Abstract
Most firms have great interest in their innovations, but they have no interest in the patterns of innovation. In particular, firms using the benchmarking method have a tendency to use the same method, which is very dangerous for management. Analyzing the innovation pattern is more important than to benchmark the leading company, because of the differences in the situation of all companies, such as an environment, competition, market, etc. This paper used the Grew & Scott's model, in which each firm has a different innovation pattern for valuable management performance. This study focused on service companies in logistics and aimed to contribute to the logistics industry
