효과적인 암호시스템 설계에 셀룰라 오토마타(이하 CA)가 적용되고 있다. CA는 국소적 상호작용에 의해 상태가 동시에 업데이트되는 성질이 있어서 LFSR보다 랜덤성이 우수하다. 이런 CA를 암호 시스템에 적용하기 위해 주어진 다항식에 대응하는 CA를 합성하는 방법에 대한 연구가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 90 UCA의 특성다항식과 전이규칙이 <$00{\cdots}001$>인 90/150 CA의 특성다항식의 점화관계를 분석한다. 또한 f(x)=f(x+1)을 만족하는 삼항다항식 $x^{2^n}+x+1$에 대응하는 90/150 CA를 90 UCA 전이규칙 블록과 특별한 전이규칙 블록을 이용하여 합성한다. 또한 $x^{2^n}+x+1$의 기약인수에 관한 성질을 분석한 후 $x^{2^n}+x^{2^m}+1(n{\geq}2,n-m{\geq}2)$에 대응하는 90/150 CA 합성 알고리즘을 제안한다.

This study was designed to investigate the difference of time weighted average(TWA) of noise levels and noise doses by the different operating parameter settings such as exchange rate, threshold level and criterion level for noise dosimeter in the field measurements of noise at industrial working environments. The time weighted averages of noise level and noise doses for noise working environments were determined by noise dosimeter on 80 workers employed at 20 industrial establishments of 8 industries. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The mean time weighted average(TWA) of the noise working environments by the operating parameter settings showed 93.4 dB(A) in 3 dB of exchange rate, 80 dB of threshold level and 90dB of criterion level 92.0 dB(A) in 3 dB-exchange rate, 90 dB-threshold level and 90 dB-criterion level, in 90.8 dB(A) in 5 dB of exchange rate, 80 dB of threshold level and 90 dB of criterion level, and 86.7 dB(A) in 5 dB of exchange rate, 90 dB of threshold level and 90dB of criterion level. 2. ln group of noise level less than 90 dB(A), mean TWAs of 80 dB of threshold level were significantly higher than that of 90 dB of threshold level in 3 dB and 5 dB of exchange rate. 3. The case exceeded threshold limit value of noise was 49(61.3 %) in 3dB, 80dB and 90 dB setting, 44(55.0 %) in 3 dB, 90 dB, 90 dB setting, 33(41.3 %) in 5 dB, 80dB, 90 dB setting and 26(32.5%) in 5 dB, 90 dB, 90 dB setting. Above considerations in mind, it is suggested that exchange rate and threshold level be specified in related laws and regulations in the evaluation of working environments noise.

Objective : Heat shock protein family is related to protective mechanism of cells by environmental changes. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of cryopreservation on the heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) expression in mouse ovarian tissue. Methods : Cryopreservation of mouse ovarian tissue was carried out by slow freezing method. The mRNA level of Hsp90 expression in both fresh and cryopreserved mouse ovarian tissue was analyzed by RT-PCR. The protein expression of Hsp90 was evaluated by Western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry. Results: The mRNA and protein of Hsp90 were expressed in both fresh and cryopreserved mouse ovarian tissue. The amount of Hsp90 mRNA was increased in cryopreserved ovarian tissue after 60 and 90 minutes after thawing and incubation. The amount of Hsp90 protein was increased in the cryopreserved ovarian tissue after 6 hours of the incubation in Western blot analysis. In immunohistochemical study, Hsp90 protein was localized in cytoplasm of oocytes and granulosa cells. Significant level of immunoreactive Hsp90 protein was detected in theca cells contrast to the weak expression in ovarian epithelial cells. Conclusion: This results showed the increase of Hsp90 expression in both mRNA and protein level in the cryopreserved mouse ovarian tissue. It can be suggested that Hsp90 may play a role in the protective or recovery mechanism against the cell damage during cryopreservaion.

본 논문은 20${\sim}$100 MHz 범위의 VHF 대역에서 동작하며 출력 포트간 $90^{\circ}$ 위상차를 갖는 4분기 $90^{\circ}$ 전력분배기의 설계 및 제작에 관하여 기술하였다. 4분기 $90^{\circ}$ 전력분배기는 3개의 2분기 동위상 전력분배기로 구성된 4분기 동위상 전력분배기와 출력 포트간 90도 위상차를 갖게 하는 2개의 2차 전대역 통과 필터로 설계되었다. 구현된 4분기 $90^{\circ}$ 전력분배기는 20${\sim}$100 MHz 주파수 범위에서 최대 6.6 dB의 삽입 손실, 19 dB 이하의 반사 손실 및 격리도, $90^{\circ}$ 위상차를 갖는 출력 포트에서 ${\pm}1^{\circ}$ 이하의 위상 오차 특성을 얻었다.

구면렌즈와 비구면렌즈를 착용한 피검자의 굴절이상을 중등도근시, 중등도 근시성 복난시, 중등도 혼합난시이상의 착용자를 대상으로 비교하였다. 양안 굴절이상의 구면렌즈 착용자는 S-3.00 ~ S-6.00Dptr 가 16%, S-6.00D Dptr 이상이 19%, S-3.00C-0.50(90.180) ~ S-6.00C-2.00DptrAxis(90.180) 이 57%, S-3.00C+0.50 ~ S-6.00C+2.00DptrAxis(90.180)이 8%로 분포되어 나타났으며, 비구면렌즈 착용자는 S-3.00 S-6.00Dptr이 31%,S-6.00Dptr 이상이 36%, S-3.00C-0.50(90.180) ~ S-6.00C-2.00DptrAxis(90.180)이 21%, S-3.00C+0.50(90.180) ~ S-6.00C+2.00DptrAxis(90.180)이 12%로 분포되었다.

열 충격단백질(Heat shock protein : HSP)은 온도 스트레스에 대하여 세포 내에서 발현되는 단백질이다. HSP의 중요 분류군의 하나가 HSP90 family 이다. 여러 종류의 포유동물과 조류에서 HSP 유전자 특성에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)로부터 제조한 넙치 뇌 cDNA 유전자 은행을 이용하여 넙치 HSP90 cDNA 유전자를 분리하여 구성 염기서열의 특성을 밝혀 내었다. 염기서열의 분석결과 넙치의 hsp90$\beta$ 유전자는 2,791 개의 뉴클레오타이드로 구성되어 있고, 726개의 아미노산 잔기가 암호화되어 있었다. 넙치 hsp90$\beta$ 유전자는 European sea bass와 96.6% zebrafish와 92.9%, Atlantic salmon와 92.0%, 그리고 사람과는 89.5%의 염기서열 상동성을 지니고 있었다. 또한 HSP90 아미노산 서열을 바탕으로 척추동물 종들과의 진화계통수를 구축하였다. 넙치 hsp90$\beta$ 유전자의 mRNA의 분포 정도를 RT-PCR를 이용하여 조사하였다. hsp90$\beta$ 유전자는 조사한 모든 조직(뇌, 간, 신장, 근육, 비장)에서 높은 수준으로 발현이 되고 있었다. 또한, 넙치 hsp90$\beta$ 단백질을 대량발현하기 위하여 대장균에서 발현을 유도하였다.

본논문은 현재 AF주파수변역에서 90° 정위상기를 실현하고 있는 방법과는 전혀 다른 착상으로 VHF 고파수대에서 90° 정위상기를 실현하는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 이 90° 정위상기의 구조는 간단하며 분포정수소자인 전송선과 집중정수소자인 R.L.C로 용이하게 실현된다. This paper presents the realization method of 90° constant phase shifter in the VHF band, constructed by the entirely differens idea from the conventional method of the realization of constant phase shifter in the audio frequency range. The construction of 90° constant phase shifter is. simple and can be easily realized by using the distributed constant element, transmission line, and the lumped constant elements, R,C,L.

In this paper, we propose an active 90$^{\circ}$ phase divider for application to MMIC. Because of their very large size, conventional passive 90$^{\circ}$ dividers can't be integrated on MMIC. Therefore, highly miniaturized 90$^{\circ}$ dividers are required for a development of highly integrated MMIC. For this reason, active 90$^{\circ}$ divider is indispensable because active phase divider is much smaller than conventional passive dividers, and it can be integrated on MMIC. In this work, we developed active 90$^{\circ}$ divider with emitter inductor, and it was employed for the operation of the balanced mixer in order to verify the performance of the active 90$^{\circ}$ divider. According to the results, it was found that the active 90$^{\circ}$ divider exhibited good RF performances comparable to conventional passive power dividers.

NATO 프리깃함(NFR-90) 계획의 붕괴를 1990년대 프로그램의 손상이라고 언급하는 것은 과장된 말이 아니다. 많은 시간, 열정 및 예산이 사용되었으며, NFR-90이 개혁의 개념을 가지기 시작했다는 관점에서 참가국의 희망이 고조되어 왔다. 따라서 1989년 이 계획의 중단은 상당한 대이변이었다. NFR-90의 주된 실패 요인은 전함 설계의 실상을 무시한 것이었다. NFR-90 사업의 참가국은 미국, 캐나다, 영국, 프랑스, 이탈리아, 서독, 네덜란드 및 스페인 등 8개국이었다

제주도산 돼지의 품질 특성을 알아보기 위하여 생체중 90∼100 kg(JJ90) 및 110∼120 kg(JJ110)의 일반돼지와 생체중 90∼100 kg(JB90)의 개량 흑돼지 등심에 대한 구성 아미노산과 유리 아미노산 함량, pH, 보수력, 경도, 씹힘성, 색도 및 기호도를 평가하였다. 구성 아미노산 총량은 18.15∼20.22%로 시료들 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 모두 glutamic acid, aspartic acid, lysine 및 leucine이 많이 함유되어 있었다. 유리아미노산 총량은 JB90이 0.891%로 JJ90과 JJ110보다 많았으며, taurine, serine, glycine, alanine, valine과 leucine이 유의적으로 높게 나타났다. 적색도 및 황색도는 JB90이 JJ90과 JJ110보다 유의적으로 높았다. 보수력, 경도, 씹힘성, 다즙성 및 종합적인 기호도는 JJ90보다 JJ110과 JB90이 우수하였으나 유의적 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
