Government tries to revise the article 25 in Korea Maritime Transport Act which describes subject of coastal carriage for exported-imported container cargoes. The subject of coastal carriage will be replaced coastal carrier by ocean liner carrier according to the revised article 25. By adopting the revised article, coastal shipping industry will be deteriorated in terms of returns on investment, sales and etc. Even though the revision is inevitable to harmonize the flow of exported-imported container cargo movement, coastal shipping industry should be developed and restructured to get competitive power and to set up an efficient international logistics system. To enhance competitive power of coastal shipping companies successfully, government must realize the importance of coastal shipping, and aid the industry through various methods such as arrangement of law and regulation, indirected financial assistance, decrease of tax rate, etc.

The IPTV Standardization work being done by the ITU-T in collaboration with other SDOs and telecommunication companies. Currently IPTV services are provided with no global standards and interoperability. ITU-T leads the process of IPTV standardization. We used the ITU-Ts working documents which were publically available to investigate the direction of IPTV standardization process. Many things including architecture, services, service requirements, codec and error correction mechanisms etc already defined through recommendations. But still there is effort going on to standardize the complete IPTV system.

Genenrally, biogas contained methane contents of $40-75\%$, was made in anaerobic compost facilities, landfill site, etc. And it is very useful for gas engine as a fuel. So, many imported biogas engines for electrical generation, are installed and operating now at landfill sites and anaerobic compost facilites. And KIMM has studied on and developed biogas engines with the aids of engine maker and parts companies for several years. Some results are shown here.

It is required the electronic commerce system for satisfying the various information needs of user groups on the high speed communication networking. However, its information amounts will be explosive, and make it difficult for users to locate information they are interested in. Therefore we have developed the architecture of information searching platform for electronic commerce which searches and gathers information about electronic commerce site on internet and builds the keywords index database for serving the client's requests in order to provide non-professionals and small companies etc., with access easily to retrieval information.

CO., LTD., have specialized in engineering and manufacturing of electric motor speed control systems for a wide variety of applications i.e. dock side cranes, container cranes etc. Having concentrated on the development of new technology, we have succeeded in localization developing a Magnetic Coupling Type Cable Reel, whereas Korean companies depended on foreign countries for the supply of them.

After MIPA of Annecy International Animation Festival in 1997, the North Korean animation has been spot-lighted in the world including the south Korean animation companies. And increasing the economic cooperation between South and North Korea, a few case of intra-Korean cooperation for animation is starting practice now. But in the internal situation there is little short of information and data about North Korean Animation. This paper is about the maintenance CALS system development and construction for the urban transit railway. The operation companies of urban transit railway are driving to construct the maintenance CALS system individually. So, there are concerned problems of duplication investment and waste of budget in the national aspect, inefficient CALS system construction, and etc. In order to resolve that, the KRRI is driving to development and construction of the standardized maintenance CALS system for the urban transit railway. This paper describes the result of basic design of the standardized maintenance CALS system using the CBD development method.
