온도조건에 따른 파밤나방핵다각체병바이러스(SeNPV)의 병원 활성 (Effects of Different Temperatures on Pathogenicity of Spodoptera exigua Nucleopolyhedrovirus (SeNPV))

  • 파밤나방 핵다각체병바이러스(Spodoptera exigua nucleopolyhedrovirus: SeNPV)의 온도별, 농도별로 병원활성을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. SeNPV의 온도에 따른 $LC_{50}$은 2령 $20^{\circ}C$에서는 $9.797{\times}10^{3}PIBs/mL$, $32^{\circ}C$에서는 $3.351{\times}10^{2}PIBs/mL$로 온도가 높아질수록 낮아졌으며, 다른 영기에서도 같은 경향이었다. $20^{\circ}C$에서 SeNPV $1.0{\times}10^{3}PIBs/mL$의 파밤나방 3령 유충에 대한 $LT_{50}$은 9.0일이었으나 SeNPV $1.0{\times}10^{4-6}PIBs/mL$에서는 6.9일-3.5일로 더 짧았다. 24, 28, $32^{\circ}C$의 SeNPV $1.0{\times}10^{4}PIBs/mL$에서는 5.7일, 5.5일, 4.9일의 병원 활성을 보여 온도가 올라갈수록 $LT_{50}$은 짧아졌다. 또한 바이러스 농도가 높고 유충의 영기가 어릴수록 짧아져 $LT_{50}$은 온도 바이러스 농도, 유충영기에 따라 차이가 있었다.

  • Electrical and Thermoelectric Properties of$ SbI_{3}$-doped 85% 85% $BiTe_{2}$$Se_{3}$ 단결정에서 전하 이동에 대한 살란인자는 0.1이었으며, 전자이동도와 정공이동도의 비($\mu_{e}$ /$\mu_{h}$ )는 1.45이었다. $SbI_{3}$의 첨가량이 증가할수록 전자 농도의 증가로 Seebek 계수와 전기비저항이 감소하며, Seebeck 계수와 전기비저항이 최대값을 나타내는 온도가 고온으로 이동하였다. $SbI_{3}$를 첨가한 85%$Bi_{2}$$Te_{3}$단결정에서 성능지수의 최대값은 $SbI_{3}$를 0.1 wt%첨가한 조성에서 $2.0 x 10^{-3}$ K이었다.

  • 기계적 합금화 공정을 이용하여 제조한 $Bi_2(Te_{0.85}Se_{0.15})_3$ 가압소결체의 가압소결온도에 따른 열전특성을 분석하였다. $Bi_2(Te_{0.85}Se_{0.15})_3$ 가압소결체는 $300^{\circ}C$에서 $550^{\circ}C$ 범위의 가압소결온도에 무관하게 n형 전도를 나타내었다. $Bi_2(Te_{0.85}Se_{0.15})$ 합금분말을 (50% $H_2+50%$ Ar) 분위기에서 환원처리시, 분말 표면의 산화층 제거 및 과잉 Te 공격자의 소멸에 기인한 전자 농도의 감소로 가압소결체의 Seebeck 계수가 양의 값으로 변화하였다. $450^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도에서 가압소결시 가압소결온도의 증가에 따라 $Bi_2(Te_{0.85}Se_{0.15})$ 합금의 성능지수가 증가하였으며, $550^{\circ}C$에서 가압소결시 $1.92{\times}10^{-3}/K$의 최대성능지수를 얻을 수 있었다.

What Do Consumers Expect and Gain from the Sharing Economy? A Systematic Literature Review (2016-2021) on the Antecedents and Outcomes

  • The sharing economy (SE) describes an economic system in which consumers share a product or service via collaborative consumption. Reasonably, the SE receives much attention in the fashion industry as a sustainable form of consumption. However, a systematic review of the antecedents and outcomes of consumer participation in SE is limited by researchers' and practitioners' hindered understanding of what consumers expect and gain from the SE. This study offers a systematic review of the SE research conducted from January 2016 to July 2021 and proposes a conceptual model. In terms of antecedents, three factors, composed of nine categories and 153 variables, were identified: 1) consumer factors (80 variables), 2) platform/product factors (69 variables), and 3) environmental factors (4 variables). The outcomes included 14 variables divided into two categories: 1) positive outcomes (8 variables) and 2) negative outcomes (6 variables). The results provide recommendations for future research on applying the SE to the fashion sector. First, to more thoroughly investigating antecedents of consumer participation in fashion sharing, the research must focus on barriers and environmental factors, in addition to demographic and psychological variables. Secondly, research on the outcomes of participating in fashion sharing, including economic and social benefits, is needed.

Effect of Ultrathin Al2O3 Layer on TiO2 Surface in CdS/CdSe Co-Sensitized Quantum Dot Solar Cells

  • In order to enhance the photovoltaic property of the CdS/CdSe co-sensitized quantum dot sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs), the surface of nanoporous $TiO_2$ photoanode was modified by ultrathin $Al_2O_3$ layer before the deposition of quantum dots (QDs). The $Al_2O_3$ layer, dip-coated by 0.10 M Al precursor solution, exhibited the optimized performance in blocking the back-reaction of the photo-injected electrons from $TiO_2$ conduction band (CB) to polysulfide electrolyte. Transient photocurrent spectra revealed that the electron lifetime (${\tau}_e$) increased significantly by introducing the ultrathin $Al_2O_3$ layer on $TiO_2$ surface, whereas the electron diffusion coefficient ($D_e$) was not varied. As a result, the $V_{oc}$ increased from 0.487 to 0.545 V, without appreciable change in short circuit current ($J_{sc}$), thus inducing the enhancement of photovoltaic conversion efficiency (${\eta}$) from 3.01% to 3.38%.

Antibacterial effect of self-etching adhesive systems on Streptococcus mutans

  • Objectives: In this study, we evaluated the antibacterial activity of self-etching adhesive systems against Streptococcus mutans using the agar diffusion method. Materials and Methods: Three 2-step systems, Clearfil SE Bond (SE, Kuraray), Contax (CT, DMG), and Unifil Bond (UnB, GC), and three 1-step systems, Easy Bond (EB, 3M ESPE), U-Bond (UB, Vericom), and All Bond SE (AB, BISCO) were used. 0.12% chlorhexidine (CHX, Bukwang) and 37% phosphoric acid gel (PA, Vericom) were used as positive controls. Results: The antibacterial activity of CHX and PA was stronger than that of the other groups, except SE. After light activation, the inhibition zone was reduced in the case of all 2-step systems except CT. However, all 1-step systems did not exhibit any inhibition zone upon the light activation. Conclusions: SE may be better than CT or UnB among the 2-step systems with respect to antibacterial activity, however, 1-step systems do not exhibit any antibacterial activity after light curing.

  • Vaginal dryness is not a rare complaint of postmenopausal women. But the concerns and treatments about this were negative in patients and doctors. So we treated with Gagam-chungsimyeonjaeum(加減淸心蓮子飮) on three cases complaining vaginal dryness. As a result vaginal dryness was improved in all cases. Through this case report, we expect that more interests and participations in vaginal dryness will be got more qualities in life of postmenopausal women.

Changes of Anthocyanidin, Growth Characteristics and Brown Rice Yield of Red Colored Rice at Two Region of Eastern Coast in Gyeongsangbuk-do Province

  • The study was carried out to determine the changes of growth characteristics, anthocyanidin, and brown rice yield grown at coast and inland areas apart from the east coastline of Gyeongsangbuk-do province. Number of spikelets per panicle was much more increased in inland area. Regional difference in number of spikelets per panicle was observed in Jeongjinju cultivar. Among these red rice cultivars, the highest brown rice yield was Jeongjinju rice cultivar having 702 kg in inland area and 692 ㎏ in coast area, respectively. Anthocyanidin content ranged 524 to $610{\mu}g/g$ dry weight basis. Cyanidin content was 11.4 to 14.0 times higher than that of delphinidin under coast and inland area. Anthocyanidin content was higher in rice cultivar grown at coast area. Highest head brown rice rate was only observed in Geonganghongmi to 95.2 at coast area and 95.4 inland area. In considering brown rice yield and pigment content, Hongjinju rice cultivar was recommended in optimal pigment rice cultivar in eastern coast of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.

Defects Evaluation of Blue Light Emitting Materials by Wet Etching and Transmission Electron Microscoppy

  • Evaluation of def3ects by etch-ppit formation was studied. A NaOH(30 mol%) etchant was found useful for etch-ppit developpment on ZnSe-based eppilayers grown on (001) gaAs. And a H3ppO4(85 mol%) was used in order to developp etch-ppits on GaN-base eppilayers grown on (0001) Al2O3 After etch-ppit formation on the surfsce. Transmission Electron Microscoppy(TEM) was cppmdicted. By etch-ppit developpment and TEM observation we could determine the defect typpes by etch-ppit configurfations and found origin of etch-ppit in the cse of ZnSe-based materials. Based uppon these results we can do defect identification by etch-ppit test simpply. In the case of GaN-based materials we could evaluate nanoppippe density. however high density of threading dislocations in GaN eppilayers were not revealed by etch-ppit developpment. Based uppon these results we can evaluate the nanoppippe density which difficult to evaluate using TEM beacause of its small size(diameter). And at ppresent status direct matching of etch-ppit density to dislocation density would make severe mistake.
