Firms should seek greater profits and corporate growth through new businesses. New businesses contribute realizing creative economy that creates good jobs, and expanding the company by securing new markets and creating new profits and growth. However, new business is risky management decision-making to have a high failure rate because it involves the adaptation of new business environment and the burden of new investments, including the uncertainty of success in business. Therefore, innovation strategies play important roles for the new business entry, using product innovation, process innovation, business model innovation, disruptive innovation, and strategic innovation, etc. and company will get huge economic results by pushing them into successful business. It is essential that innovation strategy and IT development strategy along with business strategy of a firm are linked, and their strategic alignment is considered to be a critical success factor for new business success. Hyundai Heavy Industries(HHI) pursued marine engine business for the development of precision machinery industry and shipbuilding industry of Korea, and the company recognized the importance of new business strategy, innovation strategy, and IT strategy inter-linked, and pushed strategic alignment boldly. As a result, HHI won the competition in European and Japanese engine manufacturers and climbed into the world's largest engine manufacturer. This study suggests investigating and analyzing a case that HHI succeeded in marine engine business expansion using strategic innovation strategy as a way of the introduction of CNC machine tools and the development of HEMAPT system.

This study examines long term performance of initial public offerings(IPO) after book building was introduced in KOSDAQ market. We use event time portfolio approach and calendar time portfolio approach to test if the performance of IPO is fair or not in long term. We estimate the performance by using the BHAR(buy and hold abnormal return), CAR(cumulative abnormal return), WR(wealth relatives) model in event time portfolio approach. And we calculate the performance by using Fama-French three factor model, CTAR(calendar time abnormal return), RATS(Return Across Time and Securities approach) model in calendar time portfolio approach. This study shows that the long term performance of IPO is positive with statistical significance as the results of the analysis through the various research method and all windows in all kinds of firms and total firms.

The purposes of this study are to obtain an in-depth understanding of the experiences of novice Home Economics teachers during their first year and to extract meaning from the experiences. The Photovoice was used as a research methodology. Participants in the study included three novice Home Economics teachers who passed the 2022 secondary school teacher recruitment examination and began working at middle schools in the Seoul metropolitan area from March 2022. Data were collected from February 2022 to January 2023, involving one written interview, nine monthly Photovoice projects, and two Focus Group Interviews. Thematic analysis was utilized for data analysis. The narratives of novice Home Economics teachers were divided into the narratives as 'Home Economics teacher' and as 'Novice teacher'. As being Home Economics teachers, participants constructed their narratives around three themes: 'Home Economics is a practical discipline', 'Home economics teachers are agents of change', and 'Home Economics is undervalued in the school.' Furthermore, the sub themes of the 'novice teachers' narrative included 'Now it's the real beginning', 'Teaching is a wonderful profession', and 'I will become a good teacher.' The significance of this study lies in the in-depth exploration of the lived experiences of novice Home Economics teachers during their first year and broadening the use of Photovoice as a research and teaching strategy.

This paper was attempting to identify determinants of media repertoires based on new services and technologies. Using the regression and discriminant models, this study examined determinants that included five independent factors such as the degree of innovation, social networks, social influences, demographic variables and media uses. The analyses revealed that all of independent variables except the degree of innovation were significant determinants of media repertoires. Secondly, the results of discriminant analyses showed that terrestrial television use, age, disposable income were significant factors discriminating new media service adopters from the sample. For new media related technologies adopters, family income, and media uses such as newspaper, Internet and radio were significant discriminant variables.

The aim of this study is to provide basic data that can contribute to improving successful clinical adaptation and reducing turnover of new graduate nurses by analyzing research related to reality shock experienced by new graduate nurses using text network analysis. The topics of reality shock experienced by new graduate nurses were extracted from 115 papers published in domestic and foreign journals from January 2002 to December 2021. Articles were retrieved from 6 databases (Korean DB: DBpia, KISS, RISS /International DB: Web of science, Springer, Scopus). Keywords were extracted from the abstract and organized using semantic morphemes. Network analysis and topic modeling for subject knowledge structure analysis were performed using NetMiner 4.5.0 program. The core keywords included 'new graduate nurses', 'reality shock', 'transition', 'student nurse', 'experience', 'practice', 'work environment', 'role', 'care' and 'education'. In recent articles on reality shock experienced by new graduate nurses, three major topics were extracted by LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) techniques: 'turnover', 'work environment', 'experience of transition'. Based on this research, the necessity of interventional research that can effectively reduce the reality shock experienced by new graduate nurses and successfully help clinical adaptation is suggested.

본 연구는 각종 신규 서어비스의 수용시 최적 통신망 구축에 필요한 관련 트래픽 정보를 제공할 목적으로 작성하였다. 따라서 각종 신규 서어비스의 트래픽 속성을 분석하여 효율적인 전화망간 접속 방법 설계 및 중계 효율을 향상시키며, 망 운용관리를 용이하게 수행하는데 필요한 관련 트래픽 정보를 제공하는데 본 연구의 중점을 두었다.

새로운 한해를 시작하면서 산업현장에서는 새로운 가족을 맞이하고, 각종 교육이 한창이다. 그 중 안전교육은 사회에 첫발을 내딛는 신규근로자에서 매우 중요하다. 처음부터 안전문화를 어떻게 접하느냐에 따라 안전마인드가 형성되기 때문이다. 따라서 이번달에는 신규근로자가 가져야 할 자세에 대해 언급하고자 한다.

통신기술의 급속한 발전으로 네트워크 환경이 광대역통합망으로 진화되어가고 있다. 이로 인해 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 IT서비스들 또한 광대역통합망 환경에서 빠른 속도로 융합되고 있다. 하지만, 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 기존의 IT서비스들이 광대역통합망에서 서로 융합되어 신규 IT 서비스를 생성하는 과정에서 보안요소가 적용되지 않을 경우에 신규 IT서비스의 안정성 및 신뢰성이 떨어질 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 신규 IT 서비스의 기반구축 및 운영이전인 서비스에 대한 기획 및 설계시에 필수적인 보안대책 제시하여 서비스 운영이전에 보안대책을 적용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 신규 IT 서비스의 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 방법으로 정보보호사전평가 모델을 제시하고, 이 모델을 RFID 서비스에 적용한 예제를 설명한다.
