인간의 집중도 변화를 평가하기 위하여 피험자에게 암산과제를 부가하고 뇌파신호를 전두엽(Fpl, Fp2)으로부터 측정하였다. alpha band의 최대 peak 주파수 변화를 compressed spectral array를 사용하여 관찰하고 theta(3.5-7 Hz), alpha(7.5-13.0 Hz), beta(13.5-20 Hz) band 전력을 정규화하여 분포를 구했다. 평가결과, 집중도가 높아짐에 따라 alpha band의 최대 peak 주파수는 낮은 주파수 대에서 높은 주파수대로 이동하고, slow alpha band의 전력은 감소, fast alpha band의 전력은 증가하였다. 또한 뇌파신호의 각 band 전력의 분포는 theta band는 증가, alpha band는 감소하였다.

In the present paper, we nd the conditions to characterize projective change between two (${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$)-metrics, such as Matsumoto metric $L=\frac{{\alpha}^2}{{\alpha}-{\beta}}$ and Randers metric $\bar{L}=\bar{\alpha}+\bar{\beta}$ on a manifold with dim $n$ > 2, where ${\alpha}$ and $\bar{\alpha}$ are two Riemannian metrics, ${\beta}$ and $\bar{\beta}$ are two non-zero 1-formas.

P, P'-Hexachiorobitolyl, p, p-hexachlorobitolylketone and p, p' hexachlorobitolylthiourea were synthesized by the radical chlorination method of Hass and McBeer. Among these comppounds, l wormicidal activity of p.p'-hexachlorobitolythiourea was much most potent against Clonorchis sinensis than Hetol in vitro. In the process of the p, p'-biolyl chlorination, ${\alpha, \alpha, \alpha}$-trichlorobitolyl was not detected, but small amount of ${\alpha, \alpha, \alpha}$-dichlorobitolyl was detected. This compound was immediately converted bitolyl compounds were analyzed, linear relationship was observed between retention indices and number of chlorine in two series of odd and even numbered chlorine compounds.

연구배경 : 염증매개 사이토카인은 염증성 폐질환의 중요한 매개물질이다. 폐 상피세포는 염증세포에서 분비되는 사이토카인에 의해 interleukin, chemokines, colony stimulating factors와 growth factor등을 생산 및 분비함으로써 국소 염증 부위에서의 사이토카인 network에 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 폐 상피세포에서 염증매개 사이토카인의 발현 기전에 대한 이해는 염증성 폐질환의 기전규명과 이에 기초한 새로운 치료법의 개발에 생각된다. 대부분의 사이토카인은 NF-${\kappa}B$전사인자에 의해 발현되는데 폐 상피세포에서 염증매개 사이토키인의 발현과 NF-${\kappa}B/I{\kappa}B$ 경로와의 관련성에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 방법 : BEAS-2B, A549, NCI-H157, NCI-H719 세포에서 IL-1$\beta$와 TNF-$\alpha$ 자극에 의한 IL-8과 TNF-$\alpha$ mRNA의 발현 양상을 평가하였고 이들의 발현과 관찰하였고 NF-${\kappa}B/I{\kappa}B$ 경로와의 관련성을 평가하기 위하여 IL-l$\beta$와 TNF-$\alpha$ 자극에 의한 NF-${\kappa}B$의 활성화 및 $I{\kappa}B{\alpha}$와 $I{\kappa}B{\beta}$의 분해 양상을 관찰하였다. 폐 상피세포의 종류에 따른 NF-${\kappa}B/I{\kappa}B$ 경로 조절의 기전을 규명하고자 IL-1$\beta$와 TNF-$\alpha$ 자극에 의한 $I{\kappa}B{\alpha}$의 인산화와 기저상태에서 IKK$\alpha$의 발현을 평가하였다. 결과 : BEAS-2B, A549, NCI-H157 세포에서는 IL-1$\beta$와 TNF-$\alpha$ 자극으로 $I{\kappa}B{\alpha}$와 $I{\kappa}B{\beta}$가 분해되었고 NF-${\kappa}B$의 활성화가 관찰되었으며 IL-8과 TNF-$\alpha$mRNA의 발현이 유도되었다. NCI-H719 세포에서는 IL-1$\beta$와 TNF-$\alpha$ 자극으로 $I{\kappa}B$ 분해에 의한 NF-${\kappa}B$의 활성화 및 염증매개 사이토카인의 발현이 관찰되지 않았다. BEAS-2B, A549, NCI-H157 세포에서는 IL-1$\beta$와 TNF-$\alpha$ 자극으로 ${\kappa}B$의 인산화가 관찰되었지만 NCI-H719 세포에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 기저상태의 IKK$\alpha$ 발현은 세포간에 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 결론 : 폐 상피세포에서 NF-${\kappa}B/I{\kappa}B$ 경로는 염증매개 사이토카인 발현에 매우 중요한 역할을 하고, 일부 세포에서는 NF-${\kappa}B/I{\kappa}B$ 경로 조절의 차이를 보이는데 이는 IKK보다 상위 단계의 세포내 신호전달체계의 이상에 기인한 것으로 생각된다.

This study investigated the inhibitory activities of 2-hydroxyquinoline and its analogs against ${\alpha}$-glucosidase and ${\alpha}$-amylase. Based on the $IC_{50}$ values of 2-hydroxyquinoline analogs tested against ${\alpha}$-glucosidase and ${\alpha}$-amylase, 2-hydroxyquinoline had potent inhibitory activity (64.4 and $130.5{\mu}g/mL$, respectively), while 2-methyl-8-hydroxyquinoline showed weakly inhibitory activity (90.7 and $215.4{\mu}g/mL$, respectively). 2-Methylquinoline demonstrated no activity against ${\alpha}$-glucosidase and ${\alpha}$-amylase. In conclusion, 2-hydroxyquinoline analogs, with the existence of a methyl group and hydroxyl on quinoline, can be useful as a new diabetes treatment.

The subclasses S*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) and C*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) ($0\leqq\alpha<1,\;0<\beta\leqq1$ and $0\leqq\mu\leqq1$) of T the class of analytic and univalent functions of the form $$f(z)=z-\sum\limit^{\infty}_{n=2}\mid a_n\mid z^n$$ have been considered. Sharp results concerning coefficients, distortion of functions belonging to S*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) and C*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) are determined along with a representation formula for the functions in S*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$). Furthermore, it is shown that the classes S*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) and C*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) are closed under arithmetic mean and convex linear combinations. Also in this paper, we find extreme points and support points for these classes.
