현대인들은 필요한 물건들을 직접 구매하러 갈 시간이 부족하기 때문에 온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용 빈도가 늘어가고 있으며 이에 따라 온라인 쇼핑몰이 성행하고 있다. 하지만 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 물건을 구매하는 것은 물건을 눈으로 확인할 수 없다는 문제점이 있기 때문에 상품평은 구매를 결정하는데 많은 영향을 준다. 현재 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 고객이 상품평을 통해 상품에 대한 정보를 파악하기 어렵기 때문에 이를 해결하기 위한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구들로 상품평의 의견을 분석하기 위한 연구로 오피니언 마이닝이 사용되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 지금까지의 연구는 문법적인 오류, 신조어와 같이 국어사전에 등재되어 있지 않은 단어들을 감성분석기가 올바르게 판단하지 못하기 때문에 분석의 신뢰도가 떨어진다는 문제점이 있다. 그래서 형태소 분석을 실시하기 전에 신조어 사전을 추가하여 Noisy-channel model을 적용하여 더욱 정확한 감성분석이 가능하도록 하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 가공된 정보를 바탕으로 상품평을 보다 정확하게 분석할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

Purpose: The laser processability of dental prosthesis is investigated using two ceramic composites, including 3M, Lava Ultimate and Ivoclar vivadent, IPS e.max. Materials and methods: The $CO_2$ laser, picosecond laser and femtosecond laser are used to assess the processing power of dental prosthetic materials Lava Ultimate and IPS e.max and the line processing shape was measured using a confocal microscope. Results: The brittleness, carbonization and micro crack of the ceramic composite were influenced by heat accumulation of the material and could be controlled by the laser power and pulse time. Conclusion: In the case of $CO_2$ lasers, micro crack and carbonation occurred immediately, and in the picosecond laser processing, the micro cracks are partially improved, but the carbonization occurs continuously. Finally, we confirmed the high efficiency of laser processing with femtosecond laser. In particular, Lava Ultimate, a ceramic resin composite material, showed the best processability when processed using a femtosecond laser.

Customized information analysis system is a software system that can help to extract useful information from non-structured natural language data, process the information to customized form, and provide future forecast and reasoning information. To implement the information analysis system, we need natural language processing technology to analyze natural language, information extraction technology to detect necessary entity and its relationship from text, and data mining technology to discover new and unknown information from extracting data. This paper suggest virtual customized information analysis system processing national defense news data and introduce base technologies for information analysis.

유역통합수자원관리의 시작은 기상예측정보의 제공으로부터 시작된다. 하지만, 기상예측정보는 단기, 중기, 장기로 구분되며, 제공되는 정보가 수자원 운영에 필요한 정보와 시간적으로나 공간적으로 차이가 나며, 가공에 많은 전문가들의 노력이 필요하여 실무에서의 적용에 많은 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하고 용이하게 수자원 운영자에게 필요한 기상정보를 적절한 형태의 가공을 통하여 자동적으로 제공해 주는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 시스템의 구축을 통해 향후 수자원 운영에 있어 필수적인 의사결정 정보를 제공해 주어 수자원의 이용효율을 높이고자 한다. 구축된 시스템은 금강 유역에 대해 소유역단위로 장기 유출의 입력자료인 일단위 예측 강수를 30일간 제공하도록 시스템을 구축하였다. 단기(1일$\sim$2일)에는 RDAPS의 모의 결과인 Grib파일을 자동 추출하여 예측 강수를 제공한다. 1일에 두 번 모의되는 RDAPS의 결과를 일단위로 제공하기 위해 여러 가지 case별 분석을 실시하여 가장 적합한 기법을 이용하여 일단위 시계열을 구축하는 시스템을 설계하였다. 중기(3일$\sim$10일)에는 GDAPS 결과인 Grib파일을 자동 추출하여 유역단위 시계열을 구축한 뒤 과거 자료를 이용한 연 평균 자료를 이용하여 가중치를 곱하여 시계열을 구축하였다. 장기(11일$\sim$30일) 시계열의 구축을 위해서는 단기 및 중기 예측 시계열을 이용하여 과거 시계열 자료와의 통계적 비교 분석을 이용하여 유사 시계열을 추출한 후 과거 자료에 대한 평균값과 기상 전망을 이용하여 가중치를 부여하는 방법 등을 이용하여 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 시스템은 한국수자원공사에서 운영 중인 RRFS모형의 입력 자료를 자동 생성할 수 있는 기능을 제공하도록 설계되었다. 이러한 시스템의 구축을 통해 기상정보를 다루는데 익숙하지 않은 수자원 운영자들에게 비교적 용이하게 유역단위 기상예측 정보를 추출하는데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

센터내 DB표준화분과위원회 DB표준분류 실무작업반은 지난 93년도 하반기에 데이터베이스 표준분류를 위한 연구를 수행했다. 그간 실무작업반에서는 데이터베이스 분류에 관한 자료의 수집 및 비교분석, 데이터베이스의 제작기관, 주제분야별, 가공형태별, 표현형태별, 언어별, 가공완성도 및 갱신주기별, 검색방식별, 제공매체별, 용도별체계화 등 데이터베이스 표준분류안을 마련했는데 본지에서는 연구결과를 중심으로 그 내용을 정리, 요약한다.

The rapid trends toward outsourcing and collaboration have created complex multi-tier supply chains for construction and engineering industries. Working with suppliers and sub-suppliers requires continuous integration activities in order to maximize the performances of the entire supply chain. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the performances and long-term business relationship of second-tier suppliers in directed sourcing environment. This study proposes the asset specificity, trust, information-sharing and collaboration, as antecedents variables, and collected the survey responses from the second-tier suppliers in rebar manufacturing works. The statistical results indicate that the asset specificity, trust, information-sharing and collaboration have significant influences on the long-term business relationship of rebar manufacturing second-tier suppliers, but trust has no impact on the performances of second-tier suppliers at 5% significance level. Practical implications are also discussed.

정보산업(정보기술)에는 정보공학시스팀(두뇌적 정보처리)과 인사공학시스팀(행정적 정보처리)이 있다. 전자의 기능은 계산, 인식, 판단, 분석, 번역, 예측 등이고, 시스팀은 컴퓨터기술을 말한다. 저자(인사공학)의 기능은 기록, 기억, 표시, 축적재생, 보존, 전달, 전송, 가공등이고 시스팀에는 전자통신기술, 사진, 인쇄, 기록, 표시, 기억, 상재생시스팀을 말한다. 전자통신기술에는 전보, 전화, 팩시밀리, TV, 라디오등의 기능을 말한다. 브라운관의 결점은 도형(영상)표시의 정확성에 한계가 있고, 고전압이 필요하고 또 전자빔(속)을 편향하는데 소비하는 전력도 굉장하다. 그리고 무엇보다 문제점은 적어도 미터${\cdot}$사이즈이상의 화면을 영상하려면 수상기의 체적이 너무 커져야 한다는 점이다. 여기에 등장한 것이 벽걸이 TV이다.

According to the shift from industrial society to knowledge-based society, prompt acquisition, organization, and analysis of technical information at a variety of industrial organizations are becoming more important than before. Education for professionals in acquisition and management of technical information should be accomplished systematically, and connected with in-service training. The purpose of this study is to develop curriculum of information professionals from the analysis of the tasks of technical information searchers using DACUM methods. The results of this study is as follows: First, professional technical information searcher's tasks are divided into 6 categories and these are also divided into 40 sub-categories. Second, selection of information sources are the most important tasks in education. And last, major educational areas should include planning and development of databases, practice of OA applied programs, practice of PC communications, analysis of trends information, classification and practice of Internet, practice of interview, information architecture, information retrieval, understanding and practice of information sources, patents management, and planning and development of home pages.

텔레매틱스 기술은 운전자와 차량, 차량과 차량 외부의 정보들을 이용하여 다른 산업과의 융합이 급속히 진행되고 있으며, 다양한 서비스에 대한 요구 역시 점차 증가하는 추세이다. 최근에는 차량의 위치/궤적 정보와 같은 차량의 현재 또는 과거의 위치 정보를 분석하여 적절한 서비스를 제공해주는 VRM과 이를 상용차에 적용한 CVT 분야가 대두되고 있다. 그러나 현재 차량관련 서비스를 살펴 보면 차량의 궤적정보에 대한 분석을 기초로 하는 것이 아니라 이미 저장되어 있거나 실시간으로 생성되는 위치 관련자료를 별도의 처리 과정 없이 직접 사용자에게 전달하여 주는 자료 제공의 수준에 머무르고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 이러한 정보를 처리/분석/가공하여 여러 가지 응용서비스에 적용하기 위한 차량기반 고객관계 관리 기술과 다양한 응용서비스를 살펴 보고,화물, 운송과 같은 물류시장에서의 텔레매틱스 기술의 응용서비스 사례와 동향에 대해서 살펴 본다.
