The effect of initial combined load on the lateral free vibration of arches is investigated. For the analysis, P-M interaction curves for the arches are obtained. The arches are circular arches which have constant cross-section and simply supported. Also, the arches are subjected both radial uniform distributed load which results in an axial compression on the cross-section and end moments that cause uniform bending action at the same time. All analysis are performed by finite element method based on Kang and Yoo's curved beam theory.

Forty-five patients with double-outlet right ventricle[DORV] underwent complete intracardiac repair between July, 1983 and June, 1989. Patients with complete atrioventricular canal, atrioventricular discordance and uni-ventricular heart were excluded. The 32 male and 13 female patients ranged in age from 3 months to 15 years[mean 4 years]. Thirty-two patients had pulmonary stenosis. The early mortality was 11.ltd[5 /45] None of 27 died after a completely intraventricular repair. The mortality was 20%[1/5] for repair using transannular patch, 20% [1/5] for REV operation, 33.3%[1/3] for repair including extracardiac valved conduit, and 50% [1/2] for Jatene operation, respectively. Two modified Fontan procedures were performed without mortality. One died after Senning operation. Causes of early deaths included high residual right ventricular pressure[one patient] small left atrial and left ventricular volume[one patient], persisting severe pulmonary hypertension [one patient] and low cardiac output of unknown cause [two patients]. Complete heart block developed in one patient. Two late deaths occurred among the 40 operative survivors [5.0Po] from persisting severe pulmonary hypertension and bleeding at reoperation. Our results indicate that significant defects can be repaired with low mortality and morbidity.

전자교환기의 통화로부분에서 free인 통화로를 선택 접속시켜주는 방법은 통화로의 구성과 기능에 따라 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 일반 전화뿐만 아니라 TV전화, 데이타전송, 비데오텍스(Videotex),스테레오방송 등을 교환 접속시켜 주는 광대역용 전자교환기(Wideband switching system)의 교환접속망(Switching matrix)을 효과적으로 구성하여 통화로 선택이 전교환접속망에 걸쳐 고루 분포될 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고 그에 따른 pathsearching simulation program을 작성하여 실예를들어 설명함으로써 본 논문에서 제안한 통화노선택방법의 유용성을 보였다.

More than one cerebral aneurysm on the same artery is uncommon. Furthermore multiple aneurysms on the anterior communicating artery(ACoA) is very rare. We surgically experienced one case of two separate aneurysms on the ACoA ; one developed at the junction of the ACoA with the right second branch of anterior cerebral artery, and the other on inferior wall of the ACoA itself. The former, confirmed as ruptured on operation, projected superiorly and the latter directed inferiorly toward the prechiasmatic cistern. Radiographic and operative findings are presented with review of literature.

최근 컴퓨터 교육이 일반적인 방향이나 내용은 컴퓨터를 학문적으로 접근하는 '컴퓨터에 관한 교육'보다는 '컴퓨터를 자료로 도구적으로 활용하여 창의력과 문제 해결력을 높여주는 방향'으로 나아가고 있다. 이러한 관점은 실생활에 맞는 교육과정, 학습 수용자 중심의 과정과도 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 특히 제7차 교육과정부터는 전교과에 20%이상 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용하여 교수-학습하도록 하고 있다. 본 연구는 각종 연구 자료를 기초로 여러 연구 기관의 자료를 활용하여 교육의 내용과 방법, 교육의 형태를 다양화하고 개선해 나가는 교수-학습 방법 유형에 대하여 알아보았다. 그리고 그 유형을 적용한 교수학습 과정안을 수업에 적용 후 설문 조사 및 분석을 하였다.

Osteochondroma, which is an osteocartilaginous exostosis, is essentially the most common primary bone tumor. These benign neoplasms are generally asymptomatic and have a relatively small potential for adverse effects. Calcaneal osteochondroma is rare, furthermore osteochondroma accompanying with gouty arthritis is very rare. Also, the subtalar joint is not a classic site of acute gout. In this report, we report the case of a patient who experienced an unusual calcaneal osteochondroma with undiagnosed gouty arthritis of the subtalar joint.

최근 사이버대학들은 치열한 입시경쟁을 겪고 있다. 이에 학교들은 교육질 개선을 위하여 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. S 사이버대학의 경우 최초로 전과목별로 실시간 채팅서비스를 제공하여 동영상 강의와 게시판의 한계를 극복하고자 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러닝 교육의 학습효과를 종속변수로 설정하고, 학습내용, 교수설계요인과 채팅서비스를 독립변수로 투입하여, 다중회귀분석을 기법을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 학습내용, 교수설계요인, 채팅서비스 모두는 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 전교과목에 적용한 채팅서비스는 온라인 교육 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안임을 확인하였고, 효과적인 채팅 서비스의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

콜레스테롤 육아종은 콜레스테롤 결정이 주위조직에 이물질로 작용하여 육아성 반응 및 골파괴 반응을 유발시키는 질환으로 병리조직학적으로 많은 콜레스테롤 결정이 거대세포를 가진 만성적인 염증성 침윤속에 나타나는것을 특징으로 한다. 이 병변은 아주 드물지만 특징적인 방사선적소견, 병리조직학적 소견과 임상양상으로 쉽게 진단이 된다. 두부에서는 다양한 위치에서 발견되는데 특히 함기화가 잘 된 측두골, 유양동, 고실강에서 많이 보이며 전두골, 상악골, 협골, 인상측두골 및 후두개와에서도 보고되고 있으나 부비동에 발생하는것은 특히 드물다. 부비동에서 발생한 콜레스테롤 육아종의 발생기전은 환기장애설, 배출장애설 및 출혈설 등으로 보고되고 있다. 저자들은 최근 복시와 측두통을 호소하는 50세 여자환자에서 접형동에 발생한 콜레스테롤 육아종이 우측 상안와열 (superior orbital fissure)과 경사대(clivus)를 파괴하며 전교조 (Prepontine cistern)로 확장된 1례를 경험하였기에 임상 증세, 특징적인 전산화단층 및 핵자기공명소견과 병리조직학적인 소견을 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

정보화시대를 맞아 어느 때보다도 활발히 전교과에 걸쳐 학생의 의사소통의 능력을 향상하기 위한 다양한 방법이 모색되고 있다. 학교현장의 수학교육자는 수학교수-학습에서 어떤 상호작용이 일어났는지, 특히 다루기 쉬운 도구로써 계산기가 주어졌을 때 어떻게 학생의 지식 발달이 언어적 상호작용에서 이루어지는지를 알아야 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 학생의 상호작용을 분석할 때 필요한 분석도구를 개발하는 것이다. 예비연구와 본 연구를 통해 언어적 상호작용의 구성요소가 세 영역, 즉, 지식구성 진술, 사회적 상호작용 진술, 그리고 교사의 교육어 진술에서 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 자료를 이용하여 특히 학생의 지식 구성 발달에 따른 상호작용의 구성요소의 특징을 파악하고 이에 필요한 언어적 상호작용의 역할과 활성화 방안을 모색하는 연구가 가능하다.
