It is well known that after finding the displacement in the structural mechanics, strain and stress can be obtained in the straight-forward process. The main purpose of this paper is to unify the displacement functions for solving the solid body. By performing mathematical operations, three sets of these key relationships are found in this paper. All of them are written in the Cartesian Coordinates and in terms of a simple function. Both analytical and numerical approaches are utilized to validate the correctness of the presented formulations. Since all required conditions for the bodies with self-equilibrated loadings are satisfied accurately, the authors' relations can solve these kinds of problems. This fact is studied in-depth by solving some numerical examples. It is found that a very simple function can be used for each formulation instead of ten different and complex displacement potentials defined by previous studies.

System scaffolding and shoring are temporary structures in which vertical members, horizontal members, bracing members and trusses are assembled and installed. In order to ensure quality and safety, the quality test shall be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for Quality Management of Construction Works (MOLIT Notice No. 2020-750). The quality test method (national standard) for Components for tied post system scaffolding and shoring is based on the Korean standards (KS F 8021) and the Safety certification standards (MOEL Notice No. 2021-22). However, the two standards differ in some aspects such as performance standards and etc, so cause confusion when applying them on-site. In addition, the standard for truss are applied only to trusses for shoring and cannot be applied to trusses for scaffolding. Therefore, this study aims to unify the two national standards and establish realistic standards.

This paper examines the approach, enabled by using SiC power devices, to unify the inverter design for central air conditioning (CAC) system for both single- and 3-phase input, and reduce the PFC inductor size to be PCB-mountable. By using SiC-instead of Si-diode in PFC stage, it is possible to increase the switching frequency from 16kHz to 60kHz to reduce the required PFC inductance from 0.93mH to 0.25mH, thus enable PCB-mounting of inductor. With the next step of using 1200V SiC MOSFET instead of Si-IGBT, the DC link voltage can be boosted from 311Vdc to 550Vdc in PFC stage, allowing the inverter and compressor used in 3-phase input CAC be used for single-phase input as well. Furthermore, using SiC MOSFET in inverter stage can further reduce total loss system total loss to 200.8 W. Simulation and experimental results are presented in the paper.

I want to focus on developments in the areas of general relativity and gauge theory. The topics to be considered are the singularity theorms of Hawking and Penrose, the positivity of mass, instantons on the four-dimensional sphere, and the string picture of quantum gravity. I should mention that I will not have time do discuss either classical mechanics or symplectic structures. This is especially unfortunate, because one of the roots of differential geometry is planted firmly in mechanics, Cf. [GS]. The French geometer Elie Cartan first formulated his invariant approach to geometry in a series of papers on affine connections and general relativity, Cf. [C]. Cartan was trying to recast the Newtonian theory of gravity in the same framework as Einstein's theory. From the historical perspective it is significant that Cartan found relativity a convenient framework for his ideas. As about the same time Hermann Weyl in troduced the idea of gauge theory into geometry for purposes much different than those for which it would ultimately prove successful, Cf. [W]. Weyl wanted to unify gravity with electromagnetism and though that a conformal structure would fulfill thel task but Einstein rebutted this approach.

본 논문에서는 「재난 및 안전관리기본법」에서 국가 및 지방자치단체를 대상으로 의무적으로 세우는 "기능연속성계획"과 「재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율활동 지원에 관한 법률」에서 기업을 대상으로 자율적으로 수립하고 있는 "재해경감활동계획"에 대한 일원화를 위한 「기업재난관리표준」에 대한 개정안의 구성체계를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 현행 「기업재난관리표준」의 미비점들을 도출하고, 해당 미비점을 바탕으로 「기업재난관리표준」의 목차에 대한 사전적 개정안을 도출하였다.

As FTAs are introduced, greater trade between the countries results in more disputes between parties to the agreement. Disputes in international trade have previously been settled mainly through international arbitration. However, with the recent rise in negative aspects of the arbitration system, the international community has begun to seek ways to utilize mediation for replacing the arbitration system. Mediation is a dispute settlement system that helps the parties settle their disputes on their own through negotiations. The UNCITRAL, which seeks to unify and develop international trade law, amended the Model Mediation Law in 2018 and adopted the 'United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation' in August 2019 to enable the adoption of the international settlement agreement. This study analyzes the main contents of the 2018 Model Mediation Law and predicts the potential for the development of international commercial mediation as a dispute settlement procedure for future international trade.

In this paper, we provide certain fixed point results for a generalized 𝛼-nonexpansive mapping, as well as a new iterative algorithm called SRJ-iteration for approximating the fixed point of this class of mappings in the setting of CAT(0) spaces. Furthermore, we establish strong and ∆-convergence theorem for generalized 𝛼-nonexpansive mapping in CAT(0) space. Finally, we present a numerical example to illustrate our main result and then display the efficiency of the proposed algorithm compared to different iterative algorithms in the literature. Our results obtained in this paper improve, extend and unify results of Abbas et al. [10], Thakur et al. [22] and Piri et al. [19].

In this paper, we use higher order derivatives with regard to symmetric points to introduce a class of multivalent starlike functions. The major deviation is that we define some differential characterizations that are subordinate to a function whose real part is not greater than zero. The primary outcomes of this study are initial coefficients and the Fekete-Szegő inequality for functions falling under the given class. Also, we have obtained an interesting subordination results involving symmetric functions. The results obtained here extend or unify the various other well-known and new results.

It has been generally agreed that the city form especially in the preindustrial age resembled their own world view, either in the western or the eastern cultural sphere. So, we aimed to redefine the characteristics of oriental world views compared with the western one, in order to find the relative nature of the Korean townscapes. It is said that the both world views(of western and oriental) are composed of the contrastive binary concepts in common, but there seems to have been nearly contrary differences in these two world views. Wheareas the former was based on the passively segregational and oppositional dualism, the latter, on the dynamically harmonious and complementary dualism, called generally as 'Yin(陰) and Yang(陽)'. Thus, the oriental world view can be thought as the 'philosophy of the relationship', which aim to unify the dualism ultimately with the help of this relationship. So, we can assume a certain third and intermediate concept between these dual concepts of the world view, which can unify these two into the one holistic whole. And the focuses of the most traditional oriental philosophies were concentrated on this, so called, 'the third concept', namely Taoistic 'Tochu(道樞)', Buddhistic 'Kong(空)' or Confucian 'Chung(中)'. And this triple concept, including the third one, of the oriental world view revealed a more concrete form of the cosmological relationship, as the triple structure; 'Heaven(天), Earth(地), and Man(人)', in which the 'Man' is thought as the middle or the center of the world. In this manner, we could found this oriental 'triple world view' was revealed in the real topology of most places in the Korean traditional city and the whole townscape itself. So, in the scale of houses and the roads around them, we can construe the 'Maru(a central board-floored room)' and the 'Madang(a inner court)' as the 'third and intermediate space(中)' between the interior space(陰) and exterior space(陽) in the former, and between the private house(陰) and the public residential road(陽) in the former case, and between the dual parts(陰,陽) of the city representing the contrary social classes and the contrastive visual landscapes. So, we insist that this 'triple world view' represented in the townscape can be one of the most important characteristics of Korean traditional townscape. And this third intermediate spaces, which generate the active social contact and the harmonious relationship among the people, can be the most important cues, as the central places, in the interpretation of the Korean townscapes even in contemporary circumstance, which inherits its spatial and social frame more or less from the preceding one.

Letters of Credit are the most common method of payment for goods in the export trade, and banking practice relating to letters of credit is standardised by the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, which are a set of rules issued by the International Chamber of Commerce. The current version is UCP 600, which took effect on July 1, 2007. To assist the practitioners of Documentary Credits, the KCCI(Koea Chamber of Commerce and Industry) authorised a new publication-Official Commentary on UCP 600. This new publication added the word "official" in the title. In order to being an official commentary, the terms and expression should be correct and unified. But there is some problems in official commentary and legal phraseology. The problem was appeared that ICC UCP 600's were translated into Korean UCP 600 version. For example, "Issuing Bank", "Applicant", "Port of discharge", "A date of pick-up", "Shipper's load and count", "Courier Receipt", "Charter Party", "Bill of Lading", "Cover Note", "Exclusion Clause", "Insurance Certificate", "Declaration, Underwriter". If can be used 'Official Commentary on UCP 600', the above statements should be a compliment though take a wide professional opinions or held a public hearings. The Purpose of this paper is to point out the problems and substitute the term used and unify the expression in official commentary.
