Let K be a nonempty convex subset of an arbitrary Banach space X and $T\;:\;K\;{\rightarrow}\;K$ be a uniformly continuous strictly hemi-contractive operator with bounded range. We prove that certain Ishikawa iteration scheme with errors both converges strongly to a unique fixed point of T and is almost T-stable on K. We also establish similar convergence and almost stability results for strictly hemi-contractive operator $T\;:\;K\;{\rightarrow}\;K$, where K is a nonempty convex subset of arbitrary uniformly smooth Banach space X. The convergence results presented in this paper extend, improve and unify the corresponding results in Chang [1], Chang, Cho, Lee & Kang [2], Chidume [3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8], Chidume & Osilike [9, 10, 11, 12], Liu [19], Schu [25], Tan & Xu [26], Xu [28], Zhou [29], Zhou & Jia [30] and others.

Today's society requires companies to act more and more effectively for the general good, by respecting human rights and the environment. Innovative and enlightened companies try to meet this need through the adoption of several initiatives. Accordingly, the International Standard Organisation is now working on attempts to unify these initiatives and to formulate an internationally recognised standard, providing guidance to companies on social responsibility. Currently the SA8000 international standard is the most often used tool-based on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) philosophy - which guarantees the respect of fundamental workers' rights. Since 2003, Italy holds the world record for its number of SA8000 certified companies. This paper discusses the findings of a two-stage survey of the Italian SA8000 certified companies carried out over the last two years. The focus of the survey is on both reasons and effects of the implementation of SA8000 standard. In the first stage the rate of response was very high while in the second stage it was satisfactory. The results provide a clear picture of the companies and their degree of achievement and awareness of the fundamental principles of human resource management. A section of the survey deals with some issues related to the Public Sector.

2001년 1월부터 2004년 2월까지 한반도 남부 지역에서 발생한 지진의 모멘트규모를 계산하여 기상청과 한국지질자원연구원의 지역규모와의 관계를 분석하였다 분석 결과 기상청의 지역규모는 한국지질자원연구원의 지역규모에 비해 모멘트규모와의 상관성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다 또한 발표된 지역규모와 계산된 모멘트규모의 회귀 분석을 통해 모멘트규모 환산식을 유도하였다 유도된 모멘트규모 환산식은 지진목록의 규모 단일화에 이용될 수 있고 규모가 단일화된 지진목록은 지진활동 특성 분석 지진재해도나 감쇄식 등에 필요한 인자로서 활용될 수 있다

This study aims to review the present condition of human resources development in environment technology area and to explore the direction of human resources development plans, based on the results of a survey targeting experts in this area. Related papers & literatures are referred and a survey for experts' opinions are carried out. The survey was oriented to the importance and effectiveness of policies designed by Korea Ministry of environment. The main findings of this study are as follows; firstly, an emphasis should be put on generating professionals in charge of creating domestic demand for environmental purposes for promotion to make excellent environmental techniques being of practical use and help them go into businesses was turned out crucial; secondly, it is advised to upgrade the level of qualifications of environmental technicians by reforming into a graduate schoolcentered educational system on a human resource-rearing phase; thirdly, retraining should be provided by law to ensure the enhancement of re-educating the existing environmental technicians; fourth, efforts should be made to promptly develope new techniques and unify declining traditional items, deterring national technical qualification system oriented toward cultivating superintendents in the environment field.

논리적으로 동일한 종류에 속하여 서로 유사한 구조를 가지는 많은 XML 문서들이 서로 다른 종류로 분류되어 서로 다른 문서형 정의(DTD)를 가지게 되는 경우가 많다. 이로 인하여 XML 문서를 저장하기 위한 데이타베이스의 스키마가 서로 다르게 되고, 동일한 데이타베이스에 저장되어야 하는 XML 문서들이 서로 다른 데이타베이스에 저장되는 문제점이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 유한 오토마타와 트리구조를 이용하여 유사한 구조를 가지는 XML 문서들의 DTD를 통합하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 유한 오토마타는 DTD의 반복연산자나 연결자를 표현하기에 적합하고 표현 방법이 단순하므로 DTD 통합 알고리즘의 복잡도를 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한 제안한 알고리즘의 효과성을 검증하기 위하여 국내 학회 논문지의 논문 DTD를 통합하는데 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘을 적용한다.

This study aims to determine the correlation between the apartment resident community and housing satisfaction and suggest which factors can contribute to improving the local community's housing environment and satisfaction by means of the local inhabitants and apartment residents participating in co-managing the community. The study results are as follows. Firstly, the apartment resident community had a positive effect on housing satisfaction but the effects were insignificant. This revealed that residents' interest in communicating with the resident community was low due to various organizations such as the women's association, election committee, and autonomous society being used as means to pursue personal gain rather than the development of the entire apartment. Secondly, the vitalization of the apartment resident community had a positive effect on housing satisfaction. The analysis results showed that the higher the level of unity and volunteering activities of residents, the more improved the resident vitalization programs are being managed, and the higher the level of resident participation, the higher the housing satisfaction. Lastly, this study suggests the supplementation and upgrading of apartment community facilities into complex community facilities as a means to unify the residents and vitalize the resident community. To vitalize the resident community and strengthen the community spirit, the residents will need to voluntarily create a community hub by forming community-tailored associations and programs through connections with local governments and businesses.

It is different from the DongEuiBoGam(東醫寶鑑) of Korea traditional medicine that China BeunJungLonChi(中醫辨證論治) was made for the scientific and systematic assortment of China medicine. Symptom(症)is more important than symptom complex(證)in china BeunJungLonChi at DonEuBoGam. And unusual symptoms generally are diseases in DongEuiBoGam. DongEuiBoGam is emphasis on body form, temper, body color, pulse(形氣色脈) and the functional difference of organs by body form and body color. there are many problems in order to unify the theory of Korea traditional medicine by china BeunJungLonChi. I suggest that a new assortment that can combine Sasang constitutional medicine(四象醫學), Constitution-Acupuncture(體質針), and Hyungsang medicine(四象醫學) will be necessary. BeunJungLonChi : diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs, the cause, nature and location of the illness and the patient's physical condition according to the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine

현재 각 지자체 및 연구기관들은 이기종(異機種) 데이터베이스 상에서 각각의 목적에 맞도록 DB를 구축하며 활용하고 있다. 이러한 국토공간정보를 통합하기 위해 일반적으로 물리적 통합방식을 사용하고 있으나 이는 시간과 자원의 소모가 크며 주기적인 갱신 및 동기화가 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물리적 통합방식의 비효율성을 극복하기 위해 이기종 데이터베이스의 속성 정보(attribute information)기반의 논리적인 연계 통합방식을 제안하고 이를 구현하기 위한 시스템 설계 및 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 사용자 맞춤형 국토공간정보를 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 구축한 후, 실제 특정 지역의 도로데이터를 이용하여 기능을 검증하였다.

평화 통일을 유도하기 위한 최우선 정책은 북한의 인터넷 개방유도이다. 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위하여 인터넷 개방을 유도하기 위하여 북한의 ICT 일반표준, 인터넷 현황과 산업현황, 실현가능성 등을 분석하여 준비 과제를 도출하였다. 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 우선과제는 낙후되어 있는 북한의 기술수준을 선진화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 한국의 첨단 정보화 인프라를 적극 제공하여 기술격차를 줄이는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 남북 ICT산업의 국가기술규격 및 표준화를 통한 북한 인터넷 개방유도에 대하여 연구하였다.

최근 포털 시스템이 그리드환경의 사용자 인터페이스로 많이 이용되고 있다. 전통적인 포털 시스템은 아이디와 패스워드를 사용자 인증방식으로 사용하는 반면 그리드 시스템은 공개키와 개인키로 이루어진 대칭키를 기반으로 사용자 인증을 수행한다. 이와 관련하여 포털 시스템의 사용자 계정과 그리드 시스템의 대칭키를 중심으로 포털과 그리드시스템의 통합에 대한 많은 연구가 진행중이다. 특히 GAMA와 PURSE 처럼 아이디, 패스워드 방식에 익숙한 사용자의 편의성에 초점을 둔 연구가 활발하다. 그러나 그리드 환경은 네트워크를 통한 연결을 전제로 하기 때문에 공유되는 데이터와 자원의 보호가 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 UI 계층에서 대칭키를 사용하여 포털 시스템과 그리드 시스템의 인증 방식을 단일화함으로써 그리드의 사용자 환경에서도 보안 수준을 향상시키는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
