As a public medium and one of the big data sources that is accumulated informally and real time, online news comments or replies are considered a significant resource to understand mentalities of article readers. The comments are also being regarded as an important medium of WOM (Word of Mouse) about products, services or the enterprises. If the diffusing effect of the comments is referred to as the degrees of agreement and disagreement from an angle of WOM, figuring out which characteristics of the comments would influence the agreements or the disagreements to the comments in very early stage would be very worthwhile to establish a comment-based eWOM (electronic WOM) strategy. However, investigating the effects of the characteristics of the comments on eWOM effect has been rarely studied. According to this angle, this study aims to conduct an empirical analysis which understands the characteristics of comments that affect the numbers of agreement and disagreement, as eWOM performance, to particular news articles which address a specific product, service or enterprise per se. While extant literature has focused on the quantitative attributes of the comments which are collected by manually, this paper used text mining techniques to acquire the qualitative attributes of the comments in an automatic and cost effective manner.

Dislikes toward excessively formative and orthodox elements of modern pictures and constructs ; features of kitschs and subcultures against materialism are revealed in diverse objects and materialism. In such a situation of mingling of diversifications with no time to evaluate an object, another diverse forms come into the world and there is no room for evaluating. Therefore, this study will make a light on what are tendencies in the fashion design from the end of 20C to the beginning of 21C, and foreground the concept of fusion in modern fashion which is relevant with digitals and its generative background.

As one of the successful brand activism ad campaigns in recent years, the current study focuses on the Always #LikeAGirl campaign that took on the issue of girls and female empowerment. As a viral video marketing campaign with YouTube as their main vehicle for campaign dissemination, this study examined how Always brand activism campaigns spread on YouTube by conducting a network analysis of YouTube video networks generated by the #LikeAGirl campaign spanning across five campaign periods. Quantifiable data (i.e., views, comments, likes, dislikes, user-generated videos) and structural network patterns show that the Always #LikeAGirl campaign was successful by both standards. Although the follow-up campaign periods were not as successful as the initial campaign, the substantial amount of views, comments, likes, and user-generated content showed that the consecutive campaigns still had impact. As shown through the network patterns, the main campaign ads were central in the diffusion of the campaign during the earlier periods but that role was passed onto the user-generated contents in the later periods. Implications of the findings and future social network analysis studies in brand advertising and brand activism campaigns are further discussed.
Every individual uses, appraises and interacts with products on a daily basis. It is evident from current trends and theories associated with product design, that these products that are a part of our everyday lives, satisfy our needs in two ways, functionally and psychologically. While a product's usability or the service it provides may satisfy our functional needs, it is often the case that when given a choice, we may select one product from the other, even though they are functionally alike. Why do we make these choices, and more importantly, how? When users are satisfied with a product's performance, they seek a stronger emotional involvement with them(Lewalski, 1988). Are emotions responsible for our choices, likes and dislikes of products? What is the nature of this emotional involvement, what are these emotions, and how, if possible, can we design to generate specific emotions? This research proposes to develop into these questions. It is an effort to formulate the underpinnings of "design for emotions" and uncover the possibilities of a design process that places "emotion" as an equally important concern for the design of objects, as functionality or aesthetic appeal. The literature review will include a systematic study of human and product attributes, theoretical and empirical studies of emotion, and the interaction of humans and products is discussed. This project examines what product characteristics lead to an emotional experience, when people interact with them, and suggests a methodology or design guidelines that may allow designers to enhance or specifically modify the emotions experienced by people, while using the products that are a part of their everyday lives.
This study was carried out to know the food habits of 200 persons, 89 males and 111 females, aged 60 years and over from June 13 to July 2, 1977 in Seoul. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Changes of the food preferences The preferences about foods after 60 years of age showed in lower scores of dislikes than those before and, however, were not significantly changed. Beef was the item which 75% of the subjects liked and was the highest in desire to eat, Likes for hot, salty, and sour taste except sweet were diminished but they generally liked hot or sweet food rather than sour or salty one and also warm dish rather than cold one. A majority of them wanted to have their meals cook more soft and tender. 2. Intakes of foods The average consumptions of the basic food groups per capita per day were 475.5g of males .and 431.8g of females for cereals and grains, 119.6g and 103.6g for meats add legumes, 221.7g and 216. lg for fruits and vegetables, 52.6g and 39.4g for milk and small fishes, and 5.0g and 4.7g for fats and oils. 3. Intakes of calorie and nutrients The percentage contributions of three nutrients, carbohydrate, protein, and fats to the total amounts of calories were 75.9, 12.4, and 11.7% of mates and 75.6, 12.4, and 12.0% of females. Women had a slightly higher percentage of caloric intake to RDA than men who didn't satisfy RDA. The subjects revealed an insufficient protein intake as well as calcium. Therefore, many older people have to be convinced of the importance of milk for both nutrients. The mean ratios for iron, niacin, and thiamin intake were higher than RDA and on the contrary. those for riboflavin, vitamin A, and ascorbic acid intake were below RDA. It seems necessary, for the aged to maintain good state of health, to promote their appetite, and to take regular mealtime because difficulty of teeth, illness, irregular mealtime, and loss of appetite had influence on less intakes of calorie and nutrients.
The present study was designed to observe whether nutritional education on children or mothers of the children who avoid to eat vegetables can improve the preferences for the vegetables of the subjects. The subjects were 45 children who are fourth to sixth grade of primary school in Bibong. They were assigned to one of three groups which are Control, Children Education and Mothers Education groups. Control group was not given any special education, while experimental groups were given nutritional education for 4 weeks. The effects of education was evaluated in the aspects of preference changes for vegetables, nutritional knowledge, attitude and food behavior of the subjects The results are summarized as follows. 1. Preferences to cucumber, lettuce, chinese cabbage and raddish were high in three groups while greenonion, onion, lotus roots and red pepper didn't suit for their taste. 2. Significantly increased scores for the preference to red pepper, pumpkin, Dorajee(root of chinese bell-flower), braken, mushroom was shown only in the children who had nutritional education while the children in the group of Mothers Education improved their preference only cabbage and lotus roots. 3. Nutritional knowledge of the children in Children Education group has improved significantly(p<0.05). While there was no significant difference between control and Mothers Education group. 4. When scores for food habit of mother and children were estimated, there was no significant difference among three groups. However, score of food habit in children was higher than that of mothers. 5. Food habit and nutrition knowledge of mother were not well corelated with dietary attitude and behavior of their children. These results indicate that the program of nutrition education in the present study can improve the food choice of children for vegetable and correct one-sided food habit. The program applied in this study would serve a kind of model for the dietetic teachers to guide the children who mainly dislikes vegetables.
This study is to understand subculture as a selective amity or an emotional tribe that includes a life style, hobby and leisure of people and seeing it as the tribal solidarity or emotional alliance. Hence, based on the neo-tribalism by Michel Maffesoli who explains a tribe not composing a social vertical structure represented by class, but is composed a horizontal structure of individuals as a member of a society, this study conducted an empirical analysis on domestic minor fashion communities. Research findings show that they have a unique structure unexplained by Maffesoli. Fashion styles, values shared by domestic minor fashion communities are almost entirely based on individual likes and dislikes, escaping from a symbol of resistance to subordination explained by the existing subculture, play a role in enhancing the solidarity inside the community and confirming its identity outside. However, as for shared values within a community, it reveals a new invisible type of subculture intra-inter domestic minor fashion communities. A community showed a closed mind rather than open mind, disregarding or comparing with other communities and preventing their members from participation. A community had strict fashion rules and obvious classes, leading to participatory restriction. In conclusion, domestic minor fashion communities showed the most significant characteristic of a selective vertical structure by individual and community rather than a vertical structure by a society.
Background: It is insufficient information that are syndrome differentiations and detail symptoms in Korean. Methods: 19 traditional korean medical agencies collected 190 cases with vital sign, body measurement, patient own symptoms report and doctor diagnosis. And then we analyzed general distributions and comparisons of deficiency and non-deficiency. Results: The most past histories, in order, were the arthritis(20%), gastroenteropathy, hypertension, anemia, diabete mellitus. In chief complains, musculoskeletal occupies 60 percent of the total, and digestive system, head in order. In the syndrome differentiation, it appeared deficiency, spleen, Qi deficiency in order. Age(p=0.000), systolic blood pressure(p=0.044) and the waist-hip ratio(p=0.000) was significantly higher in the deficiency group compared with non-deficiency group. Patients with condition which dislikes the wind and with anxiety and with amazing and fear(驚恐) were significantly more in deficiency group(p=0.029, p=0.017, p=0.044). Conclusions: These statistics are continually revised report and it will be reported comparison of several syndrome differentiations and therapeutic effects by treatment methods.
This study was designed to identify the severity of anorexia and the diet patterns in receiving chemotherapy. The identification of anorexia would provide useful and basic information to oncology nursing care. The subjects of this study were 102 hospitalized chemotherapy patients in a September 10, 1994. The subjects were 20 years old or above and who agreed to participate in this study and could understand the questionnaire. Three-days diet history were collected and analysed. The study subjects change, food aversions, the severity of anorexia. Data related to demographic and other mecdical characteristics such as age, diagnosis, and medication were collected by review of patient medical record. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1) The score of anorexia was 73.7 in Anorexia Visual Analogue Scales and mean amount of fool intake per a day was 823cc. The larger the anorexia VAS score, the more severe of anorexia. 2) The food preferences of subjects were identified. Those were aversions, or dislikes the meat such as beef, pork, and chicken, and greesy or fried foods. The Caffeinated drinks such as coffee and tea were disgusted, also. The patients preferred vegetables and Korean traditional food especially kimchee and soy bean soap. 3) Those who were administered analgesics and cisplatin suffered more severe in anorexia than those who analgesics and cisplatin was not administarted. The patients with gastrointestinal cancer has more severe anorexia than those who have the other site cancer ; head and neck, genirourinary etc. The result of this study in turn provide valuable nursing practice guidelines for nutritional counseling in cancer chemotherapy patient. Nurses working with chemotherapy ward should identify the severity of anorexia and diet patterns. In conclusion, the severity of anorexia in cancer chemotherapy patients is very important problems. Health care personnels recognize the potential problems of anorexia and encourage the nutritional counseling in cancer chemotherapy patients.
Adequate intake of nutrients exert a profound influence on the physical and spiritual development of children. Thus, it is important to children and their mothers about nutrition and selection of nutritious foods. In order to underline the importance of nutrition for children, this study investigated and analyzed food habits of children expecially those in preschool ages, to obtain basic data to develop effective educational materials related to nutrition. dietary habits of 61 boys and 44 girls in the average age of six were surveyed through their mothers. Results therefrom are as follows : 1. Only 17 per cent of the mothers questioned replied that they considered the balance of diet in preparing meals, while 58.1% of the mothers gave precedence to the liking of their family . The lower the educational level of a mother , the higher her stress on the food preference of her family. 2. Seventy six of the mothers said they understand the basic food group , but only one mother displayed an accurate knowledge about it. 3. As for between meal eating , 82.9% took fruits, 68.6% milk, 35.2 bread, and 33.3% cookies. 4. Problems with food habits of children were : Unbalanced diet for 43.8% of children ,eating of snacks at irregular intervals for 26.7% and TV impact for 5.7%. 5. Children's food habits are greatly influenced by their parents, In the case of animal liver, 32.1 % of the children surveyed do not like to eat it, while 35.8% have never tasted it . 27.9% of children also do not like to eat cereals. Children's likes and dislikes with regarded to foods were influenced greatly by their parents. Thus, it is urgent to educate mothers about balanced diet and basic food group. Children will have to be taught to understand unfavorable effects of unbalanced diet so that they may correct their unsound food habits. This study also indicated the need for developing new cooking methods for those food items which are very liked by children to be a major cause of their unbalanced dietary habits.
