Gum질, 지방질 및 활성 Gluten첨가에 따른 쌀빵 특성 비교

  • Gluten 대체재료로써 gum질과 지방질 및 활성 gluten을 첨가하여 쌀빵의 특성을 비교 검토하였다. 실험에 사용한 모든 종류의 gum질 첨가에 의해서 쌀빵의 제조는 가능하였으며, 특히 3% hydroxypropyl-methyl-cellulose를 첨가하여 제조하는 경우 제빵의 성형성이 좋았다. 쌀빵 제조시 첨가하는 지방질로는 상온에서 액체상인 식용유를 사용하는 편이 고체상의 지방인 마아가린이나 라아드보다 쌀빵의 비용적을 증가시키며, 부드러운 조직감을 부여하고 있었다. 쌀빵 제조시의 가열방 법은 습식가열보다는 건식가열이 바람직한 결과를 얻었다. 3% hydroxypropyl-methyl-cellulose를 첨가하여 품종별 쌀로서 빵을 제조한 경우, 한강찰벼를 제외한 모든 품종에서 쌀빵 제조가 가능하였으며, 특히 수원조, AC 27, IR 44 등의 쌀로서 제조한 쌀빵의 성형성은 아주 좋았다. Gluten과 강력분을 첨가하여 제조하는 경우에도 한강찰벼를 제외한 모든 품종에서 쌀빵 제조가 가능하였으며, 수원 230이나 pusa-33-30등의 쌀로서 제조한 것이 다른 품종의 쌀보다 제빵성이 좋았다.

  • Antibiotics are used in many sectors, including the dairy industry, to prevent bacterial infections in humans, animals, and plants. When bacterial cells are exposed to stressors, such as antibiotic exposure, a subpopulation of the cells becomes dormant. This helps the pathogen to revive and reconstitute its pathogenicity. Thus, eradicating the dormant cells may be an effective strategy to reduce the development of antibiotic resistance in bacteria caused by the abuse of antibiotics. In recent years, a large number of indole-related compounds have been reported to eradicate persister cells. In this review, we provide a summary of the mechanisms of persister cell formation and resuscitation, and the ability of indole and substituted indoles to eradicate persister cells.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the meaning of of "Nikolai Garin - Mikhailovsky's the "Joseon tale". talks about the origins of the Joseon Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty. In this paper, we revealed the features of the form of "Otter Legend". And analyzed the confrontation between Nurhachi's family and Yi Seong-gye's family shown in the story. The result is as follows. is complex tale. The start of is 'the typr of Yaraeja'. Next is the story of Myoung-Dang. Myoung-Dang is deep in the water. also has anecdotes of Jeong, Chung-shin. rearranged at least three stories or more. transformed each type of stories, communing the different patterns of stories with different logic. The basic logic of the transformation was to maximize the confrontation between the NuruhachI and Yi Seong-gye clans, the origins of Manchuria and the Chosun Dynasty. As a result, the sacredness of Nurhachi's Family, the origin of the Qing Dynasty, was expanded. On the other hand, Yi Seong-gye s Family was less extraordinary than Nurhachi's Family. Also, the ability of the person is also inferior. This is not the yearning for the Qing Dynasty. This is because the Qing Dynasty and the Joseon have the same pedigree. shows that the Qing Dynasty's experiences should be shared since the Qing Dynasty was born of another clan of Joseon. This is a new perception of Qing Dynasty. This is similar to the interpretation that dragged the Qing Dynasty's history into the Joseon's ethnographic historical point of view.

  • 최근 빠르게 확산되고 있는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service)는 사용자의 인맥을 관리하며 새로운 인맥을 형성하는 것을 목표로 한다. 또한 사용자들이 자신의 관심사에 관한 지식이나 정보를 공개함으로써 정보의 효율성을 높이고 다른 사용자들에게 정보를 전파한다. 하지만 현재의 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 새로운 인맥을 형성하는 것보다 실제 사회에서의 인맥을 가상의 공간에서도 유지하고 관리하여 실제로 만나지 않더라도 관계를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 용도로 사용되어 소셜 네트워크의 목표를 달성하지 못하고 있다. 하지만 특정한 공간의 동일한 관심사를 가진 사람들 간의 제한적 정보 공유는 소셜 네트워의 단점을 보안하고 궁극적 목표를 달성할 수 있다. 또한 특정 관심사를 기반으로 그룹을 생성함으로써 정보의 신뢰도를 높이며 새로운 인맥을 형성에도 효과적 일 것이다. 하지만 이러한 네트워크는 모바일 환경의 특징으로 인해 빠르게 변화할 수 있으며 위치를 기반으로 특정 공간의 다른 사용자들과 통신함으로 완전히 새로운 인맥을 형성하게 된다. 그러므로 안전하게 신뢰관계를 구축하기위해 사용자의 평판 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크에서 동일한 관심사를 가진 폐쇄적 정보공유에서의 악의적 노드의 고립을 위한 평판 메커니즘을 제안한다.

The effects of muscle fatigue of knee muscles on balance ability in healthy adults (무릎 근육의 근피로가 정상 성인의 균형에 미치는 영향)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects muscle fatigue at the knee muscles on balance during standing in healthy adults. Methods Thirty healthy adults were recruited along with their written informed consent. Subjects were randomly assigned to knee extensor group (fatigue on knee extensor, KE), and knee flexor group (fatigue on knee flexor, KF). And subjects performed exercise with each muscle group until muscle fatigue was induced. They were assessed balance ability by functional reaching test (FRT), limit of stability (LOS), and postural sway (one leg standing, normal eye open (NO), normal eye close (NC), pillow with eye open (FO), and pillow with eye close (FC)) before and after fatigue. Results There were significant group differences balance performances in FRT, anterior of limit of stability, one leg standing, and the muscle fatigue of knee muscles were decreased balance performances. The balance performance was affected by visual sense and proprioception. Conclusions These results show that the muscle fatigue of knee muscles decreased balance performance. Therefore, balance exercise program should be trained without muscle fatigue.

A History of Geomorphological Researches on Baekdusan Volcano (백두산 화산지형에 관한 연구사)

  • Few studies have dealt with the question of when Mt. Baekdusan became known as a volcano. Attention has been focused rather on the issue of establishing the boundary between the Joseon Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty than the scientific nature of Baekdusan as a volcano. It is only in the late Joseon Dynasty that Park Jong (1764), who was the scholar of the Gwanbuk region, authored the first travel journal on Mt. Baekdu and described poseok. Due to the scientific curiosity of Westerners on the existence of mysterious snow peak on the border, it was first introduced to the Royal Geographical Society by a British man, H.E.M. James in 1887, who revealed for the first time that Mt. Baekdu is a dead volcano, and that the white color on the top is due to wide-spread pumice. Russian expedition teams including Strel'bitskii (Стрельбицкий, 1894, and Garin (Гарин-Михайловский, 1898), also explored this mountain seeking natural resources and territory of East Asia and the Manchurian region in pursuit of Russian Imperial interests explored and described Baekdusan as a volcano.

  • After selecting a group of women with premenstrual syndrome based on daily distress scores of 28 days, one needs to estimate threshold for the change of symptoms, which would be useful for the clinician's diagnosis in hospitals. However, a test of whether a change has occurred has to precede the estimation of the threshold. In this paper, we apply parametric and nonparametric testing methods to an example data obtained from a group of women. Nonparametric method does not assume any distributional form of distress scores and parametric testing method is based on the normal distributions of linear regression lines. Therefore, the optimal situation of both methods would be different and we will assess it with a simulation study.

The Effects of Balance and Trunk Repositioning Sense with Multisensorial Training using Visual Cue Deprivation in Subacute Stroke Patients (시각 통제를 이용한 다중감각 훈련이 아급성 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 체간위치감각에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was to investigate the effects of balance and trunk repositioning sense through multisensorial training using visual cue deprivation in subacute stroke patients. Multisensorial training group practiced after visual deprivation, control group practiced in the same training except visual deprivation with thirty subjects. Both groups were conducted training programs on sixty minutes a day, five days a week during four weeks. The subjects were evaluated by static balance, dynamic balance and trunk repositioning sense in the pre-posttest. There was significant improvement by multisensorial training that static balance, dynamic balance and the trunk repositioning sense between pretest and post test (p<.05). There were significantly differences in the amount of change of dynamic balance, trunk repositioning sense between the two groups(p<.05). Through this study, multisensorial training suggest that is effective in the improvement of dynamic balance and trunk repositioning sense.

Content of trans Fatty Acids in Korean Margarine (국산(國産) 마아가린중의 트란스산(酸) 함량)

  • Fatty acid patterns were determined for 11 and 19 brands of household margarines from the local markets in Korea in 1983 and 1984, respectively. Gas-liquid chromatographic analyses on OV-275 column showed that the average content of total trans fatty acids was 18% ranging from 6.2 to 35.5% for the margarines produced in 1983. The prototype of trans fatty acids was trans-octadecenoic acid. There was a small amount of c, t-or t, c-octadecadienoic, whereas there were practically no t, t-octadecadienoic acid. Trans fatty acids was increased in proportion to linoleic acid contents. For the margarines produced in 1984.. percentage of trans fatty acids tended to decrease, while that of linoleic acid was increased as compared with the corresponding values for the 1983 products. Thus, the P/S ratio was increased markedly in the soft type margarines produced in 1984. However, Korean margarines contained seemingly less linoleic acid than that contained in Japanese margarines.

Fatty Acid Composition of Domestic and Foreign Margarine for Home Use (국내 및 국외 가정용 마아가린의 지방산(脂肪酸) 조성(組成)에 대한 연구(硏究))

  • Fatty acid composition of domestic margarines (summer 12, winter 12 kinds) and foreign margarines (U.S.A. 4, Japan 8, Denmark 2 kinds) for home use were determined. The major fatty acids were palmitic acid (16:0), stearic acid (18:0), oleic acid (18:1), linoleic acid (18:2) and linolenic acid (18:3) in all of the margarines. P/S ratios of winter products were $0.40{\sim}l.74$, those of summer products were $0.21{\sim}l.82$ in domestic margarines. Therefore degree of polyunsaturate in winter product was higher than that in summer product. P/S ratios of foreign margarines were $0.82{\sim}2.91$ irrespective of type.P/Sratios of stick and soft type in foreign margarines were similar as $0.82{\sim}2.59,\;0.90{\sim}2.67$, respectively Those of PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acid) type and LFS (low fat spread) were 2.91, 2.70, respectively.
