examples. A set of experiments was conducted to investigate the impacts of the two dimensions in the domain of JAVA programming. The results showed that providing two examples is more effective than providing only one example even though significantly more explanations are attached to the single example. Among the 'two-example' groups, the group that was given functionally similar examples performed better than those with functionally dissimilar examples. Explanations for these results are provided in this paper based on the behavioral patterns of individual subjects in terms of time and frequency. This paper concludes with the implications of the study results for the development of effective tutoring systems for programming languages.

The purpose of this study is to find the determinants for the type(Franchising or Independent Entrepreneurship) of new venture creation. This study conducted an empirical analysis on a total of 398 samples of survey gathered from people in Seoul, Gyoeng-gi, Daegu, and Gyeonsangbuk-do. This study includes not only personal traits, but also entrepreneurial intention and network as independent variables. Findings of the analysis reported that Entrepreneurial intention, Need for achievement, Autonomy, Entrepreneurship, Self-efficacy, Education, Network, Age, and Income have significant discriminant power, in order of priority, on general two groups of Franchising and Independent Entrepreneurship. However, in the study, autonomy is revealed as the sole discriminant factor on considering venture creation groups. Based on the result, the study contributes theoretical and practical implications in relation to the determinants for the type of franchising or independent entrepreneurship.

There are many reasons that fail to get appropriate information in information retrieval. Allomorph is one of the reasons for search failure due to keyword mismatch. This research proposes a method to construct alternative word candidates automatically in order to minimize search failure due to keyword mismatch. Assuming that two words have similar meaning if they have similar co-occurrence words, the proposed method uses the concept of concentration, association word set, cosine similarity between association word sets and a filtering technique using confidence. Performance of the proposed method is evaluated using a manually extracted alternative list. Evaluation results show that the proposed method outperforms the context window overlapping in precision and recall.
