증보산림경제의 기상학적 지식에 대한 평가 (Appreciation of the Meteorological Knowledge from "Jeung-Bo-San-Lim-Gyeong-Je")

  • "Jeung-Bo-San-Lim-Gyeong-Je" (meaning "Revised Forest Management") has been well recognized as the informative document that introduces scientific knowledge and experiences of Korean ancestors regarding weather and climate. The tradition of Gwan-Cheon-Mang-Gi(i.e., empirical forecasting of short-term weather phenomena based on the status of cloud or sky) has been continuously utilized as a civilian weather forecasting method and even for very short-term weather prediction by operational forecasters these days. This agricultural technology textbook, published during the Great King Youngjo in Chosun-Dynasty, may be regarded as a poorly written document from the modern standpoint. Nonetheless, this study demonstrates that by and large the empirical knowledge contained in the book is indeed science based although their applications are limited to several hours for local forecasts in agricultural practices and daily living. For example, the wisdom of keeping water at an optimum level in a paddy field after sowing to prevent young seedlings from late frost damages was not at all different from the present technique of vinyl covered seedling nursery.

  • 1. Objectives Jeong-Jo's death has many mistery. So we understand rightly Jeong-Jo's death. we inspect closely medical records of 20 days before death(in The Annals of the Choson Dynasty(朝鮮王朝實錄), Hong Je Jun Se(弘齋全書), GukSoBoGam(國朝寶鑑). We understand medical treatment before death. It is based on Jeong-Jo's Constitution. So we trace the cause of a Jeong-Jo's death rightly. 2. Methods According to The Annals of the Choson Dynasty(朝鮮王朝實錄), Hong Je Jun Se(弘齋全書) GukSoBoGam(國朝寶鑑). We found out Jeoung-Jo's Sasang constitutional elemet. We point on Jeoung-Jo's nature and emotion, temperament and talent, features and way of speaking, physical appearance, healthy state, ordinary symptom, pathological syndromes and pharmacology. so documentary records was worthy of notice. 3. Results and conclusions 1. Jeong-Jo has prominent cheekbones,flat face. It belong to Tae-eum. 2. Jeong-Jo's physical appearance is mild,around,large. It belong ro Tae-eum. 3. Jeong-Jo's favorite food and herb were belong to Tae-eum interior febrile disease herb. which is Exhale Dispersing Qi 4. So even though Jeoung-Jo is Tae-eum, He had a weak body. It main cause that Smoking, insomnia, heave work, Hwa disease. 5. Jeong-Jo's is Interior febrile disease induced form the liver affected by heat in Tae-eumin

  • CLA가 함유된 사료를 섭취하고 성장한 고등어에 함유된 EPA, DHA 등의 고도불포화지방산을 포함한 여러 종류의 지방산이 여러 가지 방법으로 요리하였을 때의 어떠한 변화를 나타내는가를 조사함으로써 소비자에게 양식 고등어의 적절한 조리방법을 제공하고자 하였다. 조리 후 포화산 및 모노엔산은 생육의 Control 27.5%, CA25 28.8%와 차이가 없었다. 폴리엔산 역시 RO-8GM, RO-8CM이 31.2%, 30.7%, BO-8GM, BO-8CM은 27.1%, 31.5%, CA-8GM, CA-8CM은 25.4%, 28.4%를 나타내어 생육의 Control 29.4%, CA25의 31.9%와 비교하였을 때 된장조림 및 통조림의 경우 CLA 무첨가구에서 함량이 감소하였지만, CLA 첨가구에서는 통조림구에서만 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 조리된 고등어 중 n-6/n-3의 비는 구이의 경우 Control 및 CA25구 각각에서 0.29, 0.24, 된장조림의 경우 각각 0.28, 0.27 그리고 통조림의 경우 각각 0.28, 0.31로 나타났다.

  • $P_2O_5-SnO_2$ system $0.5SnO_2-xP_2O_5-(0.5-x)B_2O_3$(x=0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5) glasses have been prepared for Pb-free low temperature glass frit. A investigation about the effect of $B_2O_3$ substitution on properties of $P_2O_5$ glasses, including glass structure properties, thermal properties, and mechanical properties was presented. Substance that is responsible for in moisture absorption existing circumstances supposes by phosphate, and excess moisture tolerance that state funeral's structure is improved breaking does not affect in state funeral bond that only most single bond remains, and can know that does not suffer big impact in boric oxide anomaly present state. This phenomenon estimates that connect with structure change. It is thought according to link this result the phosphoric acid happened structural change. $B_2O_3$ displacement quantity 0.3 mole put out $BO_4$ structures, but above 0.3 mole it changed with the case $BO_3$ structure which it displaces.

들깨기름을 투여한 흰쥐의 혈액 지질량과 그외 혈액성분 변화 고찰 (Effects of Perilla Oil on the Levels of Plasma Lipids and Other Biochemical Paramaters in Rats)

  • 흰쥐를 4군으로 나누어 사료중의 지방성분으로 들깨기름(PO군), 옥수수기름(CO군) 그리고 우지와 들깨기름 동량 혼합유지(BP군)를 각각 9.4%씩 첨가하여 4주간 급여한 후 제중 증가율과 사료 섭취량을 측정한 결과 들깨기름이 체중 증가율과 사료 섭취량에 별다른 영향을 주지 않았다. 측정된 PO군의 혈액 중 중성지방량 총 cholesterol 농도가 BOrns 혹은 BPrns보다 낮았다. PO군 LDL-cholesterol은 실험군 중에서 가장 낮았다. PO군은 혈액중 중성지방량 총 cholesterol HDl-cholesterol 농도에서 CO군과 비교하여 유의적인 차이가 없었다. BP군의 중성지방량 총 cholesterol LDL-cholesterol 농도는 BO군보다 각각 9.2%, 10.3%, 18.6% 낮았다. PO군의 GOT, ALP 활성값과 uric acid 농도는 다른 모든 실험군의 값들보다 높았고 정상 흰쥐의 기준치보다 약간 높게 나타났다. 따라서 들깨기름은 옥수수기름과 비슷한 수준의 혈액 중 지질량 감소 효과를 보였지만 4주간 계속 매일 들깨기름 12.5g/b.w.kg을 섭취한 PO군의 흰쥐에서는 들깨기름 섭취로 인하여 간장 등의 장기에 가변운 부담이 있는 것으로 보였다.
