  • 최근에 초정밀 제조업 분야에서 볼의 이용에 관한 연구가 급속히 진행되고 있으며, 일부 반도체 분야에서는 BGA(Ball Grid Array)와 같은 용도로 이용되기도 하며, 볼 자체를 반도체 칩으로 응용하려는 시도가 제안되어 있다. 이러한 적용분야들에서 볼의 진구도, 정밀도 및 청정도 등을 만족시킬 수 있는 가공기술이 선결되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 초정밀 볼의 가공기술 개발을 목적으로 하여 유리 볼을 대상으로 하고 $H_2O$와 CeO$_2$를 혼합한 연마재를 사용하여 부상회전에 의한 비접촉식 연마방법을 제안하고 가공특성을 조사하였다 연구 결과로서, 비 접촉식 볼의 가공에서는 가공에 앞서 $H_2O$와의 전처리 과정을 거침으로 해서 가공속도를 촉진시킬 수 있다는 사실이 확인되었다.

  • The effect of hardening methods and process parameters on surface hardening of a Ti-6Al-4V Alloy has been investigated in this study. To characterize the effectiveness of the respective surface hardening methods, samples of a Ti-6Al-4V alloy were self-quenched, laser-nitrided, laser-carburized, laser-carbonitrided at the same laser irradiation conditions. This experimental procedure was followed by comparing the microstructural evolutions and mechanical properties of the respective samples after the laser surface hardenings. The hardening characteristics of the respective laser surface hardenings were well defined in this study, and the hardness was significantly influenced by the reaction compounds and laser energy density.

  • 경계석을 제작하는 제조 공정 중 모서리를 가공하는 공정은 인력의 숙련도와 분진 등의 악조건의 환경에서 인력에 의존하는 강도 높은 제조 공정이다. 특히 인력에 의존하다보니 효율성과 정확성이 현저하게 떨어지는 것이 기존의 상황이다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 일련의 작업을 가공기를 통한 자동화 장비를 통하여 수행 할 수 있도록 설계, 제작하였으며 경계석용 모서리 자동 모따기 가공기를 개발하기 위한 기구적 설계, 제어 방법을 연구하였다.

Effects of Methacrylamide Treatment on Silk Fibers III. Polymerization Behavior of Methacrylamide (견섬유에 대한 메타크릴아미드의 처리효과 III. 메타크릴아미드의 중합거동)

  • Many studies have been carried out on the graft finishing in order to improve the quality of silk fiber. Various vinyl monomers, for instance, styrene, methylmethacrylate, 2-hydroxyeth-ylmethacrylate and methacrylamide, have been used practically up to date. Among these monomers, methacrylamide has been applied as the most favourable monomer onto silk fibers in recent years. The polymerization mechanism about styrene- and methylmethacrylate-grafted silk fiber has been studied by many researchers. They proposed that free radicals were formed and vinyl monomers were polymerized in silk fibroin by graft polymerization mechanism, while active sites were varied by the types of monomer and initiator as well as by the reaction condition. In general. there is another Opinion that monomers are polymerized and impregnated in the internal side of the fiber by homopolymerization, which has not been proved experimentally yet More than 10 years have been passed since methacrylamide was applied on the silk fiber, and at the present time most finishings are being achieved by methacrylamide. However, no attention has been paid to the polymerization mechanism of the methacrylamide-treated silk fiber yeL In this paper, the treatments of methacrylamide on silk fibers were studied in aqueous solution using potassium persulfate as an initiator. The polymerization mechanism of the methacrylamide-treated silk fibers was investigated and analyzed on the basis of the results of infrared spectroscopy, amino acid analysis and scanning electron microscopy. From the results of these instrumental analyses, it can be suggested that polymerization mechanism about the methacrylamide-treated silk fibers is not performed by graft polymerization which has been accepted generally in styrene and methylmethacrylate-grafted silk fibers. The different mechanism is supposed to be due to the difference in monomer types, initiator types and treatment conditions.

  • The diffusion coefficient of C.I. Disperse Red 4 in the dyeing of carrier-pretreated poly (ethylene terephthalate) film was Investigated by Sekido's film-rolled method. From the result it was shown that the diffusion coefficient increases exponentially with the content-ration of carrier in the film, and, for the films containing same concentration of carrier, the carrier effect was enhanced with the molar volume of the carriers. The greater carrier effect was accompanied by the decrease in diffusion activation energy and entropy, which shows that the carrier with larger molar volume plasticizes PET film to more extent.

  • To improve dimension accuracy and make very small parts are one of the major purpose on the electrochemical micromachining. This paper introduce a small machine tool by using the point electrode. That has a data acquisition system for gathering applied electric condition between the gap. Point electrode on this system was made by this method as well. It was found that variable phenomena occurred through the acquired V-I curve on the process.

  • 기계가공에서 발생하는 채터진도에 대한 발생기구나 이론적인 해석방법에 관하여는 많은 연구 가이루어져 왔으나, 그 발생점을 객관적으로 판정하기위한 엄밀한 규정이 마련되어 있지 않기 때문에 현재까지 공작기계의 성능평가에 하나의 지표가 되고 있는 채터진동 발생점의 판정에는 주로 인간의 귀나 눈에 의한 감각적인 판단방법에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 객관적인 채터진동 발생점의 판정 및 그의 in-process 검출방법을 확립할 목적으로, 이를 이룩하는데 절삭저항의 이용 가능성을 실험적 인 방법으로 검토하고 있다.
