This thesis is to discover the meanings of boundary through East Asian thought so as to make rooms for discoursing on it. First of all people have their own boundaries of 'Me', and they make others as persons or objects in their thoughts. Originally boundary has represented nation's frontier, and it indicated the worlds of space in Buddhism of East Asian culture. It is represented by loka or visaya in Sanskrit and region, dominion, boundary, border in English, which means the worlds that people would fancy in their minds over domains of politics, societies, culture, arts ect, not to be simple. Accordingly we must not approach to its meaning simply like 'beyond border'. There are many boundaries, which are similar to the sublime, for us to arrive in our lives. Spiritually there are also many boundaries(regions) that are made by our desires, wills and concepts. In a while there are limit or problem in our recognizing things, for example, of human's five senses that would be, to an extent connected with Buddhistic understanding of boundaries. Boundaries resulted from partiality in understanding of objects must be got rid of eventually. In regard of these matters, this thesis discusses the meanings of boundary, those that are inevitably made by human's consciousness, and negative ones to be got over from recognition systems of person or any groups.

오늘의 학문은 너무나 세분화되고 있으며 또한 그경계가 불확실해지고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 생명활동과 전기현상에 관계를 가지고 있는 학문분야가 점차로 체계화되고 의용생체공학(biomedical engineering)으로 집약되어가고 있다.그러면 여기서는 의용생체공학을 이해하는데 도움을 주기위해 생체의 전기현상을 몇가지 소개하고 이것을 배경으로 의용생체공학에서 취급하고 있는 분야를 살펴봄으로서 이 학문의 위치를 확인하고져 한다.

The nerve system specific protein of Drosophila melanogaster was produced by using heads of flies as the antigen. The monoclonal antibody 6H6 recognized the disabled molecules that a kind of tyrosine kinase substrate by expres-sion cDNA library screening method. At the same time, the antibody also specifically recognized C-terminal region of disabled protein from 7427 to 8761bp by DNA sequencing. In early embryos, the localization of antigen appeared in the central nerve system. In adult flies, the antigen showed specific localization on the axon of optic nerve, cerebral nerve and thoracic nerve, and they also expressed on the muscular nerve. The molecules of disabled are expected to carry an important function in developing central nerve system. In adult flies, it is suggested that the disabled molecules have a role for muscular nerve as well as neural axon.

제비꽃속 34분류군의 61개체를 대상으로 엽록체 DNA 게놈 특이 유전자의 특징을 알아보고자 하였다. 61개체의 엽록체 게놈 전체 길이는 155,535~158,940 bp 로 모두 전형적인 사분할 구조였다. 지역별로는 LSC 지역이 84,826~87,250 bp, SSC 지역이 16,338~18,654 bp, 그리고 IR 지역이 26,029~27,192 bp 였다. 유전자 개수는 131개로 84개 protein coding-gene, 37개 tRNA 유전자, 8개 rRNA유전자, 그리고 2개의 유사유전자인 𝜓rps19, 𝜓ycf1으로 구성되어 있었다. LSC/IRa 경계에 위치한 rps19 유전자 길이는 279 bp로 모든 분류군에서 동일하였으며, 𝜓rps19의 길이는 다양했으나 유전자 개수에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. SSC/IRb 경계에 위치한 ycf1 유전자 길이는 약 5,600 bp 였으나, V. japonica (MZ151699) 1개체에서는 다른 종에 비해 약 1,000 bp 위치에서 발생한 점돌연변이로 인해 종결 코돈이 나타나는 특징을 보였다. 한편 13분류군의 23개체에서는 𝜓ycf1의 길이가 650 bp 정도 짧은 것을 확인하였는데, 이 종류들은 원예종인 V. tricolor (ON262802) 이외에는 모두 줄기가 없는 분류군들로 IR 지역의 확장과 SSC 지역의 수축에 의한 것으로 판단된다. ndhF는 대체로 SSC 지역에 위치하나, V. inconspicua (MZ065354), V. mongolica (MW802534, ON548135), V. yunnanfuensis (MW802541) 등 4개체에서는 IRa/SSC 경계에 위치하면서 유사유전자가 발생하였고, 그 결과 다른 제비꽃 종류에 비해 유전자 개수가 132개로 차이를 보였다. 또한, V. collina (OP271831), V. mirabilis (MH256000), V. tricolor (ON262802) 등 3분류군에서는 SSC 지역이 inversion 되어 엽록체 이성질체가 존재함을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면, 제비 꽃속 엽록체 게놈 61개체의 ycf1, 𝜓ycf1, ndhF, 𝜓ndhF 등은 유전자 길이와 개수 등에 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 제비꽃속에서도 엽록체 이성질체가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다.

After Marx, the issues regarding human labour have been the alienation towards production means and the distributive justice. Fourth industrial revolution and development of AI(Artificial Intelligence) opened the possibility of a independent production and economy system absolutely excluding against human nature and labour. Using robots and AI will deepen demarcation between living things and one not having life, separating the intelligence from the consciousness. At present, so called pre-stage of post human, seeking interests for life, new social relationship and new community will be increased as well. We can understand that interests for small community, self-sufficiency, dailiness, food and body in this context is increasing too. Representative trend towards this cultural phenomena is called as the 'Kinfolk culture.' Work-life balance, 'Aucalme', 'Hygge', 'So-Hwak-Haeng'(a small but reliable happiness) are the similar culture trends as. Vital capitalism, presented by O-Yong Lee, seeks focusing onto living things principles, e.g. 'topophilia', 'neophilia', and 'biophilia' as the dynamics looking for the history substructure, not class struggle and conflicts. He also argues the 'Vital Capitalism' be regarded as a new methodology to anticipate a social system after post human era. G. Deleuze said "arts is another expression method for existential philosophy. It gives a vitality onto philosophy and gives a role to letting abstract concept into definite image." We can find a lot cases arts' imagination overcomes critical point of scientific prediction power in the future prediction. This paper reviews ideas and issues of 'vital capitalism' in detail and explorers imaginating initial ideas of vital capitalism in the film 'Little Forest.'

This study was conducted through a focus group interview of 4 teams of 40 nursing students to provide basic data for the development of customized cadaver practice programs and life and nursing ethics education by identifying the anatomical observation experiences of nursing students through cadaver. We tried to grasp the meaning and essence of the anatomical observation experience using the Colaizzi analysis method. As a result of the analysis, 3 categories, 6 theme clusters, and 12 themes were derived. The theme clusters for each category are as follows: Unrest (worry, confrontation), reflection (the boundary between life and death, teaching of the body teacher), growth (step forward, a valuable experience that will never be again). It was an opportunity for nursing students to realize the mystery of the human body and the preciousness of life through the experience of cadaver, and to consider the altruistic life through donation while recognizing that death is also a process of life in a broad sense.

Gwangdeoksan Mountain (699.3 m) is the highest border mountain between the two cities of Chungcheongnamdo Province, Cheonan and Asan, Korea. In this study, we investigated the flora of Gwangdeoksan Mt. from April of 2015 to October of 2017. Through 20 independent field investigations, we identified and tallied a total of 428 species, 9 subspecies, 30 varieties, and a forma in 287 genera and 97 families. Of a total of 468 taxa, 128 taxa in 112 genera and 58 families were found to be Korean endemic species (7 taxa), floristic regional indicator species (45 taxa), rare or endangered species (3 taxa), species subject to the approval of outbound transfer (73 taxa), and alien or ecosystem disturbing species (32 taxa). The flora of Gwangdeoksan Mt. can be divided into four distinct floristic subregions, with higher diversity in the north-facing subregion. The complex flora of Gwangdeoksan Mt., emerging at the edge of two floristic regions of the Korean peninsula, may represent a significant conservation priority and a topic for future ecological and geographical studies.

The purpose of this study is to profile actual conditions of personal information protection systems operated in overseas countries and examine major considerations of personal information that security service providers must know in the capacity of privacy information processor, so that it may contribute to preventing potential occurrence of any legal disputes in advance. Particularly, this study further seeks to describe fundamental idea and principle of said Personal Information Protection Act; enhancement of various safety measures (e.g. collection/use of privacy data, processing of sensitive information/personal ID information, and encryption of privacy information); restrictions on installation/operation of video data processing devices; and penal regulations as a means of countermeasure against leakage of personal information, while proposing possible solutions to cope with these matters. Using cases among foreign countries for this study.

The purposes of e-Government are to connect government agencies without boundary, and to deliver better quality e-services to citizens. The frontier countries try to reach the e-Government goals using Government Interoperability Framework(GIF). Even though Korea also has interoperability regulations, that is obscure. So we have some limitations to take the e-Government interoperability advantages. This study analyzes the cases of advanced countries (EU, U.S., U.K., and Australia), and reviews Korea's regulations. After that, we suggest EA based Korean e-Government Interoperability Framework(K-GIF), that is to manage the interoperability from business to information technology over the whole IT life cycle.
