Acute kidney injury (AKI) is associated with mortality and may lead to increased medical expense. A modified criteria (pediatric RIFLE [pRIFLE]: Risk, Injury, Failure, Loss, and End-stage renal disease) has been proposed to standardize the definition of AKI. The common causes of AKI are renal ischemia, nephrotoxic medications, and sepsis. A majority of critically ill children develop AKI by the pRIFLE criteria and need to receive intensive care early in the course of AKI. Factors influencing patient survival (pediatric intensive care unit discharge) are known to be low blood pressure at the onset of renal replacement therapy (RRT), the use of vasoactive pressors during RRT, and the degrees of fluid overload at the initiation of RRT. Early intervention of continuous RRT (CRRT) has been introduced to reduce mortality and fluid overload that affects poor prognosis in patients with AKI. Here, we briefly review the practical prescription of pediatric CRRT and literatures on the outcomes of patients with AKI receiving CRRT and associations among AKI, fluid overload, and CRRT. In conclusion, we suggest that an increased emphasis should be placed on the early initiation of CRRT and fluid overload in the management of pediatric AKI.

An Adaptive Random Testing (ART) is one of test case generation algorithms that are designed to detect common failure patterns within input domain. The ART algorithm shows better performance than that of pure Random Testing (RT). Distance-bases ART (D-ART) and Restriction Random Testing (RRT) are well known examples of ART algorithms which are reported to have good performances. But significant drawbacks are observed as quadratic runtime and non-uniform distribution of test case. They are mainly caused by a huge amount of distance computations to generate test case which are distance based method. ART through Iterative Partitioning (IP-ART) significantly reduces the amount of computation of D-ART and RRT with iterative partitioning of input domain. However, non-uniform distribution of test case still exists, which play a role of obstacle to develop a scalable algerian. In this paper we propose a new ART method which mitigates the drawback of IP-ART while achieving improved fault-detection capability. Simulation results show that the proposed one has about 9 percent of improved F-measures with respect to other algorithms.
This study encouraging the consumption of rice. The Tarakjuk in which red yeast rice was added showed the highest water content 78.31%. The viscosity of RRT20, which had the largest amount of red yeast rice, was the lowest for 4,125.50, and pH was the highest in RRT0 The sugar content of Tarakjuk with red yeast rice was the highest in RRT0 for. lightness (L) was lowest in RRT20 which had the largest amount of red yeast rice for, and its red and yellow lighteners were also the highest for respectively. storage at $4^{\circ}C$, no microorganism found for 0 to 1 day of storage but found in every group. The group showed the smallest of microorganism for $2.9{\times}10^2CFU/mL$. On the 7 day, microorganism also found 40% added showed the smallest of microorganism for $3.1{\times}10^4CFU/mL$. The color of the 20% added group, 6.74, was higher than that of the control group, 4.87, but the difference was not significant. The flavor was the in the 30% added group for 5.90, and taste was the in the 20% added group for 6.01 The control group showed the lowest preference for 4.91. The after taste was the in the 30% added group for 5.48. The viscosity of the 40% added group was higher for 5.39 than that of the control group for 5.06, no significant difference. The overall preference was rated highly, and the 20% added group showed the highest preference for 5.57.
In this paper, we propose a real-time obstacle detection and avoidance path generation algorithm for UAV. 2-D Lidar is used to detect obstacles, and the detected obstacle data is used to generate real-time histogram for local avoidance path and a 2-D SLAM map used for global avoidance path generation to the target point. The VFH algorithm for local avoidance path generation generates a real-time histogram of how much the obstacles are distributed in the vector direction and distance, and this histogram is used to generate the local avoidance path when detecting near fixed or dynamic obstacles. We propose an algorithm, called modified $RRT^*-Smart$, to overcome existing limitations. That generates global avoidance path to the target point by creating lower costs because nodes are checked whether or not straight path to a target point, and given arbitrary lengths and directionality to the target points when nodes are created. In this paper, we prove the efficient avoidance maneuvering through various simulation experiment environment by creating efficient avoidance paths.
The molecular structure of sulfur compounds and the retention relationship are studied by gas chromatography. Analyzed sulfur compounds are, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon disulfide, ethyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, iso-propyl mercaptan, normal propyl mercaptan, ethyl methyl sulfide, tert-butyl mercaptan, tetrahydrothiophene, thiophene, and 2-chlorothiophene. Multiple linear regression explains the retention relationship of molecular descriptors. In GC the temperature program is 30$^{\circ}C$ held for 10.5 min, and then increased to 150$^{\circ}C$ at a rate 15$^{\circ}C$/min. Predicted equation for relative retention time (RRT) using SAS program is as follows; $RRT=0.121bp+14.39dp-8.94dp^2+0.0741sqmw-35.78\; (N=8,\; R^2=0.989, \;Variance=0.175,\;F=66.21)$. RRTs are function of boiling point, the square root of molecular weight, molecular dipole moment, and boiling point effects mostly on RRT. The RRT is maximized at the molecular dipole moment of 0.805D, when using nonpolar columns. The planar and highly symmetric compounds are eluted slowly. The square, of correlation coefficient $(R^2)$ using SAS program, is 0.989, and the variance is 0.175 in training sets. For three sulfur compounds, the variance between observed RRTs and predicted RRTs is 0.432 in testing sets.
Changes in fatty acids and free amino acids of raw .ed tongue sole (RRT) and dried red tongue sole (SRT). were analyzed after steaming, boiling, or baking. 1. RRT was composed of moisture 78.4%, ash 1.2%, crude lipid 1.1%, and crude protein 18.3%. 2. The main fatty acid of RRT and SRT were palmitic acid (21.5%) and lignoceric acid (43.1%) which cover 64.5% of total fatty acid. Steamed RRT or SRT had higher content of fatty acids than boiled or baked ones. 3. The main free amino acids of RRT or SRT were glutamic acid (14.9%), aspartic acid (12.2%), Iysine (10%), leucine (8.4%), and arginine (6.8%) covering more than 52.3% of total free amino acids.

The reduction of pipe-thickness induced by flow accelerated corrosion (FAC) is one of the most serious problems on the maintenance of piping system in nuclear power plants (NNP). If the thickness of a pipe component is reduced below the critical level, it cannot sustain pressure and consequently results in leakage or rupture. For this reason, wall thinning by FAC has been inspected in secondary side piping systems in NPPs. In this research Round Robin Test (RRT) was conducted to verify confidence of wall thinning measurement system in NPP. 12 inspectors from 3 companies participated and 23 specimens were used according to standard practice in RRT. The gage R&R analysis was introduced in regard to repeatability and reproducibility that are affected to measurement system errors. Confidence intervals of thickness measurement system were obtained.
