The Type Classification on Modifiable Styling Methods in Western Costumes - From Ancient to Middle Ages - (서양복식의 가변성 스타일링 유형분류 - 고대부터 중세까지를 중심으로 -)

  • Cloths wrapped around the body have been the basis of the dress of people all over the world for centuries. This study is to research detailed modifiable fashion styling methods in history and to give ideas to people such as fashion professionals who are interested in fashion styling so that they can create modifiable fashion styling easily in fashion fields. The characteristics of modifiable fashion styling methods from ancient to middle ages are as follows. The first modifiable styling method is to expose the knots on the surface of the garments, and the knots were mainly located on the upper part of the body. The second method is a wrapping type of the modifiable styling method, which shows a lot of variant simple shapes of cloths. This method helped develop many wrapping methods over time. The third way is the fixed type of the modifiable styling method, and it uses accessories such as fibulae, belts to fix cloths, to create many different styles. The accessories are located on around either the neck or waist. The fourth method is the composite type of the modifiable styling methods mentioned above. This styling method is adapted in robe type clothes which makes the clothes look full of beautiful drapery. This study suggests that simple shapes of cloths can create enormous amount of styling which can be easily adapted and created nowadays.

  • As family types have been diverse, patterns of living and living space became diverse as much as users are. Therefore, it is needed to provide various remodeled design of living space corresponding to changes of users'living patterns, and to provide these remodeling process to users directly on the web. In this paper, use scenario for the Internet-based Virtual Apartment Remodeling Simulator is researched as an export system to remodel space in accordance with users diverse lifestyle paradigm and the website is developed. The study consists of four parts. First, the general concept of remodeling, including the range and types of remodeling, are defined, and the misleading terms in this field are reviewed and organized by secondary research Second, fixed factors and variable factors are differentiated in the complex building for residence and business that was decided as a basic building type in this study. Third, there needed a database for consulting, final material, pre-estimation real estimation for simulation of remodeling. This database was introduced along with floor plan and elevation. Finally, the remodeling simulator is presented by the case study developed on the web. The system structure and use scenario are also presented. In order to present and inspect design alternatives, prototype was produced. The Final simulator was enhanced by defeating problems regarding interface efficiency and missing information of existing online site.

  • The purpose of this study is to supply basic marketing information and establish marketing strategy on local market by analyzing related using behavior of lifestyle type and buying behaviour of local residents. On this viewpoint, we focused on identifying the lifestyle, shopping behaviour, and media usage pattern. For this research, we surveyed consumers living in Jecheon city and analyzed questionnaires by multivariate statistical analysis. Through empirical analysis, we derived overall lifestyle profiles including demographic traits, media usage, leisure pattern in each lifestyle types and marketing implications.

  • Post-modern period differentiates itself from Modern period in many aspects. One of these is the emphasis on phenomena which are ephemeral and changing. This paper looks at the psychological bases of these expressions of time & change in contemporary design and their affordances on human behavior. It also analyzes the types of time & change design on the basis of the behaviors they afford. This will lead us to the understanding of how the design including time & change expresses the spirit of the age and how it can play positive roles in human psychology.

Epidemiological Studies on the Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus Isolated from Clinical Samples (임상가검물에서 분리한 Methicillin내성 Staphylococcus aureus의 분자역학적 연구)

  • A total of 45 Staphylococcus aureus strains from clinical samples were tested for the biochemical test and antibiotic susceptibility test. Forty-five S. aureus strains were subjected to the molecular epidemiological study by susceptiblity test, antibiogram, bacteriophage typing, polymerase chain reaction and mec-associated hypervariable region gene in order to detect of mecA gene which was one of the structural gene related to antibiotic resistant expression factors. Three of 15 mecA-negative S. aureus isolates were classified as oxacillin resistant despite borderline minimal inhibitory concentration values. Methicillin susceptiblities were completely consistent with PCR results for these strains. On the other hand, 4 of 30 mecA-positive isolates yielded results in the oxacillin and methicillin susceptibility tests which were discrepant from those of PCR analysis. Except for SA6, the methicillin resistant S. aureus strains tested were highly resistant to penicillin, oxacillin, gentamicin, and chloramphenicol. In the phage typing, 27 strains were typable. The Iytic group III was as many as 12 strains, and 7 of 12 were 75/83A/84 type. In the PCR of specific mecA gene probe with chromosomal DNA of 30 methicillin resistant S. aureus, the amplified DNA band of 533 bp was confirmed in 30 strains and not in methicillin sensitive S. aureus. The single amplified band of hypervariable region related to mec was investigated in all of 30 methicillin resistant S. aureus, but in methicillin sensitive S. aureus it was amplified. The size of PCR products was between 200 bp and 600 Up. Four units was directly repeated.

Motives of Organizational Citizenship Behavior: the Application of Q-methodology (조직시민행동(OCB)의 수행동기: Q방법론의 적용)

  • OCB(organizational citizenship behavior) is a employee behavior that goes above and beyond the call of duty, that is discretionary and not explicitly recognized by the employing organization's formal reward system, and that contributes to organizational effectiveness. In a word, OCB has great potential as a organizational slack. As such, researchers have been showing great interest in the antecedents of OCB, and as a result, now we can meet so many antecedents of OCB from individual level variables to group or organizational level variables that are said to be important in explaining OCB. Additionally each of these variables is known to have its own sound logic and statistically significant effect on OCB. However the results of these studies are so fragmented that researchers have a great difficulty in drawing some meaningful or coherent conclusions. In this context, we try to applicate Q-methodology to find more coherent way of explaining the motives of OCB, and briefly speaking, we find four types of the motives of OCB, that is norm-based, instrumentality-based, trait-based, and avoidance-based type. Among these the last avoidance-based type is especially interesting, because we can't find any remarks on this type in the previous studies. The paper ends with suggestions for future research directions. We expect that these suggestions could be a foundation on which more developed and coherent OCB theories stand. We don't see this approach supplanting earlier efforts; rather we believe this can offer more detailed explanation in addition to those provided by other approaches.

  • 본 논문은 태양광발전의 주변 환경 변화에 종속적인 태양광 모듈 출력을 개선하기 위해 사용되는 두 개의 다른 형태의 태양광발전 시스템용 DC Optimizer에 대해 기술한다. 일사량 가변 및 외부 음영 조건 발생 시 서로 다른 두 유형의 DC Optimizer 동작 특성을 비교 분석하고 이를 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다.

An Efficient Spatial and Temporal Interpolation for Adaptive De-interlacing (De-interlacing을 위한 효과적인 시/공간 보간 알고리즘)

  • 본 논문에서는 효과적인 De-interlacing을 위한 Edge based Median Filter와 3-Step AMPD(Adaptive Minimum Pixel Difference Filter)를 제안한다. Motion Adaptive De-interlacing 방법에서 중요한 요소인 Motion Hissing에 의한 에러를 방지하기 위해 입력 영상을 4 가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 영상에 따라 다른 임계 값을 적용하여 정확한 화소 값을 보간 하는AMPD(Adaptive Minimum Pixel Difference) Filter를 사용하며 Moving Diagonal Edge의 효과적인 보간을 위해서 방향 필터를 사용하여 Edge Map을 추출한 뒤 Edge에 따라 가변적인 후보 화소를 선택하는 Edge based Median Filter를 사용하여 성능을 향상시켰다. 또한 입력되는 영상을 움직임 영역, 정지 영역, 경계 영역으로 나누어 적응적으로 보간 하여 연산 효율을 높였다. 제안된 방법은 다양한 영상에 대한 모의실험을 통해 기존의 방법에 비해 뛰어난 성능 개선을 보였다.

  • The conventional way to acquire sufficient amount of daylight in interiors is to provide large openings with clear glass. The use of clear glass on the whole facade, however, might cause a sort of visual problem because of the harness of direct sun and brighter sky surface than expected. They should be filtered in opticalway or bounced in the architectural. One of the common solutions for the problem might be the use of photometric glasses with various transmittances for the glass walls. This paper deals with performance data related to the impact of various transmittal glazing materials for window systems in terms of daylighting. A series of scale model measurements was carried out with the fundamental configuration of a commonly used all-glass facades. Additionally some experimental performance index was issued for the better expression of the need of natural lighting.

Prediction of Prosodic Break Using Syntactic Relations and Prosodic Features (구문 관계와 운율 특성을 이용한 한국어 운율구 경계 예측)

  • 본 논문에서는 자연스러운 한국어 운율구 경계를 예측하기 위해 (1) 문장 성분을 하위범주화하고, (2) 세분화된 문장 성분 간 의존관계를 이용하여 통사구를 추출하며 (3) 추출한 통사구의 유형에 따른 운율구 경계 예측 규칙을 설정하였다. 또한, (4) 통사적 정보 외에도 통사구와 문장의 길이, 통사구의 문장 내 위치, 문맥의 의미 정보 등에 따라 가변적인 운율구 경계를 판단하여 보다 자연스러운 한국어 운율구 경계 예측 시스템을 개발하였다. 그 결과 통사구 경계와 상관 관계가 높은 강한 운율구 경계 예측과 운율구 내부 비경계 예측에 있어 90% 이상의 높은 재현율과 정확도를 보였으며, 전체 운율구 경계 예측에 있어서도 87% 이상의 성능을 보였다.
