21세기 한국건축의 비전(Ⅱ)

  • 대망의 21세기 새천년 첫장이 열렸다. 지난 한세기 역사의 격랑과 함께 해온 한국건축은 새천년의 시작과 함께 새로운 미래 설계에 나서고 있다. 많은 이들이 눈앞에 펼쳐진 새시대는 정보와 문화가 주도하는 글로벌시대가 될 것이라지만 과연 인류 자신들 조차도 앞날의 변화 발전 속도를 정확히 예측못하는 불확실성의 시대를 맞아 한국건축은 무엇을 준비해야 하며 어떻게 변신을 서둘러야 하는 것인가? 더욱이 오늘날 대륙간 경제블럭화와 무역장벽의 철폐 등 국제질서의 새로운 흐름들이 국경없는 무한경쟁시대의 도래를 재촉하는 가운데 세계 건축계에 새로운 체제개편의 바람이 불고 있고, 국내적으로는 건축수요의 다양화와 함께 건축의 경제 문화적 가치의 극대화를 요구받는 사례가 크게 늘고 있어 이들 안팎의 흐름들이 우리 앞날에 적지않은 영향을 가져다줄 것으로 예상된다. 건축의 삶의 그릇이자 사회적 자산으로서 그 시대를 가장 적절하게 반영하는 틀이 되기 위해서는 이러한 시대적 변화의 흐름을 지나칠 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 시대의 반영물로서 건축문화의 기본틀을 형성하고 발전시키는 일은 건축인들의 절대적 사명인 것이다. 따라서 이제 새천년의 출발점에 선 한국건축은 오늘의 자기모습을 진지하게 뒤돌아보는 자세로부터 시작해 발전적 미래상을 정립해 나가야 한다. 이에 본지에서는 지난호에 이어 '21세기 한국건축의 비전'을 주제로 특집 시리즈를 마련해 건축 각분야의 전문가와 함께 다각적 시가에서 오늘의 우리건축을 진단하고 이를 바탕으로 새천년의 비전을 조망해 본다.

Analysis of Management Unit on Forest Area for Active Mountain Villages - Case of Ishigawa-gen in Japan - (산촌 활성화를 위한 산림권역의 경영단위분석 - 일본 이시가와현의 예를 중심으로 -)

  • Using the principal component analysis and clustering Forest resources are consistently necessary in the future. It takes much time to produce and breed them. However it is difficult to do due to recent social situation. Considering global environment, forest policy should be considered as a global scale rather than a regional one. At least, the policy needs a national scale concern. In order to support forestry, elementary data are needed. In this study, forest characteristics in Ishigawa-gen province have been analyzed through main component analysis and clustering. The results are shown in fig.5 and fig.6.

Adsorptive Binding of Plasma Proteins to Red Blood Cell Ghosts (플라즈마 단백질의 고스트 적혈구 흡착 특성)

  • Blood plasma proteins dissolved in isotonic phosphate-buffered saline were found to be adsorbed to red blood cell ghosts suspended in the solution. This was evidenced by concentration reduction of the plasma proteins in the bulk solution. For initial concentration of 0.1mg/mL immuno globulin, concentration reduction increased from 14% to 45% as the volume fraction of red blood cell ghosts in the solution increased from 5% to 45%. For initial concentration of 0.075mg/mL albumin, the concentration reduction increased from 12% to 47% as the volume fraction of red blood cell ghosts in the solution increased from 5% to 70%. The concentration reduction of plasma proteins in hardened red blood cell ghosts was higher than that in red blood cell ghosts. The number of adsorbed protein molecules per a red blood cell ghost were reduced as volume fraction of the ghosts in the solution increased.

Plant Regeneration from Leaf Segment Culture of Chrysanthemum zawadskii ssp. coreanum (한라구절초 잎절편 배양에 의한 식물체 재분화)

  • The effect of plant growth regulators and gelling agents for plant regeneration from leaf segment of Chrysanthemum zawadskii ssp. coreanum was investigated. NAA was more effective than BA for plant regeneration. MS medium supplemented with NAA 1 mg/L was the most effective in plant regeneration. The effect of agar and gelite as gelling agent was compared. Agar(0.8%) was more effective than gelite(0.2%) in plant regeneration. Regenerated shoots was successfully increased by shoot grafting in MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.1 mg/L in vitro, and hardened by shoot grafting in artificial soil mix(Peatmoss : Perlite = 1 : 1).

  • Since the 1980's the school of Busan metropolitan city has been converted into the other land-use such as high-rise apartment houses, commercial and office buildings. School facilities are available to locate in green area due to not restricted by land use zone. And the location of school facilities were closely related with the school district, distribution of neighborhood unit, safety of students, and so on. The purpose of this study is to understand the location characteristic of school - moved sites in Busan metropolitan city.

Soil Characteristics on the Fluvial Terrace in the Basin of Ssangcheon (쌍천 하성단구의 토양 특성)

  • 본 연구는 남한강 상류의 소지류인 쌍천 유역에 발달한 하성단구의 퇴적물을 모재로 발달한 토양 특성을 조사.분석하였다. 중위 단구의 A1층은 갈색(10YR 4/3)의 미사질토양이고 발달도가 낮은 입상구조이며 B1층은 황갈색(10YR 5/8)의 사질식양토로 아각괴상구조이다. 고위단구의 A1층은 옅은 적갈색(5YR 4/3)의 미사질양토 내지 황갈색(10YR 5/8)의 미사질식토로 발달도가 낮은 아각괴상구조이다. B1층은 적색(2.5YR 3/6)의 사질식토 내지 밝은 적갈색(2.5YR 4/6)의 식양토로 발달도가 양호한 아각괴상구조이다. 고위단구 퇴적층을 모재로 발달한 토양의 구조는 중정도의아각괴상구조이고 조직이 치밀하다. 토양은 A1층, B1층,B2층으로 되어 있으며 또한 B층은 점토가 집적되어 있고 점토 피막이 나타난다. 쌍천의 중위단구상에 발달한 토양은 황갈색토이고 고위 단구상의 토양은 적색토이다. 고위단구 퇴적물을 모재로 발달한 본 적색토는 생성시가가 민델-리스 간빙기의 이전에 생성된 것으로 현재보다 온난한 생물-기후 조건하에서 탈규산화를 동반하는 적색토화작용에 의해 형성된 것으로 추정된다. 고위단구에 발달한 적색토는 토양단면의 형태적 및 물리 화학적인 특성등으로 보아 고적색토로 분류된다.

  • In this paper, the implementation of proposed Automatic Load Balanced (ALB) PWM generation method is discussed. The conventional PWM generation method for cascade type H-bridge PWM converter causes the unbalance between each H-bridge converter, therefore the complex redundancy is required for the balancing of switching load of each converter, it consumes more computing power of controller. The ALB PWM method needs no additional switching redundancy for balancing, this paper discusses the implementation of ALB-PWM.

  • Digital literacy is an important factor in the discourses on the knowledge sharing on the campus. This article analyzed the impact of digital literacy of knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university. As a result, digital literacy was found to significantly affect student knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university studied. Results show that video and animation literacy is the most influential factor and image literacy is the second-most influential factor for student knowledge-sharing. Those results can be used as a framework for developing digital literacy program.

  • Developed social infrastructures such as transportations, communication systems have given a lot more opportunities to people to participate in convention recently. this tendency is not only for the Government offices or major companies but also for civic activities of many different fields in order to find the solutions and convoke the cooperations of their facing problems. Both central Government and provincial offices trying to channel the convention industry and local development as well. In this study, we have reviewed that the city of Daejeon had tried to it's best to vitalize the regional economy. especially, Daejeon has Daedeok research complex which gives tremendous motive to establish convention industry which is also one of the main projects of Daejeon future developing plans. moreover I have suggested few matters needed to be solved

  • New library building construction and the remodeling of old one is growing tendency is nation-wide recently. But there is no reflection of library user's view in the field of library construction. For the completion of the research the data was collected by bar-code scanner with user ID cards. Collected data was analysed by using crosstabulation and t-test. Around 2:00PM is peak time for library visit and the reading room for children is most frequent use space in library.
