열분해법으로 형성된 산화크롬 박막의 자기적 특성 (Magnetic Properties of CrO2 Thin Films Deposited by Thermal Deposition)

  • (110) 배향 TiO$_2$ 단결정 위에 성장시킨 CrO$_2$(110) 박막의 결정 구조, 미세구조와 자기적 특성의 상관 관계에 대해 연구하였다. 소스 물질로는 CrO$_3$ 분말을 사용하였으며, 열분해 화학증착법으로 CrO$_2$박막을 형성하였다. (110) 배향된 TiO$_2$루타일 단결정 위에 형성된 CrO$_2$ 박막은 (110) 방향으로 우선 배향되었고, 미세구조적으로 평활한 박막을 형성하였다. 흘려주는 산소량이 많을수록 CrO$_2$ 박막의 두께가 두꺼워지고 저항치가 낮았으며, 음의 자기저항치의 변화 및 자기 이력 곡선에서 보자력과 잔류 자화 값이 감소하는 경향을 보였다.

  • HBPCA를 유기질 공해물질의 모델로서 선정하고 $TiO_2$에 흡착시켜서 흡착된 분자의 배향성과 광분해 생성물의 관계에 대하여 조사하였다. 용액의 pH를 변화시켜서 UV광을 조사한 뒤 생성된 광분해 생성물을 UIF와 Raman 분광기로 스펙트럼을 얻어 분석 비교하였다. 용액의 pH는 흡착된 분자의 배향에 영향을 미쳐서 광분해 생성물이 달라지며, 흡착된 분자의 배향과 광분해 생성물과의 관계는 아주 밀접하게 관련되어 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 제품지향성과 지각된 가격수준에 따라 심미적 반응에 대한 전형성효과가 어떻게 달라지는지를 검증하고자 하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구를 통하여 기존연구가 전형성과 선호도간의 관계에 대한 의견의 일치를 보이지 못하는 것과 관련하여 제품지향성과 지각된 가격수준으로 세분화하여 분석함으로써 그러한 한계점을 극복하고 결과적으로 심미적 반응에 대한 전형성의 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 디자인지향적 제품의 경우에는 전형성과 선호도간의 역U자형 관계를 나타내고 있을 것으로 파악되었으나 상대적으로 기능지향적 제품의 경우에는 전형성과 선호도와의 관계는 나타나지 않았다.

Crystallographic Relationships of (Ba, Sr) $TiO_3$Thin Film Prepared by Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition on (111) Textured Pt Electrode

  • The crystallographic orientations of $Ba_{0.6}$S $r_{0.4}$Ti $O_3$(BST) thin film deposited by a metal-organic chemical vapor deposition on (111) textured Pt electrode were studied with a transmission electron microscopy. The fully crystallized BST thin film (50nm) has (100) and (110) preferred orientations. A high resolution transmission electron microscopy study has revealed the crystallographic orientation relationships between BST thin film and Pt electrode. These relationships explained the preferred orientation of BST film on (111) textured Pt electrode. With these results, we could represent the atomic arrangement at the BST/Pt interface.e.e.

  • As methane concentration was varietal, the textures of diamond films deposited on Si(100)substrate could be observed by XRD, SEM and Raman spectroscope. As a result, O$_2$plasma etching has been useful to observe microscopic structure of diamond films by SEM. The cross section of diamond films deposited on Si(100) substrate with 4% concentration of methane to hydrogen was a polycrystal like a pillar. The diamond crystal like a pillar has been oriented to (110) surface and the high quality diamond with FWHM of Raman spectra being 3.8cm$\^$-1/ has been grown. As time goes by deposition time, the preferred orientation increases.

  • To obtain the Goss texture, {110}<001>, IF steel sheets were asymmetrically rolled by 50-89% reduction in the thickness at room temperature and subsequently annealed at 200, 900, and $1200^{\circ}C$ in a box furnace under air atmosphere. The asymmetrically rolled specimens and annealed specimens show well-developed Goss texture, {110}<001>. After the IF steel sheets were asymmetrically rolled at room temperature and subsequently annealed at $900^{\circ}C$ for 1 h in a box furnace under air atmosphere, the intensity of the Goss texture, {110}<001> was high in the IF steel sheets.

  • The formation of preferred orientations in the cold rolling texture of the Inconel 690 sheets was studied by the x-ray texture measurements and TEM observations. The increasing {220} pole intensity in the plane normal at the higher reductions was related to the {110}<112> texture component. The rolling texture of the Inconel 690 was the pure metal type which could be described by {112}<111>, {123}<634> and {110}<112> orientations. The dislocation cells were found in the near {110}<112> oriented grains. The onset of deformation twins in the {112}<111> oriented grains caused the weakening of {112}<111> and the development of {552}<115> in the rolling texture.

  • The compositions and microstructures of Pb-Sn alloy electrodeposits were investigated in terms of the electrolysis conditions conditions by using fluoborate bath. The Pb content of alloy deposit decreased with increasing dreasing current density until the limting content was obtained. The proferred orientation of Pb-phase in the alloy changed in the sequence of (110)longrightarrow(100)longrightarrow(100)+(110)(311)longrightarrowrandom distribution of crystals with increasing cathode overpotential, while that of $\beta$-Sn phase was (110)(301)(211)n mixed texture. The smooth surface with granular crystallites was obtained below medium current desity, while the rough surface texture was formed at high current density.

  • We investigated the characteristics of UTB-SOI pMOSFETs with SOI thickness($T_{SOI}$) ranging from 10 nm to 1 nm and evaluated the dependence of electrical characteristics on the silicon surface orientation. As a result, it is found that the subthreshold characteristics of (100)-surface UTB-SOI pMOSFETs were superior to (110)-surface. However, the hole mobility of (110)-surface were larger than that of (100)-surface. Especially, the enhancement of effective hole mobility at the effective field of 0.1 MV/cm was observed from 3-nm to 5-nm SOI thickness range.
