The word "Sajeung(死證)" in "Huangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)" includes a warning to lead to death if it is treated wrongly as well as a definite diagnosis saying that it is impossible to care diseases. A disorder condition of the body means that the balance of Eum-yang(陰陽) are broken or O-haeng(五行) doesn't have a good circulation. The prediction to progress is very important as much as decision of whether it is Sajeung or not because it can be changed by the time of day or night and also by changes of the seasons. In addition, according to the relations between Sangsaeng(相生) and Sanggeuk(相克) of O-haeng patients' diseases fall into a dangerous condition at the time under control. But sometimes it can be a severe illness even they are full of vigor. When living and dying has to be determined, it is emphasized the significance of inspection, auscultation and olfaction, inquiring and palpation(望聞問切法). Especially this is the key point to study people's face and pulse.

Objective : In "Guanja" there is a clear system with xin and shengren as the central figure, which can be correlated with the united thought can be found in "Huangjenaegyeong". Method : In studying Oriental medicine, we will try to compare the Guanza and Huangjenaegyeong, in that what Sin is doing and how Seongin(聖人) does the work to achieve his prupose, and how Sin has philosophical meaning. Result : Guanja targets a unified government with the king centered, always issues an order, at the same time Guanja survey the system of the military, economy, retainer, people in the gross. In Guanja the Seongin is the ideal king, who understands the four seasons and command in timely, and rule his people using Muui(無爲). Sin is the center which achieve Dao(道) in mankind, and in the government system it is compared as the king to the rellation between king and retainer. "Huangjenaegyeong" is a medicine book which persued the united medical theory and algorithm. It made the general system algorithm, and united many different theories with the Seongin centered, who understand the 天氣 (including four seasons) and can control the human body. In this book, Sin is the center which control other organs. Conclusion : Political philoshphy in Guanja and the united thought in "Huangjenaegyeong" can be correlated in that two both aim for the systematization and the unity.

In this article the purpose of the study on Eulhae metal type(乙亥字) "Huangjenaegyeongsomun(黃帝內經素問)" is to ascertain the era of that publication according to recent investigation and find the properties of that book through comparision with other "Huangjenaegyeongsomun(黃帝內經素問)" published in ancient Korea, Choseon Dynasty. Because we are not yet secure more various Eulhae metal type(乙亥字) books and collaterally printed books, and there would be more unknown Eulhae metal type(乙亥字) "Huangjenaegyeongsomun(黃帝內經素問)" in Korea or abroad, so this study focuses on investigation of publish are only based on the record in that book, and comparision with the context of other Korea-published "Huangjenaegyeongsomun(黃帝內經素問)". As a result Eulhae metal type(乙亥字) "Huangjenaegyeongsomun(黃帝內經素問)" was published in Myeongjong era about 1554-1557, was the very original book of exiting Naeeuwon(內醫院) type "Huangjenaegyeongsomun(黃帝內經素問)". This Publication of this book published with Eulhae metal type(乙亥字) "Huangjenaegyeongyeongchu(黃帝內經靈樞)" at the same period explains that at that time Choseon Dynasty lay emphasis on promoting Medicine and teach "Huangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)".
