Abstract 6 H - SiC single crystal was grown by sublimation growth system which was self - designed and manufactured. In order that the SiC source might be decomposited and sublimed and deposited on the 6H - seed substrate grown by Acheson method, the temperature gradient, the growth parameters of growth temperature and pressure were operately adjusted. So we could get the optimum temperature gradient inside of the crucible. The graphite crucible with SiC powder and thermal shield componants were purified at the elevated temperature by means of Ar purging process and the source baking, then it distributed to reduce the amount of the impurities come from those parts. It was recognized that the optimum growth temperature of the crucible was$2300~2400^{\circ}C$ at the Ar atmospheric pressure of 200~400 torr, and at that moment the growth rate was 500~1000 $\mu\textrm{m}$. And then, the as- grown crystal was cut with the wafer form, the evaluation about the crystal was carried out by XRD, the optical microscopic observation and FT IR spectrum measurement.

This study set out to investigate relationship between job satisfaction and marital satisfaction and especially mediating effect of partner abuse. Data came from Korea Welfare Panel Survey 2017. The final sample size was 2,610 married employed persons in South Korea. Analysis methods were multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, higher job satisfaction influenced directly higher marital satisfaction, and influenced also indirectly through lower partner abuse. Second, married employed women showed lower level of marital satisfaction than married employed men. Third, married employed women's job satisfaction was more influential factor to explain marital satisfaction than married employed men's. The limitations and implications of the findings from this study were discussed with respect to further studies.

To verify the quality of bubbles during the use of quartz glass crucibles (QC), an appropriate accelerated testing method was proposed. The bubble state of discarded waste crucibles obtained from actual Czochralski (Cz) processes was analyzed, and optimal heat treatment conditions were suggested by varying temperature, pressure, and time using the QC test piece. By subjecting the samples to heat treatment at 1450℃, 0.4 Torr, and 40 hours, it was possible to control the bubble size and density to a similar level as those generated in the actual Cz process. In particular, by selecting a relatively lower pressure of 0.4 Torr compared to the typical range of 10~20 Torr applied in the Cz process, the time required for accelerated bubble formation testing could be reduced. However, it was determined that increasing the heat treatment temperature to 1550℃ led to the phenomenon of Ostwald ripening, resulting in larger bubbles and a rapid decrease in density. Therefore, it was concluded that it was not a suitable condition for the desired b ake test.

간접광고의 한형태인 영화나 드라마 속에 제품배치(PPL)는 온셋 배치와 크리에이티브 배치로 분류할 수 있다. 온셋 배치(on-set placement)는 맥락효과 속에 전경(foreground)에 해당되며, 크리에이티브 배치(creative placement)는 배경에 해당되기 때문에 소비자의 정보처리에 의한 기억효과가 다르게 나타난다. 온셋배치의 경우 자극의 현저성으로 인하여 정교화 가능성 모델이론의 설득의 중심경로를 통한 정보처리효과가 나타나기 때문에 명시적 학습을 하게 된다. 반면에 드라마 배경에 해당하는 PPL의 크리에이티브 배치는 정교화의 수단이 낮아서 배경의 여러 단서들과 함께 설득의 주변경로를 통한 정보처리를 할 것이다. 따라서 암묵적 학습을 할 가능성이 높게 나타나게 된다. 이러한 제품배치의 형태에 따른 학습기억의 형태는 조절변수인 관여도에 따라 다르게 나타날 것이다. 제품관여도가 높은 경우에는 크리에이티브 배치를 하여도 명시적 학습을 할 가능성이 많은 반면 제품관여도가 낮은 경우 크리에이티브 배치를 하게 되면, 암묵적 학습효과가 미약하거나 일어나지 않을 가능성이 많다. 그러므로 제품관여도가 낮은 상품의 경우에는 제품배치시 가능한한 크리에이티브 배치피하는 것이 유리 할 것이다.

화염스트레치와 확산선호도가 예혼합화염에 미치는 영향을 몇가지 모델에 대해 현상적으로 고 찰하였다. 즉, 정상상태의 구형화염, 구형으로 전파되는 화염, 균일유동장내의 곡면화염, 일차원 평면화염, 그리고 확대유동장내에서 스트레치된 평면화염등을 고찰하였으며, 이 해석의 결과는 화염면의 면적 변화율로 정의된 화염스트레치의 제인자들 즉, 비균일 접선속도장과 전파화염의 곡률에 의한 영향들이 공통적 특성을 나타냄을 보여주고 있다. 화염스트레치와 확산선호도가 화염전파속도에 미치는 복합효과는 세가지로 나타나는데 이는 화염온도의 변화에 따른 화학반 응강도의 변동, 열 및 물질확산의 강도차이, 그리고 대류 및 확산전달의 방향의 상이함에 기인 한다.

Mononobe-Okabe에 의해서 옹벽에 대한 동적 토압계산법이 개발된 이래 본론두중 옹벽의 과동에 의한 변위에 대해서는 많은 연구가 이루어졌으나 Mononobe-Okabe식이 원래 옹벽 자체의 관성을 고려치 아니하였고 또 동적 하중의 작용점을 제시하지 않으므로서 전도모멘트를 계산할 수 없게 하므로서 옹벽의 전도에 의한 변위에 대해서는 연구가 되지 아니하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 해석적 방법과 모형실험을 통해서 지진 및 폭파 등의 동적 하중에 의한 옹벽의 전도에 의한 변위를 고찰하고자 하는 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 활동에 대한 항복가속도가 있는 것과 마찬가지로 전도에 대한 항복가속도가 있다. 이 항복가속도는 옹벽의 안전율이 증가함에 따라 증가한다. 2. 이론치와 실험치는 경향으로 보아 일치한다. 실험치가 이론치보다 작은 것은 모형실험에서 옹벽측면과 컨테이너 사이의 마찰에 기인한 것으로 보아지며 마찰을 줄임으로써 이론치에 더 접근시킬 수 있을 것이다. 3. 옹벽의 회전각도의 크기는 지반가속도가 클수록, 옹벽저면이 작을수록 그리고 흙의 내부마찰각이 작을수록 크게 증가한다. 4. 실용적인 규격의 옹벽의 변위는 활동에 의한 것보다 전도에 의한 것이 훨씬 크며 전체 변위의 대부분을 차지한다. 5. 옹벽 상단의 횡적 변위는 옹벽 설계를 결정짓는 중요한 요소가 될 수 있다.

대기가 희박한 고고도 환령이나 급격한 선회를 위해 2차분사에 의한 추력벡터제어를 사용한다. 8개의 2차분사구를 갖는 고체로켓모터를 대상으로, 2차분사의 유량을 조절하는 밸브의 개도가 추력, 측추력 및 롤 모멘트에 미치는 영향을 해석적으로 연구하였다. 정상 상태의 3차원 Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes 식의 해를 구하였으며, 난류를 위해 Spalart-Almaras 모델을 사용하였다. 수치해석의 타당성을 평가하기 위해 실험 결과와 해석결과를 비교하였다. 밸브의 개도가 증가함에 따라 추력은 감소하나 측추력은 증가한다. 반면, 롤 모멘트의 경우, 밸브와 2차분사 파이프의 상호작용에 의해 개도에 비례하지 않는다.

It is academically recognized that Jeong Wan-Young's sijo better represent Oriental ideas. The purpose of this study is to investigate Taoistic characteristics of Jeong Wan-Young's sijo. This is an effort to succeed and further deepen and extend previous relevant researches. For the purpose, this researcher categorized the poet's sijo in accordance with such characteristics as above mentioned. Findings of the study can be summarized as below. Pieces of Jeong Wan-Young's sijo which are based on Taoistic ideas are largely classified into three groups. First, some pieces of Jeong Wan-Young's sijo represents an orientation of return to hometown which is brought by the sense of loss. His sense of loss is attributed to the facts that his home is not what it was any longer and that he can't return to the old home. To overcome the sense, nevertheless, the poet is dreaming of return to home. The home found in Jeong Wan Young's sijo is something fundamental and original that he purposedly provided against the feeling of loss. It complies with the concept of 'Bokgwigigen(復歸基根)‘ a pursuit of Taoism. Second, other pieces of Jeong Wan-Young's sijo are seeking purity to retrieve childish innocence. Their subjects include the season of spring, dreams of childhood and longing for mother all of which represent the poet's strong desire for such retrieval as above mentioned. It may be said that pursued by that pieces are 'Purity, Feebleness and Smoothness' that are sought by Taoism. Third, other pieces of Jeong Wan-Young's sijo are considering human as a part of nature and seeking human life in harmony with nature. In other words, they are seeking union between human and nature which means going beyond discrimination between self and external objects, that is, 'Mulayangmang(物我兩忘)'. This may refer to return to nature which is the ultimate destination of Taoism.

Child sexual crimes have increased, but there has been no effective plan to combat this. Films reporting problems, amplify the attentions and propose countermeasures, which leads to changes. The current study examined the audiences' reactions to child sexual crime faction films using text-mining. The analysis of Naver's 2,727 blogs showed realistic words while 3,000 review comments' analysis demonstrated emotional responses. The positive and negative emotional category and degree were also different. In , the higher degree of negative emotions, such as 'angry' and 'unpleasant' appeared frequently. In , only negative emotional worlds were used. On the other hand, 'sad' was the highest ranked word, and the negative level was weak. In , 'good' a positive emotional word solely emerged. The audiences perceived the accidents objectively before release while they expressed their emotions and feelings after watching the movies. caused explosive anger and organized the participating citizens for changes. This movie provided an opportunity to enforce a legislative bill intensifying heavy punishments. The present study is significant in scrutinizing the audiences' diverse emotional reactions and discusses the future direction of society prosecution movies. Based on the text analysis of the audiences' linguistic expressions, a future study will be needed to hierarchically classify the diverse emotional expressions.
