In the study for effective speech control we designed a personal computer system with A/D converter in which the speech signal is transformed by digital data displayed graphically on the moniter and with a D/A converter in which the digital data is transformed into speech signal which people can hear. We analyzed the character of the speech signal produced by the system. We designed the adaptive noise cancel algorithm so that noise and Interference are cancelled whenever the speech signal is recognized by the computer system. This is a basic system for artificial Intelligence.

Recently, vector control without a speed sensor for an inverter induction motor system has been developed. In this paper describes the vector control system estimates rotor speed based on FMRAS(Flux Model Reference Adaptive System). Because of improving the initial condition and drift problem by pure integrator is eliminated, we can be expected to rapid responsibility of the speed estimation. The stability of speed estimator is proved on the basis of hyperstability theory. Proposed control system used TMS320C31 DSP for high speed processing. The effectiveness of the proposed system is verified by simulation and experimental results. This result shows that the highly characteristic speed estimation and robust character of load regulation.

수용액중에서 Nd(III)와 Ho(III) 이온의 hypersensitive 전이대의 oscillator strength에 미치는 몇가지 리간드의 효과를 연구하였다. 이때에 사용한 리간드는 furoate, anthranilate와 squarate이다. 각 착화합물에 있어서 금속-리간드 결합간에 존재하는 공유결합성을 리간드의 $pK_a$와 착화합물의 hypersensitive 전이대의 oscillator strength 사이에 정립된 관계에 근거를 두고 논하였다.

Beach death assemblages of bivalve mollusks were studied with respect to their species composition in six localities along the eastern coast of Korea (Gangneung, Jumunjin, Daejin, Gallam, Jukbyeon, Hupo and Chooksan). In all, thirty-nine species belonging to 30 genera and 19 families were recorded, and species diversity between the sampling sites varied from 5 to 21. Biogeographical analysis showed that studied fauna has warm-water character with the predominance of subtropical and subtropical-lowboreal species and the presence of tropical-subtropical species (in total, 77 %), and only 23 % of mollusks found are cold-water and temperate species. The most abundant species were Septifer virgatus (Wiegmann, 1837), Mytilus galloprovinciallis Lamarck, 1819, Gomphina melanaegis Romer, 1861, Ruditapes philippinarum (Adams et Reeve, 1850), Mactra chinensis Philippi, 1847 and Spisula sachalinensis (Schrenck, 1862).

컴퓨터 이미지처리는 여러 분야에서 응용되고 있는데 어떤 특성을 만족하는 객체들의 계수를 자동으로 분류시키는 생물학분야, 편지봉투나 일반양식에 인쇄되어 있는 글자를 자동으로 검출하고 인식하며 초음파검사 혹은 X-Ray 촬영에서 이미지를 획득하여 향상시키는 의료분야, 지문 및 얼굴인식 등에 이용되고 있다. 최근 몇 년 동안 이미지인식, 형태론, 이미지데이터 압축에 관한 연구가 진전되면서 본 연구에서 형태론적인 기법을 사용하여 문자인식을 위한 전처리 혹은 후처리 단계에서 사용되는 이미지향상을 위해서 침식, 골격화의 2단계를 적용하여 기종의 연구 방법과 비교하여 이미지획득 시간을 줄이고 이미지를 향상시켜 문자를 인식하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.

A counterplan of slope failure has to investigate about various and engineering safety factors. Especially, it is important that large cut-slope must examine rational and economic solution. In this case study, cut-slope failure caused by inflow of rainwater into alternate layers. Hereafter it is suggested that large cut-slope should consider analysis the cause for a decline of safety factor and the engineering character of corestone ground mass.

The present contribution describes the application of elliptic-blending second moment closure to predict the gas cooling process of turbulent super-critical carbon dioxide flow in a square cross-sectioned duct. The gas cooling process under super-critical state experiences a drastic change in thermodynamic and transport properties. Redistributive terms in the Reynolds stress and turbulent heat flux equations are modeled by an elliptic-blending second moment closure in order to represent strongly non-homogeneous effects produced by the presence of walls. The main feature of Durbin's elliptic relaxation second moment closure that accounts for the nonlocal character of pressure-velocity gradient correlation and the near-wall inhomogeneity guaranteed by the elliptic blending second moment closure.

The fluorescence properties and photoisomerization behavior of 1-(9-anthryl)-2-(n-quinolinyl)ethene (n-AQE, n=2-4) have been investigated in various solvents. t-3-AQE is strongly fluorescent, but does not accomplish photoisomerization, similar to parent hydrocarbon compound, t-1-(9-anthryl)-2-phenylethene (t-9-APE) or t-1-(9-anthryl)-2-(1-naphthyl)ethene (t-1-ANE). Fluorescence and photoisomerization oft-2-AQE and t-4-AQE are strongly affected by solvent polarity. Dependence of fluorescence quantum yield on the solvent polarity is moderate for t-2-AQE and large for t-4-AQE. In nonpolar solvent (in n-hexane), they exhibit relatively strong fluorescence, but do not isomerize to cis isomer on irradiation, even if inefficient isomerization is observed for t-4-AQE. However, as solvent polarity increases, their fluorescences become weak with efficient photoisomerization to corresponding cis isomer. Intramolecular charge-transfer excited state is presumed to contribute to photoisomerization. The S$_1$ decay parameters were found to be solvent-dependent due to the charge-transfer character of lowest S$_1$ state. In polar solvents, the activation barrier to twisting is reduced enhancing the isomerization of r-2-AQE and t-4-AQE in the singlet manifold.

This article examines some factors that should be taken into consideration as the number of arbitrators to constitute arbitral tribunal, how to select them and the characteristics of arbitrators by their expert field, and the various problems that may arise in selection of arbitrators. When dispute parties select one arbitrator or a chairman of arbitral tribunal, they should consider the characteristic of case. When legal problem is more important, they should select a lawyer, whereas when trade practice is more important, they should select a businessman. Especially, when they decide to select a businessman as one arbitrator or a chairman of arbitral tribunal, they allow him not to write the reason of award if possible because he is lack of know-how to write it. Also, dispute parties should acquire the information of the main career and character of arbitrator, his experience of arbitration and so on before they select him.

The present study investigates flow character and heat transfer behaviors of viscoelastic non-Newtonian fluid in a 2:1 rectangular duct. An axially-constant heat flux on bottom wall and peripherally constant temperature boundary condition(H1) was adopted. The Reiner-Rivlin fluid model is used as the normal stress model for the viscoelastic fluid and temperature-dependent viscosity model is adopted. The present results show a signifiant change of the main flow field which causes a large heat transfer enhancement. This phenomena can be explained by the combined effect of buoyancy, temperature-dependent viscosity and viscoelastic property on the flow.
