저온 원자층증착법으로 제조된 ZnO/TiO2 나노이층박막의 물성 연구 (Properties of ZnO/TiO2 Bilayer Thin Films with a Low Temperature ALD Process)

  • We examined the microstructure and optical properties of crystallized ~30 nm-ZnO/~10 nm amorphous $TiO_2$ nano bilayered films as nano electrodes were deposited at extremely low substrate temperatures of $150-210^{\circ}C$. The bilayered films were deposited on silicon substrates with 10 cm diameters by ALD (atomic layer deposition) using DEZn (diethyl zinc(Zn(C2H5)2)) and TDMAT (tetrakis dimethyl-amid $titanium(Ti(N(CH_3)_2)_4)$ as the ZnO and $TiO_2$ precursors, respectively, and $H_2O$ as the oxidant. The microstructure, phase, and optical properties of the bilayered films were examined by FE-SEM, TEM, XRD, AES, and UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy. FE-SEM and TEM showed that all bilayered films were deposited very uniformly and showed crystallized ZnO and amorphous $TiO_2$ layers. AES depth profiling showed that the ZnO and $TiO_2$ films had a stoichiometric composition of 1:1 and 1:2, respectively. These bilayered films have optical absorption properties in a wide range of ultraviolet wavelengths, 250-390 nm, whereas the single ZnO and $TiO_2$ films showed an absorption range of 350-380nm.

  • The dielectric properties at microwave frequencies of B site complex perovskite La(Zn1/2Ti1/2)O3 which has +3 ion in A site were investigated. maximum Q*F value of the specimens was 59000 dielectric constant 34, temperature coefficient of resonant frequency -52 ppm/$^{\circ}C$. XRD pattern of the sintered specimen shows (111) ssuperlattice reflection which indicates Zn and Ti cation ordering.

  • The effects of the sintering additives such as Bi$_2$O$_3$and V$_2$O$_{5}$ on the microwave dielectric and sintering properties of ZnTiO$_3$system were investigated. Densities of >97% of the theoretical densities have been attained for ZnTiO$_3$at the sintering temperature range of 870~90$0^{\circ}C$ with Bi$_2$O$_3$and V$_2$O$_{5}$ additions of $_3$were obtained with 0.6wt% Bi$_2$O$_3$and 0.5wt% V$_2$O$_{5}$; Qxf$_{o}$ = 48,400 GHz, $\varepsilon$$_{r}$ = 22, and $\tau$$_{f}$ = -43 PPm/$^{\circ}C$. In order to improve temperature coefficient of resonance frequency, TiO$_2$was added to the above system. The optimum amount of TiO$_2$was 15mo1% when sintered at 87$0^{\circ}C$, at which we could obtain following results ; Qxf$_{o}$ = 44,700 GHz, $\varepsilon$$_{r}$ = 26, and $\tau$$_{f}$ = 0 ppm/$^{\circ}C$.EX>.>.EX>.>.>.EX>.

  • In this paper, the used specimen composition was added basic additives ($Bi_2O_3\;lmol%$, $Sb_2O_3\;lmol%$, CoO 0.5 mol%, MnO 0.5mol%) to ZnO powder, and $TiO_2$ (1,2,3,4 mol%) to the above basic composition. It appears that there are four regions of conduction current depended upon the strength of the applied electric field ; Ohimic region, Poole-Frenkel region, Schottky region and Tunneling region. Increasing of $TiO_2mol%$, the breakdown voltages of ZnO ceramic varistors are decreased. The decrease of breakdown voltages was explained with the decrease of potential barrier height. Moreover, V-I characteristics with temperature dependence are decreased with increasing of $TiO_2mol%$.

  • 초음파 진동자를 사용 분무 열분해시켜 $Pb(NO_3)_2$$TiO(NO_3)_2$ 용액으로부터 $PbTiO_3$ 미분말을 합성하고 미립자의 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 미립자 형성과정을 같은 방법으로 합성되어 문헌에 보고된 $BaTiO_3$, $ZrO_2$, ZnO 등의 미립자 형성과정과 비교 검토하였다.

  • We present facile chemical route stabilizing dispersion of carboxylated single-Walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) in ZnOsol prepared by using diethanolamine as a stabilizer. The dispersion was stabilized via capping of carboxyl groups on the SWCNT surface by a titania layer. We also demonstrated that the conductivity of the films prepared P3/$TiO_2$/ZnO as enhanced by therml treatment, and the thermal stbility of the film improved hybridization with ZnO sol pristine P3, P3/$SiO_2$ and P3/$TiO_2$ hybrid films.

활성슬러지에서의 미생물 성장에 대한 ZnO와 TiO2 나노물질의 영향 (Effect of ZnO and TiO2 Nanopaticles (NPs) on Microorganisms Growth in Activated Sludge)

  • 미생물을 이용한 하수처리의 경우 여러 요인(미생물 특성, 원수의 성상, 운전조건)의 영향을 받으며 복잡한 관계를 갖고 운영하게 되는데 이런 공정에 나노입자의 유입은 분명 공정의 안정성 및 효율성에 영향을 줄 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 교내 하수 플랜트에서 활성슬러지를 채취하여 각각의 균주에 최적화된 배지에 배양시킨 뒤, 배양된 미생물이 각각 나노물질과 나노이온 상태일 때 성장에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 활성슬러지에 존재하는 대표 미생물 중에 그람양성균인 Bacillus와 그람음성균인 Pseudomonas, E.coli를 대상 균주로 선택하여 ZnO, $TiO_2$ 두 가지 나노물질에 의한 독성 영향을 비교하였다. 동일한 농도의 나노물질에서 그람양성균인 Bacillus균의 평균 성장 저해율은 60% 이상이고, 그람음성균인 Pseudomonas의 경우는 평균 성장 저해율이 10% 미만으로 나타났다. 따라서 나노물질에 대한 독성은 그람양성균이 그람음성균보다 높은 것으로 보여지는데 그 이유는, 세포벽 구조, 세포벽 단백질 구성성분, 세포의 생리기능, 물질대사 등의 차이로 그람양성균이 나노물질에 훨씬 민감한 경향을 나타내기 때문인 것으로 보여진다. 그리고 ZnO와 $TiO_2$ 나노물질의 농도가 같을 때 미생물 성장에 미치는 영향은 ZnO가 평균적으로 3배 정도 높았는데 이것은 ZnO 나노물질의 독성이 $TiO_2$ 보다 크다고 볼 수 있다.
