3차원 가상 착의 시스템을 이용한 여자 청소년용 길 원형 맞음새 연구 (Adolescent Girls' Bodice Pattern Fit Using the 3-Dimensional Virtual Clothing System)

  • This research predicted the fit of the basic bodice patterns worn on adolescent girls' 3-dimensional scanned bodies. Six 3-dimensional scanned bodies were selected from the sixth Size Korea data. Each of them had good body posture and represented one of the three garment sizes: 79-160, 82-160, and 85-160. Experimental basic bodice patterns were drafted by three basic bodice pattern making methods. The fit of the basic bodice pattern was analyzed by the CLO 3D virtual clothing system. The results showed that the experimental basic bodice patterns did not fit well at the neck, shoulder, and back for adolescent girls. The fit of the basic bodice patterns varied by pattern making method or size. The basic bodice pattern A with the waist darts ending above the breast line showed the best fit among the three different types of experimental pattern. Among the three sizes 79-160, 82-160, and 85-120, size 79-160 basic bodice pattern showed the worst fit for adolescent girls. The results show that the placement and size of the bodice darts affect the basic bodice pattern fit. The basic bodice pattern making method of size 79-160 for adolescent girls should be studied in a future study.

  • trans-[Cr(tn)$_2Cl_2]^+$ 및 trans-[Cr(en)(tn)Cl$_2]^+$ 이온의 수화반응속도를 분광광도법을 이용하여 온도의 압력을 변화시켜 가면서 측정하였다. 활성화부피는 모두 음의 값을 가졌으며. 이들 착이온의 경우 그 범위는 -1.7 ∼ -2.9cm$^3$mol$^{-1}$이었다. 활성화엔트로피 및 활성화압축류 계수는 작은 음의 값을 가졌다. 이러한 열역학적 결과로부터 이들 착이온의 수화반응은 교환회합 메카니즘으로 진행됨을 추정할 수 있다. 한편 각중첩모형 체제내에서 가상적 중간체의 총 안정화에너지를 고려하여 반응경로와 전이상태의 구조에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 있는데 추정한 메카니즘과 실험적으로 관찰된 결과가 일치함을 알았다.

  • This study aims to examine for efficient production methods of custom-tailored clothing and application of 3D virtual clothing system in custom-tailored clothing market, by producing and analyzing both real clothing and 3D virtual clothing. For this study, a middle-aged woman is selected as the subject figure and one-piece is selected as the experimental clothes item. In real clothing, I conducted the wearing evaluation for experts and the subject figure. And In the virtual clothing, I conducted the wearing evaluation with i-Designer using 3D virtual clothing on simulation program. There are some differences between the data from body scanning and the real body size. In the custom-tailored clothing market in which the fitness is important, the research which measures the more exact data is needed. And in the case of complicate design, the functions which measure the activity and the fitness variously and correct the parts of curves are needed. This study experiments the availability of application of 3D Virtual Clothing System in custom-tailored clothing market by selecting one-piece as the experimental clothes item. So the follow-up studies for the other designs and fabrics are needed. Also, if the studies for checking the clothes pressure, the amount of composure, the space between skin and clothing when the virtual model wearing clothes is walking or shaking his arms are proceeding, then 3D virtual clothing System is applicable in custom-tailored clothing market. But there are some restrictions and lack of education in virtual clothing System yet, and it makes hard for workers in clothing market to use it in real production. However, 3D virtual clothing System will be practical in real market if there would be more research on its usability and practicality, and workers in clothing market can be easily educated on techniques of 3D virtual clothing system.

19~59세 성인여성과 비교한 가상인체의 부위별 치수분석 (A Study on the Reality of Avatar Sizes Comparing with Body Sizes of Women Aged 19 to 59)

  • This study analyzed the reality of avatar size when it was automatically changed by different height and waist circumference inputs. This study focused on analyzing 22 of 28 avatar parts created by the 3D Clo virtual fitting program, based on the height and 'waist circumference of 2,247 woman samples from the $6^{th}$ Size Korea survey data. The 'waist back L'. and 'bishoulder L'. of the avatars were shorter than the bodies; however, the avatars' 'waist H'. and 'arm L'. were longer. Differences between the avatar and body increased in the taller groups. The body proportion of tall avatars was more distorted than small avatars. There were also some exaggerations in some circumferences. The 'bust C'. of the avatar was larger in the group with thin upper torsos; however, the 'hip C'. and 'upper arm C'. were larger in the group with thick upper torsos. The avatar torso silhouette of each somatotype was not representative of the real body silhouette as the 'hip C'. and 'bust C'. always increased together.

자수 디자인의 디지털화에 의한 시각적 표현효과 (Visual Expression Effect by Digitization of Embroidery Design)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 패션디자인 영역이 확장되고 있는 현시점에서 자수 특유의 시각적 표현효과를 보다 쉽고 다양하게 의복 디자인에 접목할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 자수 디자인의 디지털화에 의한 시각적 표현 효과가 실제 의상과 가상의상에서도 동일한 효과를 나타내는지 비교하였다. 컴퓨터 자수기를 이용한 실제 자수 모티브와 디지털화에 의한 DTP 자수 모티브, 디지털 모티브를 생성하였으며 의복에서의 시각적 표현효과를 비교하고자 각각의 자수 모티브가 들어간 패치포켓 형태의 T-셔츠를 제작하였다. 자수기로 제작한 자수가 삽입된 의복과 디지털화된 자수 모티브를 디지털텍스타일프린팅하여 제작된 의복의 시각적 효과를 비교한 결과, 색상(3.5), 질감(4.0), 광택(3.8), 두께(3.5)에서 자수원사의 컬러와 두께감 등 시각적으로 충분히 자수의 질감, 광택의 표현 효과를 나타낼 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 가상의복의 자수 표현효과에 있어서도, 색상(3.8), 질감(4.3), 광택(3.9), 두께(3.6)의 높은 일치도를 보여, 우리는 디지털화된 자수모티브도 기존 자수 특유의 시각적 표현 효과를 충분히 구현할 수 있는 도구임을 확인할 수 있었다.

3차원 가상착의에 의한 남성 Jean Pants 패턴 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of the Patterns for Men's Jean Pants by 3D Virtual Garment Simulation Evaluation)

  • This study is to compare the pattern making methods of men's jeans and to analyze sizes of parts while also evaluating the appearance and fit according to a 3D virtual garment simulation. Five types of patterns are selected for the analysis. For the appearance evaluation, the study conducted a virtual clothing simulation, created a perspective drawing, and applied Clothing pressure to each test outfit. First, according to the pattern comparisons, A and D had the shortest crotch length, while B had the longest; B had the narrowest crotch width, while C had the widest; C had the greatest waist circumference, and B had the smallest; C had the greatest knee and hem circumference, while E had the smallest. Second, according to the appearance evaluation, E pants had the highest rating overall for the waist, crotch, knee, and hem comfort; A pants had the highest rating for the yoke line end and placement; and C pants had the highest rating for the side seam line. According to the correlation analysis, ease of the waist, hips, hem and thighs were important factors (in that order) in determining the overall appearance of the jean pants.

3D 가상착의 프로그램을 활용한 경상북도 한복근무복 디자인 (Gyeongsangbuk-do Hanbok Work Uniform Design Using 3D Virtual Dressing Program)

  • This study aimed to create globally acceptable Hanbok-inspired work uniforms, by developing practical designs and providing useful resources for incorporating Hanbok characteristics into office attire. First, to establish the elements that the Hanbok work uniform should have, the definition and characteristics of service clothes and preferences for the process of modernization of traditional Hanbok were reviewed through a review of the preceding studies. For the Hanbok work uniform design, a total of 4 pieces, 2 for each male and female, were planned, a schematic diagram was created, and the design was modified after evaluation by fashion design experts. I made a pattern of the modified design with a CAD program, imported it into CLO 3D to produce a virtual costume, and confirmed the final design draft. Work uniform design has symbolism, functionality, and aesthetics as its characteristics. The functionality of the Hanbok work uniform designed in this study is suitable for the season, and it was designed to increase the efficiency of work when worn for a long time. The design was focused on the development of materials and patterns in consideration of comfort and activity. The esthetic nature of hanbok-inspired work clothes was intended to reveal details that could highlight the silhouette of the human body and reflect the beauty of hanbok.

3D 가상착의를 이용한 스마트 스포츠웨어의 밀착성 평가 (Tightness Evaluation of Smart Sportswear Using 3D Virtual Clothing)

  • To develop smart sportswear capable of measuring biometric data, we created a close-fitting pattern using two- and three-dimensional (2D and 3D, respectively) methods. After 3D virtual fitting, the tightness of each pattern was evaluated using image processing of contact points, mesh deviation, and cross-sectional shapes. In contact-point analysis, the 3D pattern showed high rates of contact with the body (84.6% and 93.1% for shirts and pants, respectively). Compared with the 2D pattern, the 3D pattern demonstrated closer contact at the lower chest, upper arm, and thigh regions, where electrocardiography and electromyography were primarily carried out. The overall average gap was also lower in the 3D pattern (5.27 and 4.66 mm in shirts and pants, respectively). In the underbust, waist, thigh circumference, and mid-thigh circumference, the cross-section distance between clothing and body was showed a statistically significant difference and evenly distributed in the 3D pattern, exhibiting more closeness. The tightness and fit of the 3D smart sportswear sensor pattern were successfully evaluated. We believe that this study is critical, as it facilitates the comparison of different patterns through visualization and digitization through 3D virtual fitting.

해녀복 가상착의를 위한 의복구성적 연구 -제주 해녀복의 특징, 제품 치수, 여유분에 대한 분석- (An Analysis on Clothing Construction for the Virtual Clothing Simulation of Haenyeo Suits -Analyzing the Characteristics, Product Sizes, and Ease of Jeju Haenyeo Suits-)

  • This study analyzes the characteristics, product dimensions, and ease of haenyeo suits to inform their reproduction. Large, medium, and small haenyeo suits were collected from four manufacturers in Jeju, and their components, cut styles, product dimensions, and ease were analyzed. In the current haenyeo suit design, the upper suit has a collar and a crotch, while the lower suit has a high rise with a gusset. Additionally, there are darts behind the neck in the upper suit and behind the knees in the lower suit. Haenyeo suits have a three-dimensional shape that accommodates the postures needed for haenyeo's underwater activities. The upper suit is finished with a cuffed hem or an uncuffed side seam with a diagonal or stepped cut. The lower suit is cut and sewn with the waist and hem at right angles or with the hem diagonal to the waistline. Haenyeo suit dimensions vary between manufacturers, and the models' body dimensions show that there is little or no ease. In conclusion, haenyeo suit manufacturers currently use the same components; however, they differ in terms of cut styles, sewing methods, dimensions, and designs.

Dock의 자원과 작업환경을 고려한 탑재 Simulation (Ship Hull Block Erection Simulation In Consideration of Resource Constant and Work Environment)

  • 선반건조 일정계획에 있어서 탑재 공정은 전체 생산일정 계획 중 선박 한 척에 대한 계획의 시발점이 되며, 병목현상 등을 유발하여 다른 일정에 가장 큰 영향을 주게 되는 공정이다. 최근 많은 조선소에서 하나의 Dock 내에서 두 착 이상의 배를 동시에 건조하는 tandem 방식을 택하고 있어 dock 내의 한정된 Crane 의 개수와 Crane의 Capacity, 공수 등의 자원, 그리고 작업환경에서 일어날 수 있는 여러 가지 변수들을 제대로 고려하지 못 했을 시에는 일정의 차질과 Dock의 회전율을 떨어트리게 한다. 본 논문에서는 가상공간에 하나의 Dock 를 만들어서 일정계획에서 작성한 Network를 사용하여 실제 작업하게 해서 그 Network가 현장에서의 최적한가를 점검하게 하고 현장에서 수정하는 작업을 줄이게 하는 것의 방법으로 simulation을 개발하였다.
