인터넷의 보급과 초고속 정보통신망의 급속도로 발전함에 따라 학습자와 교수의 상호작용이 가능하며 학술에 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 가상강의 저작도구가 절대적으로 요구되고 있으나 이 저작도구의 개발을 위해 현재는 교사와 학생간의 인터페이스 제공이 미약하고 표준화된 문서 환경과 플랫폼이 없이 서비스를 제공하는 웹 환경으로 인해 개발자들의 작업이 방대해지고 있는 있다. 따라서 최근 컴포넌트 기반 개발 방법론의 대두로 가상강의 저작도구를 위한 교육용 컴포넌트에 관심이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 기반의 개발 방법론을 통해 웹 환경에서 구현할 때 적용가능한 강의 저작도구 컴포넌트를 요구 공학 생명주기를 통해서 분석, 설계한다. 요구공학에서 사용자 인터페이스 부분을 가상강의에서 교수, 학습자 측면을 고려하고 비즈니스 로직, 동영상과 슬라이드의 동기화, 오디오, 슬라이드 이미지 등을 요구공학 생명주기에서의 산출된 요구공학 명세서를 바탕으로 분석, 설계한다. 개발된 컴포넌트는 가상강의 저작도구를 지원가능하며. 각 컴포넌트는 교육영역의 애플리케이션에 쉽게 적응 가능함으로써 재사용성, 사용의 용이성과 이식성을 가질 수 있다.

E-Learning is a modern main teaching method starting from the concept of remote education. This research is aimed for proposing cyber lecture library system and designing a cyber lecture component that becomes a basis for e-Learning system Cyber lecture library is a storage system of cyber lectures that can supply high quality data to the needed developers. Component consists of 5 categories and those are text voice, image, animation, and flash. By using this system the developers can save the necessary time and effort in education development. This system also helps students. The students can access various lecture data on a given subject and select the best fit for them.

E-Learning standard SCORM has been prepared in the United States to establish the efficient operation and development of e-Learning. The learning object of the current SCORM focuses on easy development and reusability in the professor's side. In this study instead, we present a SCC (Sharable Content Collection) scheme which can provide various studying opportunities to the learners. Constructing an efficient SCC requires improving the SCO (Sharable Content Object), a key ingredient of SCORM, and analyzing the cyber lecture into components. In this way we suggest a method to improve the existing learning objects and present an e-Learning model based on SCC.

In these days, educational environment has been changing as Slowing of internet. This is why we have to consider a Web-based cyber education. The LMS is functionally constituted with Class-part and Management-part. Class-part take part in planning of lecture, loading the presentation material and class service. In this system, UML is used to support a specification of Component-based LMS. Through this study, we will show the effectiveness of CBD(Component Based Development) in during LMS development.
